When Harry becomes blind after he kills Voldemort in Fourth Year and loses his magic, he is useless to both the Wizard World and the Dursleys. The Dursleys refusing to take care of someone who couldn't earn his keep gave him to the only living family that would be willing to take him. Vernon's and Marge's freak of an older brother: Reborn.

4. Challenge

Alright, I'm going to make this a Challenge since so many of you have wanted to adopt it. Here is the Challenge:

-Harry has Moon Flames

-Reborn is related to Vernon in some way

-Ron has to abandon Harry

-Reborn is the one that stands by Harry always and takes care of him

Optional:
-Harry comes in after the Arcobaleno Trials

-Sirius and Remus may be a part of Harry's' life

-Hermione can either abandon or stay with Harry
