A/n: Ok, I cannot believe I have even gotten reviews on this story. I started writing this when I was I think 11 or something like that. Anyway, I like to tell some of the people reading this story is that some of the story line has happened to me, like a guy I liked being stolen by my best friend but the difference is that I didn't get mad, I just encouraged it.

...

The silence between the two teens could be cut with knife as they drove to Tony's. "What made you so mad at Jeanne?" Tony asked softly, looking at the brunette who seemed to be more interested in the trees going past the windows. Ziva looked over at Tony, straight into his green eyes and looked away, He could have sworn he seen something other than hate in her eyes.

"I just realized she is not as good of a friend as I thought she was," Ziva said, not really convincing Tony. He let it slip and grabbed her hand, he didn't know what made him do it, but he just did, but as soon as he had hold of her hand, she pulled her hand away from him and closer to her body. Even if Jeanne was the one who stole him away from her, she wasn't going to cross that line with him.

"Promise me not to hang out with that Goth again? I'd rather you just hang out with EJ, Michelle, Lee and even Breena. Just not with her, I just, I can't risk not being able to talk to you in public because of something you thought was harmless," Tony said, the song 'I Wish I Could Break Your Heart' by Cassadee Pope playing in the background.

It was the pleading of his voice or look in his eye that made her feel bad but it was the way he held her heart. She looked over at him to see he was truly scared that if the word got out that she had been caught hanging out with the goth, nerd and harry potter kid, he wouldn't be able to hang out with her anymore. "I promise," Ziva whispered. She wasn't sure why she had said it considering she only had them as a safety net to keep her from cracking. "But can you try and bring Tim's status up?" She then asked biting her lip a little.

"I'll try," Tony said, promising her. If that was all that kept her from going back to the goth and harry potter kid, he'd do it, because you do what you have to, to make sure you don't lose someone so special. When they pulled into Tony's drive-way, there were 20 different cars in his drive-way.

"What is this?" Ziva asked looking at the cars and seeing her FRIENDS cars lined up the drive-way. "Happy birthday," Tony whispered and kissed her temple. If Jeanne saw that, she knew that she would have cut a bitch because well, he's suppose to do that to her and not her best friend.

"You remembered," Ziva whispered a slight smile on her face. "How could I forget your birthday? It's normal for you not to want to celebrate it but, c'mon, me and Jeanne have been planning this since the start of the month! The least you can do is have a little fun," Tony told her. Ziva wasn't one to pass up a party so she agreed. "But I have nothing to wear and there is no way in hell I am wearing the dress I bought today," Ziva said quickly.

"I bought you this," Tony said reaching behind his seat to grab a brown fancy bag and passing it to her. It had a red dress, and a pair of black heels. Not including the flask of vodka. "Nice," Ziva said pulling the flask out and looking at it. "Thank you," Ziva said and hugged him. There was big bang on the hood of the truck causing Ziva to pull back.

"Cheating on that slutty bitch or wha?" Some drunk douchebag that Ziva knew really well yelled at him. Ziva jumped out, "No, I'd never too that to Jeanne and I'm pretty sure Tony would never do that to her," Ziva said getting up in his personal space. He smiled at the closeness of the girl almost pressed against his body. "Not happening," Ziva whispered, her lips centimeters away from his, she pulled back and started walking over to the house. Her dress, shoes and alcohol in hand.

...

Jeanne was sitting on the bar stools on her second martini when Tony came up and sat beside her. "Why did you leave me at the mall?" he asked her. "I figured out why Ziva hates me, hates you," Jeanne said tipping back the last of her drink. Tony looked at her confused. "Why does she hate you then? I'm the one who gave her a ride here, she doesn't hate me," Tony assured her.

"Because of something I took, someone I took. Selfish, Selfish me!" Jeanne said. "Can I get another?" Jeanne asked the guy behind the counter of his personal bar. "No more," Tony told him, knowing that Jeanne was a very lightweight and that she was already on the drunk side.

"Who did you take?" Tony asked. Jeanne looked into his eyes and he knew the answer right away, him. She had taken the one guy that she has had an interest in for the past 7 years and didn't think twice if it was going to hurt her best friend. All because she just wanted to feel loved by someone she knows wouldn't try and hurt her, it's not like she ever really liked Tony anyway. He was just a distraction because the really guy she wanted didn't want her.
