Takaishi and Seako were currently fighting though the hoard of them that was In the middle of the park. Seako's bokken was cracking skulls and taken names in blood. She spun and caught another one in the side of the head.
While Seako was killing them Takaishi was standing off to the side watching her back or something down lower. He held the shotgun ready for anything that was to come.
Seako turned and pointed her wooden sword at one of them. "You stink the least you could do was take bath before you died." she said in an almost too happy voice. She quickly drew it back and hit 'it' in to the fountain where it got run over many times.
Sensing something behind her she turned and faced it. What was behind her was a group of them to be exact a group of child undead. She froze upon seeing them, her body would not respond to her.
Takaishi saw this and took action. He got between her and the undead. The barrel of the shotgun was crammed down the throat of it and upon pulling the trigger blew its head clear off. The other ones behind the one that got blew up was sent flying back.
He grabbed Seako and ran for the only way clear for them to run. "RUN!" he yelled and turned back and fired a round off sending a few close ones flying. He chambered another round and turned tail.
They were jogging for an unknown amount of time. The pair were weaving in and out of street. He peaked around a corner to see if any were around. What he saw was something that surprised him.
In the middle of the street was a group of men under a pop up canvas tent. He saw computers and radios scattered all over the tables. The equipment was military grade and being manned by some people that stood with the feel of military, but to Takaishi he knew they were not military.
He saw the patch on their arms it looked like an equal sign. He looked more closely and saw some of the undead walk towards them. He half expected to see the men grab their guns but they just picked up a tablet and started tapping on it. The undead stood still and watched them.
'So someone is behind this.' He mused turning around he tapped Seako on the shoulder and pointed to them.
Then they started talking about something. He turned back and tried to listen to them.
"Sir a transmission is coming in from HQ." said the man.
The person he was talking to had a cigarette in his mouth and held a feeling of determination. He was about six foot tall and was well built, and to show that he carried a Nodachi. The handle was solid black and was crafted finely.
He turned and hit a key on the tablet then turned to face a screen.
"Mr. Cambium sir." he said and made a salute that was a cross between what he had seen Ezio do and a military salute.
"Stop with the formalities Jacob. You know I hate it when you call me by my real name."
"Sorry Red Eagle"
"I called to ask how the preparations were coming on the invasion of the Takagi's 'fort'"
"We had the 'Sleep Walkers' amass along the roads of the way up and are currently attempting to find a way to get them in."
"Good. On another note have you found my asshole of a brother yet?"
"Yes and no. Yes we did find him but he disappeared and we have not seen him since."
"Keep me updated. May we serve in the darkness for the Father of understanding."
"May we serve in the darkness for the Father of understanding." he replied as the screen went blue.
"Get the forces ready we attack in two days." At that the others nodded and went back to work.
Takaishi had heard enough and decided to get out of there and warn the others. The only problem was that it was dark and he had nowhere to go. For some reason he thanked the darkness for if it weren't dark they would have been seen by the group of people.
Seako pointed back towards a hill in the distance. Takaishi understood what she meant. She wanted to go there and stay the night. He turned and jogged past her with her at his heels.
As they jogged they pasted a few of the so called 'Sleep Walkers'. He saw them turn to them then just keep walking on. They made it to the hilltop and he saw why she wanted to come here. It was the best place outside of Saya's house to defend.
He walked up to the door and pushed it open. The moonlight shown in allowing the silhouettes of the things inside to appear, as he walked in he saw something sitting on the table but didn't pay it no mind. He then walked over to the wall and lit a candle.
"Seako you have to tell me what the hell happened back there." He said facing her. The way she froze up was something that was way out of line for her.
"It was because I saw those kids… it made me remember a time where I done something I fear happeneing again."
"Tell me what happened."
(Flash back)
A fourteen year old Seako was walking home one night after a Kendo club meet after school. It was dark out and it had a foreboding feeling in the air. She was tired and just wanted to have long bath when she got home. But that night a man had other ideas.
He had been following her since she left the school. He was drunk and was feeling very horny that night. He was thinking along the lines of 'why pay for sex when I can get it for free'.
She came into a street light when he made his move. Pulling a knife from his jacket he grabbed her and shoved her into the wooden fence. She played along for a while acting all scared and all, but on the inside she was waiting for him to mess up.
That time came and she struck out with her kendo sword. In one hit she caught him under the arm dislocating it instantly. She then brought it down and snapped the man's collar bone. By this time the man was on his knees.
Seako grinned evilly and brought the sword down on his head busting it open and spraying blood everywhere. She kept on breaking his body till some cops rolled by and stopped her. When they asked what she did as started crying and said that he tried to rape her.
(End)
"You see I almost killed a man and enjoyed doing it. When I saw those kids I remembered what had happened."
"It doesn't matter what happened in the past we need to you be able to overcome those problems for the good of the group."
She started crying and Takaishi went over to her to try to comfort her. She started sobbing uncontrollably. The reason for this was because she feared herself and what might happen if her friends got in between her and her target. Takaishi wrapped her in a hug holding her close to him.
