He came in every Sunday, when the bar was at its slowest. Raining or sunny, snowing or cloudy, he always came in.

The same haunted look in his dark green eyes, and the same stoic expression etched across his face. He always ordered his own drinks, otherwise he would keep to himself and talk to no one.

Everyone in there had their demons, but this young boy had many at such a young age. He lived a life of sin, being born a Rowdyruff Boy. He lied, stole, killed, injured, cheated, lusted… everything. He lived a life of regretting some of those things, but he knew that it was in his DNA to do those things, so he couldn't deny that he liked doing some of those things.

To him, that was the worst part; knowing that he liked it and couldn't do anything to stop liking it and stop doing it. That's why he liked to drink.

He liked to drink to forget about everything.

He liked to forget his past, his present, and seemingly hopeless future. He cleansed his mind each week, it seems. On Monday, he seemed better than he was on the previous Saturday.

His brothers knew he disappeared on Sunday to get a few drinks, but they never knew about his pain, being too caught up in their own lives to pay attention to the brooding Butch Jojo, their own flesh and blood.

The boy sitting in the bar drinks away every Sunday to forget about his pain and his demons.

The boy sitting in the bar used to be a careless, high spirited young boy, and now he was a serious, stoic, miserable boy far ahead in his years.

He lived a life full of sin and regret, and lives a life he's trapped in.

He drinks away to detach himself from the world.
