"Of course," he said. "she will know, but in the mean time, she must stay human and let her fate decide on where it goes next."

"On where what goes?" He asked, confused.

"on where it needs to go to." He said and left Gabriella's bedroom.

The next day, Gabriella woke up and saw Edward sitting beside her.

"Good morning, Edward." She said, staring at him.

"Good morning, Gabriella." He said, kissing her fore-head.

Then, Gabriella's dad walked into the room.

"Hi, Gabriella." Her dad said, as he looked over at Edward, to see him standing by the room.

"Hi, Dad." She said, greeting him.

"Hi, Gabriella." He greeted her back.

"How are you?" She asked, walking out into the kitchen, to get something to eat.

"Fine," he said. "But have you tried remember Troy?"

"No," she said. "but I don't intend to."

"This is just the beginning of something new." Edward said, holding Gabriella's hand.

Mean while back in Albuquerque with Troy and the others.

"Chad," Kelsi said. "you have to talk to him somehow."

"Why would I want to talk to him?" He asked, confused.

"Because Troy needs a friend, and I know that he didn't stick up for Gabriella. When he almost killed her." Kelsi told him, as he began to walk up to Troy, who was eating his food.

"What do you want, Chad?" He asked him.

"Look," he said. "I know your probably mad at Gabriella for not remembering you. But I think it's time to move on."

"No, I can't move on." He said. "Because I hurt Gabriella and now, she's gone to live in Forks with Edward, even his family."

"Maybe," He said fighting back. "you shouldn't of stabbed her in the back side."

"I know," he cried. "but why can't she remember me?"

"As I said before," he said, confronting him. "you shouldn't of put her into a long coma."

"She has to remember me somehow." He said, getting into the car.

He waited for Sharpay to come out of her house, to meet him in the car.

"Did you pack your suitcase?" He asked, as she slid in beside him.

"Yes," she said. "did you pack your suitcase?"

"Yes," he said, looking at the back of his car. "I did pack my suitcase."

"So, where are we going?" She asked, with a chilled smile.

"We are going to Forks Washington DC." He said, starting the car.

Meanwhile with Sam and the Cullens.

"Hi, Leech." He greeted, pleasantly.

"Hi, Mutt." Edward said, holding Gabriella's hand.

"Does she know?" He asked and he nodded.

"She does know, Sam." He said, when Carlisle joined them.

"I believe that Gabriella has a right to talk as well, as us." He mentioned.

"How can she even be in this conversation?" Sam asked Carlisle.

"Because she's the only one who knows about our secrets." He stated him.

"Does she atleast get to talk as well, as us?" He asked him.

"Well, since it's just the three of us talking," he witnessed. "she should have a saying as well."

"I'm guessing that your right." He agreed, giving Carlisle a hand shake.

"I'll be right back." Carlisle said, going back to his car.

"That was friendly." Gabriella whispered to Edward.

"Trust me," he said. "it was a bit pleasant."

"I know," she said, as she saw Leah coming out of the house.

"Friendly, isn't she?" Sam asked her.

"Of course," she said. "she is. But it just doesn't seem like she 'was' friendly."

"Something tells me that trouble is coming your way." Sam said, as Edward kissed her hand.

"I know," she said. "and there's something fishy about it."

Meanwhile, back with Troy and Sharpay.

"Why are we even going to Forks?" She asked. "Gabriella obviously doesn't remember you, Troy."

"I know that," he said. "but it just seems like a good thing to do, since I almost killed her, last month."

"So, your just gonna go there and show your face?" She asked, confused.

"That's pretty much it, Sharpay." He said, eagerly.

"Do you really think that you can try and get her to remember?" She also asked.

"No," he said. "but I can at least try to get her to remember me."

"So, your not going to give up trying?" She asked and nodded his head.

"Nope." He lied.

"Your obviously lying to me." She said to him, but that wasn't the situation.

"I am not lying." He said, sounding little bit high pitched.

"You are lying," she yelled. "You are trying to get her to remember you, Troy."

"Your right," he said. "I won't get her to remember me."

"Now can we please go back to Albuquerque?" She asked.

"Fine." he said. "We'll go back home."

Later that day, Gabriella had a bad nightmare about Edward.

"Gabriella, I'm gonna have to kill you." He said, kissing her lips.

"Why would you want to k-kill me?" She shattered.

"Because I'm doing it out of love." He yelled, holding a knife against her neck.

"You can't kill her, Edward." A voice said, standing behind him.

"You don't understand, Carlisle," he cried. "I have to do it, otherwise he'll kill me 'first.'"

"You don't really have a choice." Carlisle said, getting Gabriella to her feet again.

She woke up screaming, then Carlisle came into the room to see what was going on.

"Gabriella, what's the matter?" He asked, wrapping his arms around her. While she'd cried her eyes out.

"Edward tried to kill me," she said. "by holding a knife next to my neck."

"I'm sure that it would never happen to you, Gabriella." He said, as Edward joined the both of them.

