The next morning, Amu woke up to find Ikuto's arm draped over her side. He said he would go back to the guest room if I fell asleep, she thought. She was about to push him away, when she realized there was something in her hand. She looked at it.

"Dia?" Amu whispered. The X is still there, Amu frowned. Ikuto's arm tightened around her.

"Utau brought her back last night while you were sleeping," he spoke into her hair.

"What?!"

"Shhh. You'll wake up your sister."

"What happened to going back to the guest room?"

"And give up the chance to cuddle with you? No." (A/N: awwwww. :3)

"Pervert."

"How dare you say that to your own boyfriend."

"What're y'all mumbling about-nya?" Yoru asked sleepily, opening his egg. The other four charas also opened their eggs.

"Yoru, what are you still doing here?", Ran asked, rubbing her eye.

"Never left-nya."

"Let go of me so I can get dressed," Amu demanded. Ikuto sighed in defeat and released her. Amu got up and opened her door.

"Out."

Ikuto slowly got up and walked over to the door. Yoru's egg slowly followed.

"You don't need any help?" Ikuto whispered with a smirk.

"No!" Amu whispered back, her face bright red. She shut the door behind him. Ikuto made his way downstairs. He was surprised to find Ami already up and dressed.

"What are you doing up so early? School doesn't start for an hour and a half," Ikuto said.

"I felt like it. Besides, onee-chan is always nagging me about not getting up early," Ami replied as she cracked some eggs into a bowl. The phone started ringing. Ami quickly wiped her hands off on a towel and hurried to answer it.

"Hinamori residence, Ami speaking," she said cheerfully.

"Ami-chan? It's Mama. What are you doing up so early?" Midori asked.

"Making breakfast. Onee-chan is getting dressed," Ami answered.

"And Ikuto-kun?"

"Also getting dressed. I heard him a few minutes ago in the guest room," Ami lied.

"I was just calling to let you know our trip may be extended. A strange storm front is in the area."

"Strange how?"

"It popped up out of nowhere and is covering the entire metropolitan area. It hasn't moved an inch since it appeared. Rome, Athens, London, Brussels, and many other major cities are experiencing the same thing. All flights have been cancelled due to the lightning."

"I'll tell onee-chan. By the way, did you tell Daddy about Ikuto-san."

"Yes. He's not exactly happy about it."

"That's right! I'm not happy about it," Tsumugu said in the background," I want to speak to him right now. Mama hand me the phone."

"Hai, hai."

"Tsukiyomi Ikuto!", Tsumugu shouted.

"Daddy, it's me. Give me a second," Ami said, holding the phone away from her ear. She looked at Ikuto apologetically, before handing him the phone. Ikuto took it.

"Hello?", he said.

"Tsukiyomi Ikuto, don't you dare do anything to my little girls. I'll have you know that I know some important people, like the one who gave Amu-chan these tickets to Paris. As well as Hoshina Utau, the idol. Just one word and I could have you ruined," Tsumugu threatened.

"Um, there's just one problem with that sir. I know both of those people as well. The president of Easter, Ichinomiya Hikaru, is my cousin, so to speak. And Hoshina Utau is my little sister," Ikuto said.

"What?! You're lying! There's no way you know both of them!"

Midori cut in and restated what Ikuto had just said. Tsumugu quieted down a bit.

"Fine, whatever."

"As far as your daughters go, Ami is like a little sister to Utau, so I consider her family. Amu, on the other hand-"

"What do you want with my Amu-chan?!"

"Well, I was going to ask you if it would be okay for her and I to date. I thought I would ask you before I asked her out," Ikuto lied. Ami covered her mouth to suppress the laugh that threatened to escape.

"Never. You are not allow to date my daughter."

"Ikuto-kun wants to date Amu-chan?" Midori asked in the background," Papa, let him. Amu-chan isn't a little girl anymore. If someone asks to marry her, then you can decline. Now give me the phone back."

Ikuto smirked at how hard Ami was trying not to laugh. Amu came downstairs and was bewildered to see Ikuto holding the phone and Ami covering her mouth.

"Ikuto-kun, my husband is a little over protective when it comes to the girls. Please don't hold it against him. If Amu-chan wants to date you, then she can date you. I know that you're a responsible young man. You showed me that before. Please feel free to stay as long as you like. It makes me feel better knowing that the girls aren't alone in the house. Good-bye."

"Good-bye," Ikuto replied, hanging up.

"What was that all about?", Amu asked. Ami burst out laughing.

"Ikuto-san, I could just imagine the look on Daddy's face when you told him about Utau-chan," Ami laughed.

Ami calmed down and answered Amu's question. She explained about the strange storm front that was going to delay their parents' return.

"We have to let Hikaru know so that he can take care of the expenses," Amu said.

"Let's finish making breakfast," Ami said. Ikuto excused himself to change his clothes. Amu started the rice cooker.

At that moment, the phone rang again. This time Amu answered it.

"Hinamori residence, Amu speaking," she said.

"Amu, why didn't you answer your cell phone?" Utau asked angrily.

"It's upstairs in my egg case. I'm in the kitchen getting breakfast ready," Amu countered.

"Yukari-san just called me. There was another fire at the high school last night."

"Really?! I would like to know who's behind this."

"I wasn't finished. There was a fire at Seiyo Academy as well."

"You have got to be kidding me."

"I was just calling to tell you that you are welcome to come hang out at Sanjo Productions."

"Alright. We'll be over after breakfast."

After explaining the phone call to Ami and Ikuto when he came out of the guest room, the three sat down to breakfast. Ami ate quickly and ran upstairs to change out of her uniform. Ran, Miki, Suu and Ai had gone upstairs to retrieve the egg case. Ikuto and Amu discussed the fires that had occurred during the night.

"It has to be the Dream Catchers. But why would they set fire to a school? The schools don't have any value to them," Ikuto said.

"I don't know," Amu replied as she finished drying the last dish.

"I'm ready!" Ami announced, coming downstairs. She was wearing a cute pink spaghetti strap dress with frilled skirt and a white cardigan. She was holding a pair of white flip flops in her hand.

"Kawaii, Ami-chan," Miki complimented. Ami beamed.

The three then left. The eight charas flew a little ahead of them laughing. It was a nice, quiet walk to their destination. Yuu was walking out of the door when they walked up.

"Nikaido-sensei, good morning," Ami said.

"Ah, good morning, everyone," he said," I was just dropping off something that Yukari forgot at home. I'm heading to the school right now. The chairman has called a staff meeting in the gymnasium. The staff from the middle and high schools are going to be there."

Nikaido then got into his car and drove off. The three shrugged their shoulders and walked inside the building.

"Good morning everyone," Yukari said as they walked in. Utau was pouring tea into the cups sitting on the table.

"Utau-chan are you going to be joining us?" Ami asked.

"Gomen, Ami, but I have an interview in a little while," Utau said," But I'll be joining you around lunchtime."

"In the meantime, could I ask you to help organize those boxes over there," Yukari said.

"That's why you said we could hang out here, isn't it?" Amu grumbled.

"That's not the entire reason," a male voice said.

A green haired young man with glasses walked in. A small green samurai floated beside him.

"Kairi!" Amu exclaimed, "What are you doing here?"

"I asked Utau to get a hold of him," Ikuto said," I figured we could use the back up."

"We'll leave you alone to catch up. Utau, it's time to go," Yukari grabbed her purse. Utau waved good-bye to them and followed her out the door.
