The small red-head had a wide grin across her face as she noticed the small fence that Kristoff and Eugene had made. It ment she was back to her group, and she wasn't going to be lost like she had assumed. The engine of the truck cut off as she turned the key and opened the door, stepping out.

The first person to see her was Kristoff, and when he noticed her, he B lined into her direction. Anna couldn't stop the giggle that escaped her lips when two strong arms wrapped around her and twirled her into the air. Once the tall blonde stopped spinning and set her down, his eyes scanned the area.

"I'm glad to see you too Kristoff." Anna giggled as she dusted off her pants and balanced herself once again. "I'm sorry if I scared you, I just needed some time alone and figured we needed the truck back." As she spoke she threw her arm up and pointed her thumb at the truck, smiling sheepishly and rubbing the back of her head with her other hand.

Kristoff shook his head and placed his hands on her shoulder, smiling down at her. "It's okay Anna, the only thing that matters is that you made it back." Then he looked around again and tried to see into the car, though it was starting to get dark. "So where is Elsa? isn't she with you?"

Upon hearing the blonde name, teal eyes went wide and she shot on eyebrow up in confusion and worry. "What do you mean? Isn't she here at the camp?" Kristoff could see the worry filling Anna's face and raised his arms in defense rather quickly.

"It's okay Anna, she just went out to look for you, I'm sure she will be back soon as well." Kristoff took Anna's hand and lead her to the tailgate of the truck, pulling it down and lifting her to sit on it. He himself soon jumped up to join her and he placed his hand onto her shoulder.

Anna had a million thoughts running through her mind, Her main one being that she had to go find Elsa before someone or something else did. "When did she leave?" The question lingered in the air for a small while and then he cleared his throat. "Not long after Eugene and I returned from our tip."

Anna looked out into the now dark woods and pulled her knee's up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them to rest her chin on. "She has been out there alone for too long, we need to go look for her and make sure she is okay." Kristoff instantly put his hand up to silence her and shook his head. "Anna No, that will get us no where."

When Anna opened her mouth to speak again, Kristoff cut her off again and took a breath. "Anna listen, Elsa went out to find you, and you came back. What good is it going to be for you to go out and her to come back, just to want to go look for you again." He took a deep breath and removed his beanie from his head. "It will just start a cycle we don't need."

Anna kept her eyes on the woods and then turned her head to look at the older man. "What if she doesn't come back though." Kristoff shook his head and then pulled Anna into a hug. "If it makes you feel better, we can go look for her in the morning, that way we will actually be able to see." Anna simply nodded and then unfolded herself so that her feet hung off the truck.

"I think I will go to bed then, until morning." As Anna slid off the tailgate, Kristoff jumped off and closed it up, catching up to Anna who had already started walking. As Anna headed towards her tent, she noticed the sleeping bags on the ground next to the fire that was burning brightly but low.

"Kristoff, who are those two?" She asked hesitantly as she walked closer to the women. Kristoff smiled and raised a hand to wave too Aurora, who happily smiled and waved back. "This is Aurora and Merida, Eugene and I came across them in the woods and they will be staying with us a while."

Anna looked up at Kristoff and he knew that face, she was a bit upset that she had no say in the decision. He simply patted her on the shoulder and gave her a shy smile. "Merida is great with a bow, she caught a deer that we had for dinner. And before you ask, no we didn't eat it all." He chuckled and Anna punched him playfully.

The red-head walked over to the two and smiled at them, raising her hand to give them a small wave. "He-Hello, my name is Anna." She extended her hand and Aurora took it happily, shaking it and looking up at Anna from her seat. "It's a pleasure to meet you Anna, My name is Aurora."

Merida looked up at Anna and smiled at her. "NIce to see another feisty red-head." as she spoke, Anna noticed her thick accent and couldn't help but giggle. "Names Merida, its grand to meet ya." She extended her hand and Anna shook it with a smile. "Nice to meet you as well Merida, love the accent."

