Luna smiled to herself as she stood in a glen, her finger extended and watching a Monarch butterfly as it landed on her outstretched finger. For a moment, she merely stared with her large blue eyes at the butterfly extended its wings and fluttered them slowly as it rested.
Through the years, or almost all her life, people had laughed at her and ridiculed her beliefs. No one would have guessed that the girl with protuberant blue eyes and wispy blonde hair would come to be a war hero, much less one of the world's foremost Naturalists.
However, Luna had never listened to what anyone thought of her and merely always followed her heart, following it faithfully.
