Wow how has it been so long since I wrote anything? I hope y'all aren't too pissed at me for being MIA, a lot has changed in the past few years and I haven't had time to write with the whole turning 21 and being in college and all—since it's summer I am devoting myself to writing until research begins and I already have two chapters for this story. I know the story has changed in reality, but I hope I can pick it up where I left off. I hope it isn't too rough since its been a while since I last wrote anything. Enjoy!

The ride back to the houseboat took what felt like years. Elliot struggled to keep his emotions at bay wondering if Olivia would even still be there when he arrived. Relief flooded him when he could faintly make out the houseboat with a speedboat rightfully attached. This hopefully meant Olivia had waited for him to return. As he approached the boat he could make out five figures seated neatly at the couches on the front porch. Olivia jumped up upon hearing the noise of the Jet Ski approaching. Elliot whipped the vehicle right next to the porch and without a second thought hopped over the low railing separating him from the love of his life. Olivia lunged forward throwing herself onto him. Elliot, un-expecting of such a greeting lost his balance for a moment almost sending them flying into the water. He regained his footing and returned her embrace.

"Elliot where the hell were you?" Olivia whispered as the four onlookers smiled.

"I went looking for you, I almost murdered your friend…"

"You what?" Olivia exclaimed pulling slightly back from the embrace to make eye contact.

"Well I found out who he was and couldn't stand the thought of you being with someone else. I'm really sorry Livvy, for everything. I never wanted to end up like this and I would never cheat on you, and I'm sorry that I can't control my temper. I just- the thought of you with someone else- I just-"

"El! It's okay. They explained everything to me. And as for Greg well you can apologize when we invite him over for dinner some time this week."

"They explained?" Elliot cast his eyes to the four onlookers who had been silent until now.

"I mean we kind of explained-" interjected Alex, "Like we explained how you didn't cheat and would never cheat on her."

Olivia looked at Elliot, "And I know that you were serious when you proposed the other night." Elliot's eyes widened as he shot a glare to Casey.

"Sorry Elliot," shrugged Casey, "She wasn't going to believe us if we didn't tell her the whole truth and you were MIA so we just took care of it. It seems to have worked though right?"

Elliot smiled then realizing the fears he had been combatting for the past 12 hours were finally put to rest. "Thank you all… so much. I don't know what I would've done if I'd come back and Olivia had left again." He then looked down at Olivia who was still in his loose embrace. He tightened his arms around her pulling her towards him, "Liv thank you for believing them I'm so sorry I put you through that even if it was just a misunderstanding."

"No El I'm sorry. I never should've thought you would do something like that, and Case-" Olivia pulled out of Elliot's embrace to go take her friend's hand, "I'm so sorry I thought that of you as well. I normally would never think that way of you and I never will again. Will you please forgive me?"

Casey quickly pulled Olivia into a tight hug, holding back tears, "Of course Liv I'm so sorry this all happened."

Olivia pulled back and rubbed her friends shoulder. She returned to Elliot's side and with a sigh put back on a smile for the first time that day.

"So can we move on from all this drama? I need a drink!" They all laughed as they headed to the upper deck to get their vacation back on track.

Once they reached the upper deck Alex and Casey headed to the bar closely followed by Munch and Fin who were debating the type of alcohol they were going to drink for the rest of the afternoon. Elliot held tightly to Olivia's hand as she led him up the stairs. He pulled on her hand midway up.

"Liv I really want you to understand how much I love you. I never want you to ever think I would do something like that to you. I would rather die than kiss another woman. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and I know this might seem sudden but I've spent the better part of 15 years watching you from across a desk or in the field and I know I love you. If I had it my way after a year of our partnership I would've left Kathy for you. I love my kids and I'm thankful every day for them, but God Liv… I just love you so much it hurts me." "El I love you so much more. I know we had to wait a long time for this to finally happen but I'm so thankful it has I never want anything to change. I should've stayed and not run off, but the thought of you with another woman made me sick. I know you and Casey and love you both so the thought of losing either of you would've been the death of me. I'm so sorry I didn't hear you out El. And to further your statement, it's not sudden. It's been 15 years and I've known I wanted to be with you since maybe day 10 of our partnership. I've been in love with you for as long as I can remember and I'll love you until the day I die."

He pulled her down the one step she was higher than him and kissed her like he had never kissed her before. His hands tangled in her hair and he felt her soft warm lips beneath his. It felt to him like he was drowning in the amount of love they shared in that kiss. Her hands wrapped around his neck pulling him impossibly closer. Her body melted into his. She made a pact then and there that she would never go more than 12 hours without feeling his lips against her flesh.

When they finally broke apart, they were both gasping for air. Their foreheads met as they caught their breath.

"God I missed you" Elliot breathed against her lips.

"I missed you more!" Olivia giggled back as he pulled her body closer to his.

"Should we head upstairs?" Elliot asked not wanting to break their embrace.

"I think we can wait a few more seconds" Olivia retorted snuggling further into his warm chest. His bare skin felt wonderful against her cheek prompting her inappropriate thoughts to resurface as though she had never left.