Kristoff walked over and placed his hand on Anna's shoulder, smiling down at Aurora and blushing slightly. That did not go unnoticed by Anna as she rolled her eyes and smirked. "Well, I should get some sleep, I had a rather long day." Anna nodded to the three and headed to her tent, quietly unzipping it and stepping inside.

She was greeted by a sleeping Olaf, who let small snores escape his throat. Anna couldn't help but smile and crawled over to him, pulling his blanket closer around his pale body. He let out a soft sigh and rolled over, pulling the blanket closer to his chest. "Sleep tight buddy."

As she pulled her head back from her forehead, she noticed a small shine and saw the snowflake necklace around his neck. This caused Anna to raise her eyebrow and sit back. "Elsa..."

Anna went over to the other side of the tent and pulled her shirt off, leaving her in her bra. She slipped her body under the blanket and turning to her side. "Elsa, please come back." She whispered as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

oOoOoOo

It was late, really late, and Elsa knew she had to get back to the group soon. Her breathing was hitched as she ran through the dark woods, knife in hand the entire time. She leaned against a large tree to try to catch her breath.

Elsa had almost relaxed herself when she heard the sound of a branch breaking. This caused her heart to start racing once again and she strained her eyes to try to see where the noise came from. As she stepped back slowly, she couldn't hear anything coming closer and scrunched her eyebrows in confusion.

Her knees where trembling slightly from exhaustion but she forced them to move forward slowly. It was dark enough to make it difficult to see past a few feet so her deep blue eyes squinted to focus as much as she could.

Elsa placed a pale hand against the cool bark of a tree, leaning on it as she looked closer into the dark. Her only response to her searching was silence, and she had eventually concluded that it must have been a small animal.

Elsa let out a soft sigh and smiled to herself. "Way to get yourself worked up." her whisper rang out and she let her hand fall off the tree. Elsa put her knife back into its sheath and turned around.

Her deep blue eyes went wide and she let out a deep gasp as she came face to face with a biter. He let out a deep groan and opened his mouth, filling Elsa's nostrils with a potent smell that almost made her gage.

Elsa's body froze up, she had not function of anything and it felt like time had stopped. Once the biter leaned in and tried to wrap his arms around her, she snapped out of her state and pushed herself back. The biter reached out and caught her left arm, leaving a six-inch gash down her forearm.

Elsa let out a loud hiss of pain and stumbled back, trying to catch her balance. That failed as she fell back, landing on her tailbone and grabbing her arm. She looked up quickly to see the biter walking towards her, groaning loudly. Elsa's body was trembling as she scrambled her body backwards, away from the biter.

She looked up as the biter fell down onto her body, snapping his jaw at any flesh that got close to his mouth. Elsa let out a few grunts and kicked her legs up, trying to get him away from her. The biter only managed to climb on top of her, making her grab ahold of his arms, pushing up.

His skin was hard to keep a good grip on, it would peel and tear as she pushed, making his blood seap out and slicked her grip. He brought his head down closer to her face, causing Elsa to pull her head up and out of the way.

As the biter tried to get at her skin, Elsa managed to get her legs up and under him, pulling her knees to her chest. As she did, she felt a cold stone against her neck. The pain in her arm was growing as the blood ran down to her underarm, seaping into the fabric of her shirt.

The biter grabbed ahold of the pale skin on her left shoulder, gripping tight. Elsa whined and took a deep breath, pushing her legs out and shoving the biter off to the side of her. As she kicked him off, his grip on her shoulder caused four small gashes, making the pale woman to press her jaw together tightly.

Her eyes quickly searched for the biter, and as she looked over she noticed his head bouncing off the base of the tree. This stunned him and gave Elsa the time she needed to turn onto her stomach, getting up onto her hands and knees. Her right arm held her up as her injured arm reached around for the large rock she had felt earlier.

