Seeking Storm watched the wizengamot debate about what to do with him, even bringing an 'expert' on pegasi, who was completely wrong about everything, getting interrupted by Scootaloo every few minutes, which caused Harry trouble as he came up with some terrible excuses for his new knowledge.
"Now, pegasi cannot actually perform any magic, just as unicorns cannot fly-" The expert tried to say, giving another reason for Seeking to be kicked out of the wizarding world completely.
"Actually we can, it's how we walk on clouds. Our magic is in our wings and hooves, meaning that the magic solidifies the water vapour under our hooves, letting us walk on it! So we can technically do magic, since there was a Pegasus that performed a spell using a special unicorn focus." Scootaloo cut in, explaining something that had been gotten wrong.
"As I was saying… There is no proven facts for this pegasus to do magic, as none can perform it. Another is that the wings are in fact, too small to perform, and it would be better to simply remove them and send this creature to live among muggle horses." The expert tried to continue.
"That's because I'm not an adult yet! Adult pegasi wings are full sized and support the weight of an adult, but a colt or filly's wings are much smaller, since we weigh less, there are some fillies and colts that have wings that aren't big enough though." Scoots interrupted once again.
"… Even if that were true, and this pegasus could in fact, perform magic, it would still be unable to as it has hooves, meaning no way to hold it." He continued.
"We have tactile telekinesis." Scoots said softly, with Seeking Storm holding a cup in his hoof to demonstrate.
"Well then how would it use magic? A wand is required, and the dexterity for a wand would be impossible for hooves." The expert pointed out, getting annoyed and fed up with the argument.
Scootaloo was silent for a moment, while Seeking Storm had an idea, focusing for a moment.
"… Wingardium leviosa…" He said clearly, the Element of Loyalty glowing as many objects in the room began to levitate.
"Mr Storm! Would you please put everything down! While it is interesting to see you can perform magic, it is making things very difficult." A woman asked, clearly amused by the Colt's actions.
"Sorry…" He mumbled, as everything was placed back on the ground.
"Well, I do believe that Mr Storm's actions have proven we have no problems here." Dumbledore said calmly, with an amused twinkle in his eyes.
"Hem Hem…" A voice said, getting everyone's attention. "There is still one. The inhuman shape, how is… It, meant to go to any stores or do any lessons? Many of them require finesse and precision." A toad like woman said in a horrid pink cardigan.
'I got this.' Scootaloo told Seeking. "Duh, just don't do them or have somepony help with the bits I can't do!" She said, saying pony without even thinking.
Hours later
Seeking lay on the floor, snoring softly as he slept, having dozed off an hour ago, due to the length of time he had been there… The Element of Loyalty still around his neck…
London, next day
Hermione rubbed her eyes, trying to focus on her homework… But she kept putting the wrong answers, meaning she had to redo it from the start… Everyone knew that Transfiguration couldn't be used to create life permanently, or food! But she kept putting that it could! Citing examples that didn't have any logic… 'Sorry!' The voice said embarrassed, but Hermione couldn't hear it over the roar of blood rushing to her head as she collapsed, her hair changing colour to a dark violet colour… Almost black…
The Burrow
Ron stared at his broom in confusion, it wasn't working all of a sudden… But only for him! It didn't make sense! He kept breaking things as well… 'Sorry 'bout that' The voice said, but he couldn't hear it over the blood rushing to his head… Hair turning brown and tangled, looking like he had spent weeks in a forest…
Malfoy manor
Draco stared at his greyish hair, which still had some platinum streaks but still… His vision was a little fuzzy… He could barely focus… Before he knew it, he hit the floor, blood rushing to his head… Everything went dark…
Longbottom manor
Neville sat in his greenhouse, grinning as his grey stained fingers were wrapped up by plants… Ever since Harry had changed, his skin had gotten greyer… And the plants seemed more reactive towards him! Especially the small bit of Devils snare he'd been working on for the past few years! He'd already progressed with it further than ever before! He didn't even notice his eyes flash grey for a moment, hair gaining a few white hairs…
Underground
The gems shone brighter, finding the users… They just had to prove themselves…
Another set of gems shot off in a different direction with yet another, one heading across the ocean to search the entire planet, while the other headed towards a small greenhouse, planting itself there as a seed, ready to be dug up…
Hogwarts
Seeking grinned as he was told he was allowed to stay in the wizarding world, and go to Hogwarts next year.
'This is awesome! We're going to magic school!' Scoots celebrated happily, making Seeking giggle quietly, not even finding it strange that he had giggled.
"So… Have we decided where I'm staying yet?" Seeking Storm asked curiously, remembering that it was still an issue.
"Unfortunately not… The Weasley's would be happy to take you but are unprepared for a pegasus." Dumbledore explained sadly. "I am still trying to find someone to look after you for the summer, or foreseeable future if this cannot be reversed." He told him.
"Actually… I don't think I wanna go back to Harry." Seeking said, not looking Dumbledore in the eyes. "I like being a pegasus… I like being Seeking Storm, Element of Loyalty, pegasus and not just the boy-who-lived…" He explained, leaning down to eat an apple from the table.
