Ziva and tony looked at each other…
"HMMMM now?" Gibbs started to lose his patience
(ring)
Ziva's phone started 2 ring "David"
Tony and Gibbs stared at her when the conversation changed from English to Hebrew and back to English again
Gibbs stared at Tony and crossed his arms
And Tony tried to avoid Gibbs's eyes during Ziva's conversation
"See you in 5" she hung up on the way to the elevator
"Where are you going? We aren't done yet" Gibbs said in an angry tone.
"Sorry, Gibbs."
Gibbs turned his head in Tony's direction.
"What did you two do in the bathroom, Dinozzo?"
"Ehhh boss…i-i-i nothing"
"Why where you two holding hands?"
"Ehhhh"
"I want an honest answer Dinozzo!"
Gibbs walked closer and looked into his eyes
"now?, are you going to explain to me?" "why did you 2 hold hands?"
"well you know boss…. It slippery and … I did not want her to get hurt…"
Gibbs just stared again…
Tony could almost feel a Gibbs- slap heading towards his head
"really, dinozzo? Is that why the two of you were holding hands?"
"yeah…"
Tony gave up and told him the truth… "fine… I really love her… this is not just a fling. It is love.

"with all of the respect… I do not care about that rule! I love Ziva David, and she loves me. Don't you get it? Last, time we were a couple we had to break up because of mossad… good have given me a second chance to make things right this time I would never hurt her… I cannot live without her boss… I need her in my life"
What is Gibbs going to do now? will Tony lose his job because he broke rule #12?