As her hand felt the stone, she grabbed ahold of it tightly, swinging her body around and crawling closer to the biter. Once she was close enough to the bitters head, she raised the stone up above her head and then brought it down onto his.

The sound of his skull cracking filled the air and Elsa brought the rock back up, hitting him again. She did this about four more times until she dropped the rock, slumping her body down, trying to catch her breath. Once the smell of the now dead biter hit her, she felt her stomach turn and wrapped her un-injured arm around it.

Elsa tried to stand up, but her stomach disagreed, causing her to bend over and release the contents of her stomach. Her hands rested on her knees as she hunched over, raising her right arm to push her bangs out of her face. Once her stomach was emptied, she wiped her mouth off with her hand and frowned in disgust.

Now that she had calmed her breathing and her life wasn't in immediate danger, she took the time to look at her arm. "Please, don't let this shit spread from scratches." She whispered as she pulled out her knife and cut a strip from the front of her shirt. Using her right arm and teeth, she pulled the fabric around the wound, keeping the blood in.

Once Elsa wasn't afraid of bleeding to death, she started walking the direction she was headed, hoping to eventually find the camp. It felt like she had been out in these woods for days, getting no where. Then she smelt it, it was very faint, but it was there. She walked faster towards the smell and ended up going in different directions to try to track it down.

Once Elsa was sure she was headed in the right direction, she started to jog towards that smell, the smell of burning wood. That ment that she was close to a fire-place, and hopefully it was the one in her camp. For once, she was happy that they forgot to put out the fire, normally she would scold them for it.

As she walked closer to the smell of the fire, she noticed something in the trees. Her eyes squinted to look closer and once she thought she knew what it was, her heart started racing. Her long legs started to head quickly over to the trees and when she got close enough her grin spread across her face.

Her hand reached out and lightly touched the wire from the fence Eugene and Kristoff put up. She looked up and started to walk the direction of the fence, hoping to get to the entrance soon. However, once she did, her confusion grew. At the front of the entrance was the truck, the same red truck that Anna had to leave behind. "Anna?"

Elsa looked around the truck and held her hand onto the cold metal of the truck hood. Her head scanned over to the camp, where she noticed the small fire that was still burning. Her hand ran through her hair once more as she walked over to the lake, squatting down by the water.

Her hands dipped in so she could get the blood off her skin, cupping her fingers together so she could splash the cold water onto her face. Elsa removed the wrap from her arm and dipped it into the water, dabbing it onto her wounds to clean them as well as possible.

Once her wounds were cleaned, she stood up and turned around, freezing in her tracks as she came face to face with an arrow. "You are lucky I noticed ye white hair, ya almost got an arrow in it." the thick accent of the red-head echoed through her mind as she calmed her breathing yet again.

"Thank you for not shooting me I guess, What are you still doing up?" As she spoke to Merida, the red-head lowered her bow and put the arrow back in her quiver. "couldn't sleep, just get back did ye?" Elsa nodded and then tilted her head towards the truck, "Where did that come from?"

Merida turned around and pointed to the tent. "your feisty little red-headed girlfriend came back a few hours after ya left." Elsa blushed slightly at the word girlfriend and then it registered in her brain what she said. "Wait, Anna came back? She is in the tent?" Merida nodded and then looked down at Elsa's arm.

"Ya look like shit, come on, let me fix ye arm." And Merida started walking back towards the fire. Elsa followed her and once they approached the small area, took a seat on one of the logs. While she waited for Merida to get out whatever she was getting, she noticed the sleeping blonde next to her.

Aurora was snoring slightly, her chest rising and falling as she did. It looked as though it was the best sleep she had gotten in a while, and she seemed so peaceful. "I'm sorry you two have to sleep outside." The statement was quite, but Merida picked up on it and simply shrugged. "It doesn't really matter, now give me yer arm and try to not be a baby."

Elsa was confused and slightly offended by what she said, but it made sense when Merida pulled out the needle and thread. She knew what was coming and looked to the fire as she handed her arm to the Scottish woman.

