the soothsayer's only line in Shakespearean Legend is "Beware the ides of march." It's a warning to Julius Caesar, ruler of Rome. The ides of March was when Brutus, Cassius among some 70 others assassinated the Dictator. Caesar paid the soothsayer no heed; He should have listened. But onward to the present. The ides of march is someone else's death sentence today. They say history always repeats itself.
She ran through the conservation area. Trees scraped her arm. She ran fast, faster then she'd ever run. Relief flowed through her as she saw Degrassi. She ran straight into Adam's arms.
"Whoa. Is today my birthday or something? "Eli poked him.
"If my girlfriend wants to give you a hug, consider it a miracle ordained by God."
"I thought you were atheist?" Tishauna asked, untangling herself from Adam.
"I am." Eli said. Tishauna rolled her eyes.
"Are you making a crack at my Mexican Catholic-Judaism?"
"No." Eli said.
"Oh you are so not coming to my Bat Mitzvah or my QuinceaƱera." Tishauna snapped.
"Aren't you a little late for either of those ceremonies?" Adam asked.
"My parents came into some money and since I didn't get either ceremony when I was of age, they decided to give them to me now." Tishauna said.
"I'm so coming. Whether I have to crash it or not, I'm to kick your brother in the shin for shoving ice down my pants. "Adam said. Tishauna snickered. Adam glared at her. Though he thought she was right. Perfect Tishauna was right in every way. Right for him. Now if she only realized she was meant for Adam, not Eli.
