Follow Joel and Ellie on their newest challenge: settling into a normal as can be life at Tommy's settlement. They'll form new friendships and relationships with other residents and face new challenges and enemies. No matter how safe their new home is, it can't protect them from the world's horrors. Joel decides to have a game of soccer with Ellie. Having fond memories of playing such a game with Sarah, he decides to make some new similar memories with his daughter-like figure. Having been isolated for a long time, however, Ellie has no idea how to play soccer, as she quickly proves while the game commences…

Life inside the walls and confines of Jackson isn't an easy adjustment for Ellie or Joel, but they still have one another.
