Penny stood tapping her feet and glared at Sheldon. "Well?"
"Unhh!" Sheldon held a finger up, a request for her to pause and moved forward 5 steps… "Unhh!"
"We've been at this all day…" Her eyes boring into him, She looked at Sheldon, the agent coughed, she looked at her, then back at the man who was the current bane of her existence. "We need to make a decision, we have been doing this for six weeks and have been here three times, this time for two hours."
He looked at her calmly. "This is an important decision", then looked to the agent, "the acoustics are acceptable, we will make an offer."
Penny sighed, finally this ordeal was over. She rubbed the slight bulge that was starting to appear in her belly, and smiled. She and her husband were getting their first house. Out of the corner of her eye she spied movement, "Nimoy! Come!", and they walked to the car.