Elliot felt so at home holding her like this but the feeling of her breath on his bare flesh was starting to tear away at his reserve. He was flooded with memories of how their bodies molded together and how wonderfully they fit together. It was as though they were made to be together. They were abruptly brought out of their thoughts when they heard a scream come from just above them.

"Oh my God Casey STOP IT!!" Just as Elliot and Olivia ran to reach the top of the stairs, Alex ran past them with Casey following closely behind.

"CASEY! IT'S COLD STOP!!"

"Come on Alex!! Its just a little ice!" Casey could barley run she was laughing so hard.

"What'd you do Casey!" Olivia laughed, seeing the two running around like maniacs as Fin and Munch died laughing at the bar.

Munch then choked out, "Casey shoved a handful of ice down Alex's bathing suit bottoms."

Elliot and Olivia both broke into laughter joining everyone except Alex in laughter. Alex tried to glare at everyone, but as she caught her breath she too broke into laughter.

Olivia wiped her tears and headed to the bar to get a much needed drink. "What do you want to drink El?"

"Surprise me!"

Oh this will be fun- Olivia thought. She pulled out limes and simple syrup and began making margaritas for everyone. She poured an extra shot into Elliot's with the sole purpose of getting him drunk. She knew after what happened over the last day he needed to unwind and she was going to help him.

Elliot took the straw out of his drink and took a sip from the side, cringing at the amount of tequila he tasted.

Olivia made her way to his bar stool and slid between his legs sipping on her own drink. "Are you trying to get me drunk Olivia?" He huskily whispered into her ear.

"Maybe…" She leaned back into him as he took another sip of his 'tequila with a shot of lime'. She sipped on her slightly less strong drink imagining the night she could have with a drunk Elliot. Her mind continued to wander as the rest of the group gossiped about cases they had worked, attorneys they hated and so on. Elliot or she would interject here or there but both were lost in their own thoughts about the other. Elliot was already getting a slight buzz since he hadn't eaten in over 12 hours. He had been so focused on Olivia he hadn't even realized it.

LATER THAT AFTERNOON*

"Guys I'm starving what should we have tonight?"

"Are there still steaks left from last night's failed dinner" Olivia asked though a chuckle.

"Yeah lets do leftovers tonight and just hang out I don't feel like cooking." Everyone agreed and they headed to the kitchen to scrounge for their desired meal.

Olivia and Elliot opted for their steaks from the night before and everyone fought over the microwave. Once they all had their respective meals they headed upstairs to watch the sunset.

The upper deck, while mostly covered, had a nice table and sitting area where the sky was visible. Elliot picked his and Olivia's chair, pulling hers out for her while juggling both their meals. He scooted his chair close enough to hers that their knees and elbows had practically no room to move, which was fine with her. Small talk continued through dinner and drinks were continuously refilled. By the end of dinner the entire group was full and drunk. Casey and Alex couldn't stop laughing while Munch spewed one conspiracy theory after another. Fin was half in the laughter, the other half telling Munch to shut up. Everyone noticed that Olivia and Elliot were in their own little drunk world at the other end of the table. Olivia had placed her feet in Elliot's lap at some point during the dinner, which earned her a foot massage. Olivia couldn't help but focus entirely on the way Elliot's strong hands worked all the tension out of her feet. Elliot would venture up her calf for a split second then return to her heel, slightly testing the water to see how much she liked it.

Elliot pressed on a slightly tender spot on the arch of her food and Olivia rewarded him with a slight moan. He wanted to hear that sound again so he pressed a little harder. Olivia, without meaning to, let out a loud throaty moan that brought all laughter and conspiracy theories to a halt. Everyone froze including Elliot and Olivia. They all looked around until Olivia burst into laughter. The entire table joined in, everyone nearly brought to tears by the end of it.

"Well now everyone has gotten a glimpse into my bedroom," choked out Olivia through tears of laughter. Once everyone caught their breath they decided to play a drinking game since everyone decided this was the night to get drunk. Elliot suggested never have I ever, but Olivia vetoed it on the grounds she would get drunk and Elliot would not. The group finally settled on a nice game of beer pong. Casey and Olivia teamed up swearing they could beat any team since they had played together before. Munch and Alex remained partners leaving Fin and Elliot to team up.

The table was set and the balls were found and the rules agreed upon. Alex and Munch verses Fin and Elliot were the first game. Olivia and Casey were to play the winners. They stood on the sidelines pretending to heckle their perspective opponents. Fin and Elliot took a quick lead over Munch and Alex who had all but finished their cups. Alex forced Munch to do most of the drinking.

"I'm heating up!" cried Elliot after he hit his second shot in a row. Fin made his resulting in 'balls back'. Elliot hit his third shot in a row ending in both he and Fin screaming, "HE'S ON FIRE!"

