"Why would you even smile at her, Troy?" She screamed.
"Because I was glad that she stabbed Gabriella in the side." He said to her.
"Troy, you know what?" She yelled. "Me and Chad decided that we can't be friends with you anymore."
"So, you think it's right to have someone ignore you, when their trying to explain things to them?" Troy questioned.
"Well, it's your fault that you ditched on her," she said. "and lied to her about Sharpay. This all makes a perfectly good since of mind."
"Taylor, your wrong." He said. "The mind never grieves for me and it doesn't makes since. What makes since is: why would Gabriella ignore me when I clearly wanted to tell her the truth?"
"Troy, she didn't 'want' the truth." She argued. "She wanted someone to believing her, instead of lying to her. She was trying remember you, but she just doesn't any more. She could tell that she couldn't remember."
"So, she can't remember me at all?" He asked her.
"No, she truly doesn't want to remember you." She said, as she sat on the step. "Neither do I want to remember you."
"Why would you not want to remember me?" he asked, sitting beside her.
"Because that day you stabbed Gabriella, was the day I fell for Chad." She cried and ran off, then Bella joined her in the girls toilets.
"Taylor, I know your in here crying because of that jerk-faced loser." She said and Taylor stopped crying, when she mentioned 'Jerk-faced loser'.
"I guess you can call him a jerk, Bella." She said, then they both met up with Chad.
Meanwhile with Gabriella and Edward.
"Gabriella, you need to get some sleep." He said, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"I know I do." She said, yawning.
"Edward, put her to bed." A voice called from behind him.
"Okay, Carlisle." he said, picking Gabriella up from the ground and putting her into bed.
"So, how is she feeling?" He asked.
"She's fine." He replied.
"How's your day been?" He asked him.
"Fine," he said. "but Jacob had dropped by to chat about Troy Bolton."
"What about him?" Carlisle asked. "He can't speak about him. Because Gabriella can't possibly get her memory of him."
"The other day when we were driving home," he explained to him. "Troy was here in Forks a ago and told us that he would be moving from Albuquerque to Forks."
"Why would he want to move here?" He questioned.
"So, that he could get Gabriella to remember him," he said. "but I know deep down in her. That she won't remember him ever again."
"Believe you, me," He said. "She won't remember him, before she's dead and one of us."
"But how would that help her?" He asked, curiously.
"I don't know," He whispered. "it just hasn't been a very good year for Gabriella, or for anyone else."
"Tell me about." he said. "And Troy told Taylor what happened that day of the prom."
"So, he told her the truth of why he was smiling when he almost killed Gabriella?" He said, covering Gabriella's ears, then he took them off.
"Yes," he said. "but she wasn't to happy with it."
"She was furious with him." He said. "And now it is really his fault. He betrayed his own best friends for Sharpay."
"I guess you could say that he betrayed his own friends." Gabriella whispered, making sure that they can hear her.
"Weren't you suppose to be asleep?" Edward asked her.
"Force of bad habit," she said. "but I'll go back to sleep, if you want me to."
"Why did you wake up anyway?" Carlisle asked her.
"Because I heard your voices." She said and laid back down to get some sleep again.
"Well, she should have stayed a wake for a bit more long." He said. "Because I know that sometimes she can get nightmares, even if she is asleep, or awake."
"I guess your right, Edward." He said. "She does get nightmares and decides to wake up from it."
"You might be right." he said and went downstairs to talk with the girls and the boys.
The next day was a very long day of school for Gabriella.
"Good morning, Gabriella." The teacher said, entering the room.
"Good morning." She said, politely.
Then she went to sit next to Edward.
"What was that about last night?" Edward questioned her.
"I woke up last night," she whispered. "because I heard you talking to Carlisle, while I was fast asleep, but I must of banged my head."
"Gabriella, you didn't bang your head," he whispered back to her. "you were just woken up by the noise of the both of us."
"I guess you were right." She said agreeing with him.
"Where have you been all my life?" He questioned her.
"I was living in Texas with my mum and dad." she said. "But my parents never got along with each other."
"So, instead, you moved to Albuquerque?" He also questioned.
"Yes," she said. "that's when I first saw my friends, Chad and Taylor."
"Do you miss them?" He asked, kissing her lips.
"I don't miss them," she said. "their all the way in Albuquerque."
"Your right." He said, agreeing with her.
"By the way," she said. "I want to thank you."
"For what?" He questioned.
"For putting me to bed and almost butting into your conversation with Carlisle." She said and he realised that she was really thanking him for that.
"It's the least I can do," he said. "since, you can't remember Troy."
"True dat." She said and gave her phone to him, so that Troy won't be able to phone her. To make sure that she remembers him.
"Can you promise me something?" He asked.
"Sure." She said.
"Promise me that you won't ever remember him?" He said.
"I promise." She repeated. "I promise."
"You know something?" He said. "I would never ever forget this day when you say 'I promise'."
"Neither will I." She said and they both held hands for the entire day.
"Troy, stop pacing." Chad said. "The coach said that your drifting air."
"So, now your picking the right time to confront me?" Troy yelled and Zeke looked at him.
"Chad, leave the bully alone to think about his precious, Sharpay." Zeke said and the both of them walked away from him.
"So your leaving me alone?" Troy yelled after them.
"How could you be so cruel, Troy?" Jason questioned him.