"I'm sure that it would never happen either," She said, beginning to smile.

"We'll figure something out." He said, smiling back.

"Figure what out?" Edward asked, confused.

"Figure out why were you trying to kill Gabriella in her sleep." He said, walking down the stairs and into the kitchen, to get Gabriella a glass of water.

"Why would I want to kill her in her sleep?" He asked, curiously.

"Because you were holding a knife against my neck, Edward!" She exclaimed. "That's how I would know."

"Gabriella, calm down." Carlisle said, trying to get her to calm down.

"Okay." She said and went back to sleep again.

"I can't believe that she would think that I would kill her in her sleep." He said, bitterly.

"Well, there must be another way." He cried out.

"Obviously," he said. "she was in grieve danger of dying in her sleep."

"Are you sure that she was in grieve danger?" He asked, sitting down next to Gabriella.

"Of course I am sure," he said. "She was just frightened of her dream. But she needs you more than anything in the world. She just needs someone, and that someone is you, Edward."

"I know." He said. "She needs me more than now and that is going to be forever more."

Meanwhile back in Albuquerque with Troy and Sharpay.

"Let's go back and tell the others." He said. "We'll have to tell the others that in the next few days we are going to a basketball game."

"I think your right," she admitted. "We should tell the others."

"But first, we have to go to Forks for a while." He said, kissing her forehead.

"Your still on going after her?" She yelled. "Even after she doesn't remember you."

"I have to," he said. "I have no other choice, and your gonna have to help me get Gabriella to remember me, Sharpay."

"I can't help you, Troy." She cried. "I just can't help you with that one. I'm sorry."

"Well, fine," he said, coldly. "I'll do it myself."

"How can you be so cold?" She asked. "And I can't believe I'm asking you that."

"Because you make it sound so easy on trying to get rid of Gabriella from my mind." He said, as she put her head on his shoulder.

"I'm trying to do my best," she sighed. "But all you do is push me away. When you know that it's hurting me the most."

"What's hurting you the most?" He asked. "The fact that we almost killed Gabriella, or the fact that she's lost her memory of me?"

"It's both." She said, in defeat.

"How will I live with the guilt?" He asked, looking out the window.

"Well, how about this," she said. "we made her forget you. Is that what you wanted?"

"No!" He yelled and stopped the car, when he saw a girl that looked like Gabriella.

"Gabriella?" He questioned, winding his window down.

"Sorry, but my name isn't Gabriella." The girl said. "I'm a friend of hers."

"What's your name?" He asked her.

"I can't tell you my name." She said and walked up to the car, then she saw the girl who almost killed Gabriella. "Yous two better get out of here before I call the police."

"You know who we are?" Sharpay questioned her.

"Yes," she said. "Your on the most wanted poster all over the neighbourhood, even on the TV."

"So, you've heard about us then?" He questioned.

"Of course," she yelled. "I have heard of you."

With that she had left the both of them on their own.

"See this is why we should've stayed in jail," he said. "people know what we have done to Gabriella."

"Yes," she said. "They have. But they won't let it go. We almost murdered her."

"You know what? It was your fault. You put a knife into her side, and made her forget who I was to her. But now all I see is blackness and for what is worth, she is never going to 'remember' me ever again now. I miss her, but the sadist part is that she's never coming back to Forks, to see her friends and family." He sobbed, as he felt her arms wrapped around him.

"Of course it's my fault," she admitted. "I almost got your ex-girlfriend killed. Because I hated her. But I'll take full blame for what I did to her."

"I think I need some time to be alone." He said, parking the car up, and when he was done. He got back in the car with Sharpay still sitting by the window.

"Troy, I'm sorry." She apologised to him, but he slapped her across the face.

"You really think that I'm going to forgive you?" He said, throwing her out of the car and started to kiss down her neck.

"So, you're just going to kiss me, after you slapped me across the face?" She asked, kissing his lips.

"Yes," he replied. "I'm going to kiss you. Because I know I love you more than ever before."

"But do you still love Gabriella?" She asked.

"No," he said. "I don't love her, besides, she's in love with Edward."

"But why would you want to go after her, even after everything she's been through?" She asked, when he carried her back to the car and put her in the passenger seat.

"No," he said. "We're going back to Albuquerque, and I'm going to let Gabriella be."

"How generous of you." A voice said, standing outside the car. "I do like the you, but it's to end both of your life's so that you won't hurt Gabriella anymore."

"Sharpay, run!" He yelled, as he got bitten and then he died, even Sharpay died.

Meanwhile in Forks with Edward and the rest of his family.

"Where's Gabriella?" Jasper asked.

"She's in bed, sleeping." He said. "Why do you ask?"

"Because two people showed up in town today." He said, then went to check on her.

"Edward, I had a vision that Gabriella is going to be one of us," she said. "But not for a while yet."

"You mean that her life will end?" Carlisle asked, curiously.
