In the months that had followed Kim joining Zedd's side, and showing skills that she had never shown as a Ranger, things had been very interesting. While Zedd and sometimes Rita sometimes sent monsters down to keep them busy, Kim was never seen. Zordon and Alpha had been kept busy trying to find a replacement for the former Pink Ranger.

On the moon, Kim had become a powerful fighter and had shown much skill in Magic. She was often seen studying with Rita Repulsa in different forms of Magicks other than what Zedd had taught her. She also was seen at times with Finster, the monster maker was pleased for the company, and to share some of his knowledge as well. If there was one thing that Kim was excelling at, other than her fighting skills, was her ability to absorb knowledge. In fact, she was often coming up with ideas that had Rita and Zedd having to do some research to answer the questions. Also, another change was in the way that Kim was now doing her hair. In the past, it was always straight down to her shoulder blades. Now, though, she started to wear it in an intricate French braid, that had her hair up on her head, giving her a much more mature look than she had in the past. Also the charm that had been in Kim's room had started to glow a great deal more, coming to the attention of Lord Zedd.

Now though, it was time. Time for Kimberly Hart to accept her new life as a servant of darkness. And Zedd had been very busy as of late. He had been busy forging a new power coin and building a new morpher for Kimberly. Over the past few days, he had been busy not only creating the new coin, which would bear the symbol of the creature that Kim chose to use as her Zord, but the power morpher that would aid in accessing the morphing grid.

That day, a special ceremony was held in the main chamber of the palace that Zedd had set up on the moon. A large number of candles were let, and Kim was escorted to the Throne room by both Goldar and Rita, who were barely being civil to one another. Goldar was loyal to Zedd, while Rita considered him a traitor to all that she had done. But, for this occasion, the two of them had to work together. Kim was wearing a dark hooded robe that went down to her ankles, while wearing golden sandals on her feet.

"I have never seen Lord Zedd so busy on a project for some time" Goldar told Rita. In fact, this was the first project that Goldar had seen Zedd involved in since the creation of Serpentera,

"Just shut up Goldar" Rita retorted. She was not comfortable having Goldar telling her of all that Zedd was doing, just to humiliate her. If she could, she WOULD take away Goldar's wings and put him in the dumpster for some time! But for now, there was nothing that could be done about this situation.

"BE QUIET! BOTH OF YOU!" Yelled Zedd, as he glared at them. Without skin, it was hard to tell, but they could feel his glare upon them. With that, both Goldar and Rita quieted, and prepared for the ceremony.

Upon direction from Lord Zedd, Kimberly approached the area that had been designated for the ceremony. As she did so, she dropped the hood on the robe, revealing her new hair style, with her eyes glowing due to the magic surrounding her. "We are gathered here this day, to welcome into the realm of Dark Magic, one Kimberly Hart, a former pupil of Zordon. She has given up any and all claim to what he has taught her, and has chosen to join us" Zedd informed those present.

Zedd turned toward Kimberly. "Kimberly, now is the time for your final acceptance of the Darkness, of the Dark Magic that you have learned. Do you, Kimberly Hart, renounce all that Zordon has taught you so far?" Zedd asked, the first of the questions that had to be asked, as Kim stepped into a new, darker world.

Kimberly nodded. "I do" she told Zedd, as a feeling of power started to embrace her, making her feel both powerful and turned on at the same time. It was intoxicating to feel this way.

If there was flesh, Zedd would be smiling. "Do you, Kimberly Hart, accept the darkness as your new way of life, to dedicate your life to ruling this world and eventually the galaxy?" Zedd asked. This question would show just how far her acceptance of the Darkness had come.

Again, Kim responded "I do". And the feelings that she had felt after answering the first question grew even more powerful! Kim felt that she was on the verge of a powerful orgasm, as the dark energy embraced her.

"Now Kimberly, the final question: You have chosen Darkness, rejected Zordon's teachings. Now, do you choose to follow and embrace the Darkness, and accept what it can give you?" Zedd asked, as the darkness seemed to flow toward Kim, as the room glowed red.

"YES, YES, YES!" Kim exclaimed, as the power fully embraced her, giving her a massive orgasm, causing her to pass out from the feelings. Rita and Goldar caught her, preventing her from falling onto the floor. When she revived. Zedd was standing over her.

"Welcome to the Darkness Kimberly. Now, it is time for you to choose your new Zord, and allow its power to fill you" her Dark Master told her.
