.

"And you all can call me, Traveler."

That drongo had nerves, twice he got my rang while it was flying back into my hands, and he made me worry for it.

.

Twice that evil son-of-a-dingo gave my rang back into my hands as if I had only dropped it, and he was doing me a favour.

That evil doer, he hurt Tooth, he hurt Sandy, and he said he wanted to fight fair?!

.

I looked in his eyes, and something made me tremble, he watched me in that cold measuring gaze, but I could feel inside his gaze there was something hungry, looking me like I was some prey.

.

"Earth to Bunny" North's loud mouth said.

I was so tense, that his words startled me and I fell backwards.

.

I looked up and North was signaling with his eyes that I should fight "The Traveler" soon.

.

––– Punjam Hy Loo (Traveler's POV) –––

.

Poor Bunny, he was scared from toe to the tip of his ears.

I felt like I hadn't fought an admirable foe like him in ages past, my hand was itching like in a gunfight.

.

I wanted him to take the initiative but he didn't. He only stood there looking me and waiting.

+ Yes of course I was looking him like a prey, after all he was a Hare, and me, well that don't get to the point does it? +

.

North's attempt to break the ice startled the rabbit and made him fall, but even then I did not underestimated my opponent.

He was not just a Hare, he was the Guardian of Hope, and deserved to be respected as such.

.

And he deserved it indeed, because I got hit in the back of the head by that boomerang of his.

––– Punjam Hy Loo (No POV) –––

.

Before Bunnymund got up, his Rang was already flying towards the Traveler's head, he had thrown the rang when he was falling much by instinct but he felt like doing it that way.

The moment the boomerang had painfully collided with the back of the traveler's head, Bunnymund was already in the air, kicking the traveler in the head, and going over it in a somersault, taking the boomerang in hands and turning to hit him again.

.

The traveler turned with a smile on his face. His right arm went up and blocked the boomerang with a metallic sound as it hit something like an armor on the arm.

.

The Traveler's whole body swiftly turned from the left, giving it a strong momentum.

His arm was extended in a backhand and Bunnymund only had time to put his elbow and knee together before the left arm hit him on the right side.

By the force of the turn, even North feared that Bunnymund would be launched in the room and trough a window, but the arm only collided with him, and Bunny fell no more than a feet farther than were he would originally fall.

.

Again, not surprised or not even noticing the blow hadn't the strength it should, Bunny went into a quick succession of punches to the traveler's body, though less than 2 actually hit the traveler's the right way, others were skillfully blocked.

.

He quickly had to jump a left leg swipe from the traveler, but got hit once more from a surprise arm coming from the other direction.

Bunny went rolling to the ground, but got up quickly and near, swiping the traveler's other leg, finally making him touch the ground with something other than his feet.

.

The Traveler sustained his weight on his free arm, the left, and the heel of the left leg, making him in a position of disadvantage.

Bunny jumped on him and kicked his free arm away, as his boomerang arm went towards the traveler's throat.

.

.

The Traveler had taken the leg that Bunny used to push his hand away.

And this time moving by instinct, he threw the hare off his chest.

But he did it with such a strength that even him feared that Bunnymund would fall off the room.

.

Bunnymund was flying straight towards the window, but was got again in the arms of the reappearing Traveler.

Both looked at each other and pushed off, Bunny cursing because of being held like a baby, and the Traveler looking like he was sorry for that.

They hit the ground not to far from each other and closed the distance, by jumping and kicking.

Legs hit at the same time, in a repelling way, and they went down exchanging similar kicks, and punches.

.

From the quick and severe fight, the right sleeve from the Traveler's overcoat ripped when Bunny,s boomerang had hit it for perhaps the 12th time.

Underneath it, he looked that the traveler wore some complicated looking gauntlet, something that looked way to foreign to describe.

.

.

Making space by pushing the Hare apart with a kick, the traveler took off his coat in a fluid motion and threw it over Bunnymund.

The coat blocked his way of view and even blocked North and Toothiana's view. But when it fell and covered Bunnymund, the Traveler was already upon him.

.

The overcoat vanished by itself.

.

And the tip of a very beautiful and translucent sword was under Bunnymund's chin.

.

"So good fight, Easter Bunny, have I proven myself in combat? Do you yield?"

.