Alex finally hit one cup making Elliot chug his third cup of beer while Fin had only been forced to drink one. It seemed obvious Elliot was okay with getting plastered after the night he had endured. The round finally ended with both Elliot and Fin hitting the last cup. Elliot, obviously drunk at this point, gave Fin a sloppy hug nearly knocking both of them over. He stumbled back knocking the table and the remaining cups over.

"Come on you asses! Can't handle your drinks El?" Olivia chided while she reassembled the table.

Elliot sauntered over to her swaying slightly, "It's hard to keep it together when there's someone so sexy standing just a few feet away." He leaned in for a kiss but was halted by Casey's hand, "What the hell do you think-"

"No conspiring with the opposition Olivia." Casey retorted pulling Olivia away from what was sure to be a steamy kiss. Olivia huffed but knew she had plenty more opportunities to make Elliot hot and bothered. The cups were filled with half a beer each and the game began.

Elliot and Fin got the balls first since they won the last round; "Okay boys don't miss on your first round, that would be awfully embarrassing" Both girls smiled and flirted from across the table. Just as Elliot went to shoot Olivia pulled her tank top down while simultaneously shoving her hands under her breasts pushing them up until they were almost falling out of her top.

"Try and focus babe, wouldn't want you to miss on your first shot!" Elliot's eyes widened drawing his attention away from the plastic cups and up to Olivia's perfect cups. She shook her chest slightly causing the already on display breasts to shake with her movements. His eyes followed her every move while he remained motionless, fixated on her round golden jiggling breasts. His swim trunks suddenly felt much tighter as he pictured shoving his face between them, or better yet running his hard throbbing-

"Elliot come on man you've seen them before, just shoot!" Yelled Fin breaking his train of thought.

"Yeah Elliot," Olivia seductively whispered, pulling his focus back to her amazing body, still with her breasts pushed up, now leaning even lower on the table. "You've seen them before so you should be able to picture what they look like without anything on them." Elliot was all but drooling at this point; he couldn't believe she was talking this way in front of people. He knew she had a dirty mouth but this was beyond anything he could've dreamed. He finally shook himself out of his own thoughts and shot the ball, missing.

Olivia dropped her hands and cheered along with Casey who jumped up and down with her, "And that my friends is how you do it."

This mind game continued with Casey and Fin as well, Fin seemed less affected by it, but still missed several of his shots. When it seemed even Elliot was no longer fazed by their manipulations Olivia called for a time out. Olivia and Casey had three cups left to hit while Elliot and Fin had only two. The girls decided to turn it up a notch.

They returned to the table, it was the girl's turn to shoot. Olivia went first but just as she was about to release the ball Elliot did something that left her speechless. He turned his back to the table and pulled at the hem of his shirt tugging it up, over his chiseled back muscles and over his head. Olivia had seen all of this before, but he was obviously putting on a show for her. He turned back and began flexing his peck muscles. He ran his hands down the front of his body and pulled at the waistband of his swim trunks. Olivia was then brutally aware of the fact that he did not wear boxers under that particular pair of trunks. Her hands suddenly felt clammy and the ball felt too heavy. She glanced down at the cups knowing she wouldn't hit the shot she was about to take. She all but closed her eyes and shot. She heard the ball bounce off the plastic and turned back to Casey, "YES!!! Good shot Liv!"

Olivia turned back to see her shot had indeed gone in leaving the teams tied. Casey missed her shot meaning it was back to the boys turn.

Olivia was still flushed from Elliot's half striptease, but was determined to not let them win. She and Casey exchanged knowing looks as they unbuttoned the top of their shorts. Both Elliot and Fin started to object, but there was no stopping them. Both girls pulled down their shorts revealing their skimpy bathing suit bottoms. Olivia hiked her bottoms up some creating a wedgie look. She knocked an empty cup to the ground, "oops guess I'd better pick that up!" She turned her back to Elliot and slowly bent fully over giving him a full view of her ass. Elliot couldn't take it any more. He rushed over and grabbed hold of her hips just as she was coming up, which forced her ass to rub against his throbbing groin. He turned her around and to her surprise threw her over his shoulder. She squealed in surprise as Casey protested to his retreating form, "We haven't finished the game yet!"

"Yes we have!" yelled Elliot as he haphazardly descended the stairs.

Olivia laughed as Elliot knocked into the walls while he focused on not dropping her. His obvious intoxication and his lack of ability to control himself around her had her extremely turned on.

"El! You're drunk!" He turned the corner to walk inside and took his and smacked her ass that was perched on his shoulder.

"Yeah I am Olivia, thanks to you. And now you're going to be punished for trying to make me lose the game."

Olivia felt a rush of wetness as she imagined what that punishment might entail.

"Oh are you going to punish me? I think you're going to have a hard time doing that if you can barely stand!"

"Don't you worry about me standing Olivia" His voice was rough and course as he smacked her ass again. He turned the corner to the bedroom and ascended the two stairs separating the door from the bed. He set her down at the side of the bed and went back to the door, locking it. He turned back with hooded eyes and licked his lips as his eyes undressed her more than she already was.

"Drop your pants Olivia."
