Daniel was getting his ass handed to him against Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family. Bray Wyatt sat back in his rocking chair, just watching the whole thing come together. This was the moment where Bryan was to rebel in his own way. Of course, he knew all about the consequences, but Stephanie, Hunter and Vince wouldn't dare fire him—he was very over with the WWE Universe and firing him would be like firing a dominant quarterback from a team—it would be a very stupid thing for them to do. They didn't think that it would happen, but Daniel was still ready for anything.
Back and forth, Daniel was delivering powerful kicks to both Luke and Erick, when one man felt the kick, the other man would feel the kick harder than the other one. Then, Daniel was able to separate Erick from Luke. Daniel got Luke's red flannel shirt and with the sleeves of it, he began to choke Luke with them. Bray witnessed this event happen and knew that this was not part of the script whatsoever. The last time Daniel did that, he got fired.
Daniel let out a yell, which erupted in 'YES!' chants from the WWE Universe. Bray threw his hat to the floor and went inside the ring to attack Daniel from behind. He pulled Daniel and whispered in his ear.
"This wasn't in the script."
Daniel tried to break free of Bray's hold "If you want a better WWE, you let me do what I want to." he whispered back to him, and then broke free of Bray's hold, to connect with a perfectly executed roundhouse kick.
With all three members of the Wyatt Family down, Daniel slide out of the ring and looked under the ring for something. He didn't know what exactly he was searching for, but it had to be dangerous and it had to anger The Authority. It had to make all the producers want to automatically go straight to commercial. Finally, he found that weapon. He pulled out a chain that was used to lock some of the toolboxes. It was a long, heavy, piece of chain that could be used to hurt someone.
Daniel went back to the ring, where he was met with a devastating clothesline from Luke. Erick grabbed Daniel by the shoulder, while Bray was at a corner and bend himself upside down to get a look at Daniel. With all of his might, Daniel wrapped the chain around his fists and began to punch Luke and then, Erick. Bray ran to Daniel, put was met with a huge punch. His face meeting with Daniel's chain that was wrapped around his fist. As soon as Daniel was able to get Luke and Erick out of the picture, he was left with Bray. Daniel connected with the YES! Lock—the chain wrapped around the face of Bray Wyatt.
There was so much commotion going on backstage that there was Hunter screaming at earpieces to go to commercial. Stephanie was screaming at the referee to get out there and put a stop to Bryan and his out of script actions. The Shield stood by as Colby and Joe couldn't believe what was happening. A smirk appeared on Jon's face, he couldn't be happier than he already was, but when Joe looked at him, the smirk went away. Joe ruffed and went back to looking at the television.
"Jon."
Jon turned around to spot Brie Bella in her blue and rainbow ring attire. Her hair was straight down, gesturing for Jon to come to where she was. Jon looked over to Colby and Joe, who looked much occupied with what was happening with Bryan and The Wyatt's. They were ordered to stay put by Stephanie because she claimed that there will be more a punishment his way.
"Bryan's doing well out there, but I'm getting worried. Stephanie looks pissed. What if she takes it out on me?" Brie asked Jon with worry in her voice. Jon looked around to check that no one was around, before responding.
"I'm going to be blunt—she is going to take it out on you. Brie, I wanted you in this rebellion for a reason. I see you more than this Total Diva. You might not look like you have passion for wrestling, but you have more passion for wrestling than any of your cast mates, and that is something that I want in a team member—to have a passion for wrestling." Jon told her. There was something about him that made Brie shut up and listen to him. She took every word that she said to heart.
"You're right," she smirked. "Thank you for believing in me. You, Phil and Bryan have been good to me. I never thought that I'd be in the same group as Dean Ambrose and CM Punk. I guess you guys are decent human beings. Roxy is to, but she's in a terrible place because of you. Just because I am loyal to you, that I'll give her a little chat."
With that, Brie began to walk away with intentions to talking to Roxanne and making sure that everything will go right with Jon and her segment later tonight.
"Brie."
She turned around to look at Jon, what did he want now?
"Make sure Roxy goes easy on me." for what seemed like the first time in weeks, Jon gave a smile. Brie could have sworn that she saw Jon Good give a smile.
"Hey Roxanne." Brie greeted the head creative writer, who was in the middle of apply some baby pink lipstick.
