Chapter 1: Telling Him
Hey, y'all I was reading through my other version of this and I decided it sucked. So I am rewriting it.

Today I am going to do the most nerve wracking thing I will ever do. Compared to this, telling Gizmo and the others I was leaving the "business" permanently, was entirely nothing. Fighting against the most evil minds of my time, my personal role models for so long, was not nearly as hope destroying as what I was about to do. Two years ago I got married to the most heroic amazing man I have ever known. Him standing there at the alter with that perfect trademark grin was the most amazing thing I have ever seen and will ever see. When I walked down the aisle in my white dress I felt like the queen of the world. But what was most amazing to me in that moment was the fact that he the Kid Flash was waiting for me it was unbelievable, me who had been his enemy for so long was getting married to him and the strange thing was I didn't mind it. I never have. But anyways our first night together wasn't nearly as horrifying as what I knew now and had to tell. Worst of all I had to tell him, after I had known for a while and had not told him because I was afraid. Me who has never been frightened of facing my troubles who would throw herself into battle without a second thought, me who would dare to stand up to the most evil man in the galaxy and not be afraid at all, was afraid to talk to the man I loved and was married to. So I guess I better get it over with. You know what, I'll make him lunch to help soften him up.
As I walked through the living room on the way to the kitchen I saw the television on and My husband lying on the couch gently snoring with his bangs laying slightly ruffled over his eyes. My husband gets so little sleep nowadays, it comes with the whole I save the world on a daily basis. So I went and got him a blanket and put it upon him. Whenever he is like this I have such a desire to jump on him and smother him with kisses. But instead I gently sweep his bangs away from his face and gently kiss him once. Then I walked into the kitchen and start to make his favorite dish Chicken Kiev on a bed of salad with a high calorie drink, with a little pumpkin pie for dessert. After we got married a had a lot of time to myself so I picked up cooking, and frankly I am quite good at it. In time I found myself cooking just because I could, and loving every single minute of it. I was going to open up a restaurant. But in light of my current predicament I think it should wait a little while. I have gotten quite good at cooking in huge amounts because Flash eats so fast His metabolism runs very high so it is quite difficult to get him to be satisfied.
After a while Flash woke up and he ate lunch. After that he then called me into the living room saying,
"Hey Jinx Honey, we have been invited to go to the Annual Hero Starlight Ball and I was thinking something along the lines of a new dress is in order, what do you think?"
At once I responded "No! No! I can't."
"Well, Why?"
"Because I … Well I…" I stuttered.
"Tell me, please? I just wanted to get you something nice." He said, so kindly and assuredly.
"I'm… Well I'm… I'm pregnant." I said softly.