When the needle went into her skin, she bit her knuckle and crossed her legs to prob her elbow on. It felt like her stitches took forever as she watched the fire and tried to focus on other things. Her mind wandered off to Anna, and then her eyes went over to the tent.

How the hell did Anna get the truck back, she said that it ran out of gas, and Elsa knew for a fact that stuff was hard to come by. Her train of thought was broken as Merida started wrapping something around her arm. She looked down to see a fresh knew gauze going around her stitches. "Have your own medical supplies?"

Merida smiled and put the kit into her bag, zipping it up. "Aurora and I found a hospital on our way from New York, we picked up a few things." Elsa smiled and looked down at Aurora, then back to Merida. "Is that where you met her? New York?" The Scottish woman smirked and looked at the sleeping blonde.

"I met Aurora when everything started, She was on the same Army truck as I, it was supposed to take us to safety." Merida frowned and looked over to the fire. Elsa wasn't sure if she was going to talk to her anymore, or just study the dancing flames. Then she cleared her throat and smiled over to Elsa. "I'm sorry, I am feeling a wee bit tired now."

Elsa got the hint, there where things in the blondes past that she didn't like talking about either. She simply nodded and stood up, placing a hand on the red-heads shoulder. "Thanks for the medical treatment, get some sleep."

Merida smiled and Elsa dropped her hand, walking towards the tent and slowing down as she realized that Anna was going to be in there. The last time she saw her, things didn't go to well. She took a deep breath and pulled the zipper up, hoping not to wake up Olaf or Anna.

Once she stepped inside, she flicked on the small lantern so she could see what she was doing, and her heart skipped as she saw Anna's small figure breathing peacefully. Her back was facing Elsa and she had the covers over her shoulder, her red hair sprawled across the pillow.

The pale woman smiled at her and then looked over to Olaf, her smiling turning into a full grin and a small giggle almost escaping her throat. Her had his butt in the air and his arms down at his side as he layed on his chest. Elsa crawled over to him and pulled the blanket over him, smiling and kissing the top of his head.

Elsa turned over to Anna smiled, all the worry of her being out there alone was gone. Elsa took a breath and then pulled her shirt off, tossing it next to her bag by Anna's feet. As she un-buttoned her pants, she found taking them off to be more difficult with her wounded arm and ended up making more noise than she wanted to.

Anna took a deep breath and moved slightly, causing Elsa to freeze and watch her, hoping that she didn't turn around. When Anna stilled and her breathing became steady again, Elsa finished taking off her pants and tossed them as well.

She debated for a minute on rather or not she should sleep next to Anna or just sleep away from her. Then she remembered how cold she had been to her last week and figured backing away was the last thing she should do. Elsa quietly pulled the blanket up and scooted her body down next to Anna's.

Once she settled under the blanket, Elsa hesitantly placed her arm around Anna's waist. When she didn't get slapped away, her confidence built and she turned so that her chest was flush with Anna's back, and her arm was tucked around her.

When Anna still didn't move, she rested her chin on the red-heads shoulder, and slowly slid her other arm under her neck. Anna still didn't move and Elsa knew that she was a heavy sleeper, but found it odd that not even her head being moved around would wake her up. "Anna..." she whispered very quietly and still go no answer.

Either Anna was ignoring her, or she really was a heavy sleeper. Elsa feared that it was the sooner than the later and sighed. "I'm sorry Anna, I never ment to make you feel that way." As she whispered those words, she kissed Anna's shoulder. "Good night."

Just as Elsa was about to fall asleep, she felt Anna grab her injured arm with her hand, feeling the material from the wrap and then pulled it up to her chest. The small red-head kissed Elsa's pale hand. The blonde figured it would be best to not say anything and just let her press her body against hers. She snuggled closer to Elsa and traced small patterns on her hand, placing her leg between Elsa's and then drifting back to sleep.