Roxy was looking in the mirror as she cringed at the sight of Brie Bella in her mirror view. Maybe, if she didn't respond, Brie would go away. So, that was what Roxy exactly did—ignore The Bella Twin. Brie sighed and folded her arms across her chest. She could smell Roxy's game from a mile away. How immature was that? Brie thought that's what Roxanne was being. Immature.
"Roxy, we got to talk. About everything." Brie spoke up, making the former redhead turn around to face her.
"What do you want, sellout? Yeah, I called you a sellout! Where were you, when I was getting my heart shattered to a million pieces? Huh? Then, I find out that you're on my ex-boyfriend's side? I honestly thought we were becoming good friends. I suppose, I was wrong." Roxanne turned around and loosed the cap of her mascara.
"I thought that you and Jon were on the same side. I thought you guys were on the same team. Jon offered me a spot on his rebellion the night, where I thought I was going to get the shit beat out of me. I thought about it, Bryan, Phil and I joined the same night after the discussion that we had. Bryan wants his hands on Hunter, Stephanie, Orton and Eva. I want my hands on Eva and to give my sister a reality check. Phil really wants to knock out Hunter and Stephanie and wants payback on Colby and Joe for embarrassing him on live TV, and Jon? He's fighting for you! He loves you! He is still fighting for you after all the shit you two have been going through. If you go out in the ring and blow his cover, I swear, I will go Brie Mode on your ass!"
Brie breathed hard—that was a mouthful to say and she said it directly at Roxanne's face. Roxanne couldn't believe that Brie had the nerve to say all of that. She gave her a reality check, and it awakened her eyes. Roxy turned to look back at the mirror again and closed the cap of the mascara. She felt like not applying her make-up anymore.
"You're right," Roxy whispered and turned back to look at Brie. "I need to talk to Jon about something."
Brie nodded—it looked like she got through to her. That was exactly what she wanted to do. Now, maybe she will go easy on Jon and not blow his cover or she could have made things worse for him. She will have to find that out soon.
"Good, talking should help. Just don't blow his cover, we're confident that it will all get better soon. Talk about you relationship and don't bring the rebellion up. Please." Brie pleaded as Roxanne walked away to go to the ring.
As Brie watched Roxy go, she felt and arm wrapped around her. She found that it was Bryan that was next to her. Brie smirked.
"Did you get in trouble?" she asked him. She already had a clue with what happened to Bryan. Bryan laughed.
"Big trouble."
As Roxanne walked down the ramp, a lot of things were racing through her mind. Damn, I need some entrance music. I'd feel so badass, walking down this ramp, if I had entrance music. She seemed to get some cheers, thanks to that slap she gave Dean Ambrose, but she knew that she would be getting heat in the end of this segment. When she was in the ring with a microphone in her grip, she began to talk.
"The last time that all of you saw me, I slapped the taste out of Dean Ambrose's mouth. For the past several days, all of you have been trying to figure out what the connection between Dean and I was, and someone of you were spot on. Dean and I have a past. I fell for his charm, but he stomp my heart on the floor. He crushed me. It was stupid of him because look at me," a whistle from a few of the male WWE fans was heard. "Thanks for agreeing," she pointed at one of the fans. "Anyway, Dean and I need to resolve something, so Dean."
Roxanne wait for Dean to come out—it felt like she was waiting for twenty years because when The Shield's music played, there was a sigh of relief that came out of her. It was a surprise to see Dean out here alone, without Seth and Roman behind him. Dean was handed a microphone and stood right across his former lover.
"What do we need to resolve?" Dean asked, not knowing how this conversation is going to work out between the two of them. It can go in many different directions that it worried him that Roxy was going to rat out this rebellion.
"I didn't realize that you broke up with me to protect me, until you told me. I didn't realize that you still cared for me, even when I told you all those horrid things to your face or did something to your cheek. Dean, I know what you're all about, but I think you felt something for me that you haven't felt in a long time—love. Perhaps, I am just a stupid ex-girlfriend that can't move on from the past, but I just want you to know that I felt something for you as well. I felt love with you." Roxanne put her hand on his bicep. She wasn't going to slap him, she was holding him. She was assuring him that she loved and cared about him to.
Dean shook up Roxy's grasp, this all felt too strange for him and he just wanted all of this to end right now. "Roxy, I can't talk about this now." Dean said to her without the mic to his mouth, which made her frown.
"Let's do something else then. Let's talk about it backstage." Roxy whispered to him, gesturing him to get out of the ring and that's when they both heard...