"It's ok what happened in the past stays in the past."
They stayed there for a while till she stopped sobbing. For the first time in her life someone had given her comfort. She didn't know what to do now but she did what her body told her to do. She looked into Takaishi's face and she kissed him. Then one thing lead to another then another.
The rest of the night was filled with moans and lust for the two people stuck in the temple.
(With the rest of the group)
Hirano was trying to keep to himself and get past the death of their friend. He saw how Ezio stayed behind to allow them to get away. That was hours ago, and if he did live he would have made his way up to them by now. He was trying so hard to keep his mind off of what might have happened to the man in white. To cope with this he did a full inventory of weapons and cleaned them at least three times apiece.
He got to the point of which he couldn't take it no more. He simply broke down and failed at holding back the tears.
Saya was caught between grief or rejoice that one of the assassins were dead. After she had met Ezio she thought that he was someone who was a good person and willing to give people a chance to repent from what they had done. She loved that about him and wanted him to be with her. But now that she found out about her dad and the assassins she wanted nothing to do with the war.
Shizuka was acting like herself for the most part, but on the inside she was sad. The person who had helped out the group the most just made a last sacrifice for the group. She knew that they would not see him again.
Connor had kept undercover and didn't make a move to 'talk' to the man he was after because of a time of morning for his lost brother in arms. He was trying to recall the incident that happened before he was shot. Speaking of being shot he needed someone to remove the bullet from his body. That most likely would hurt like hell.
Connor was laying in one of the room's hoping to catch so sleep but his mind went back to the look on Ezio's face. It was the face of a man going into a battle and knowing it was his day. He was able to finally let sleep take him but he didn't sleep well.
(Next Morning)
Takaishi woke up as the sun light came through the windows of the temple. He rose up and looked around. Beside him was Seako in her full glory. To him last night was most likely the best one of his life.
He got up and got dressed. He then looked over to Seako and gently woke her. She looked around and It took a minute to remember where she was then it dawned on her. She was as nude as the day she was born with Takaishi looking down on her. Then she remembered the night they shared and blushed.
"Wild night wasn't it?" he asked her only for her to nod and get up and grab her clothes. Takaishi was trying to hold back a nose bleed as he watched her get up and walk away from him. Yea he was a perve.
He looked around the temple and saw the things he couldn't see while it was night. Though they did had a candle they couldn't see well. He noticed two katanas. One was a nodachi and the other was a simple katana. He walked over and picked up the katana and flicked it open. The sun light hit the blade and made it gleam. He saw his reflection on the blade and could clearly see the metal was in a wavy form showing the blade had been hand forged, though he didn't know this.
Closing the katana he walked over to Seako who had just gotten done getting dressed and ready to go. She saw the blade in his hand and eyed it. Before she could ask he held the sword out to her. She looked at him and then the blade before taking the blade and flicking it open.
"This blade is old. It was hand forged and folded. To think it was here." She then held the katana by the very end of the handle and hit her hand hard(1). The handle jarred and loosened. She pulled the handle off of the blade and looked at the writing on the blade.
'Nothing is true, everything is permitted' below it was the family seal of Miyamoto Musashi. Her eyes widened as she realized whose blade she was holding. The man was legendary and known to all swordsmen (and girls) as the first master of the blade.
She closed the handle and heard a click telling her that the blade was secure. She bowed her head and sent a prayer to Musashi out of respect. She looked up and saw Takaishi had a long ass sword on his back. The nodachi he had was almost two yards long.
"Do you even know how to use the blade correctly?"
"Yea you just swing it at the thing you want to kill." His answer caused her to feel sorry for the blade as it would break in the first few swings. "Besides what's the use of leaving a good blade behind?"
She sighed and walked over to the door. "let's go"

1. the traditional way to see if a sword is hand forged and old.
Damn it I'm going crazy. Here I am out of .45 ammo and working on the last brick of 5.56. the good news is that I still have about 20 bricks of 7.62 ammo and even more with the .338. I swear with all the shooting that goes on around here how do I still have places to hunt.
I'm sorry to say but I sent in my form for my medical leave to be shorten and they accepted. It ends this month after I get checked about my injury. In other words physical exam is needed to be sent in for me to go back.
With the way things are looking in Syria I'm almost sure that if and when the fighting breaks out that my team is going in. lord I don't want to get in another war. Al-Assad might just want to get up he's fucked. The only problem is that he is hard headed.
I don't want to go to war but this is looking like the start WW3. Russia is backing Syria along with Iran. So that by its self is reason enough to stay frosty about what we do. I personally want to go over there and pull the trigger on my Intervention and be done with it. But that world end bad in the long run so I guess I got to stand by the CIC (Obama) does.
If we do go to war I have a feeling that it might spill over to American soil, so this could go bad real fast.
Anyway, review as this may be one of the few posting I'll be able to make for a while, but I hope not.
P.S. get a gun and get ready there might be war coming.
Till next time
Sharp out
