Rachel felt her cheeks instantly blush. "I'm not too sure," she said shyly.

"Well must I say it was hot, hot, hot," Kurt said fanning himself. "Why don't you get tall, dark, and handsome's phone number?"

"Kurt," Rachel started as she packed up her things.

"Really Rach? You need to get over this."

"I have," Rachel told him boldly. "I just don't know if I'm quite ready to do it all over again."

"Girl, you have got to get back on that dating horse," Kurt yelled doing his best cowboy impression. Rachel burst out laughing. "You know if you don't hurry up, I will have to get involved," he mentioned.

"No!" Rachel quickly yelled as Kurt's eyebrows shot up. "I mean no," she said quieter.

"Either you hurry up or I will," Kurt said giving her a pointed look before leaving the studio.

"Argh," Rachel yelled before throwing her bag onto a chair. She walked over and grabbed a CD out of her bag and went to put it into the stereo. Pressing play she walked to the middle of the dance floor. Knockout by Lil Wayne flooded the studio. Rachel stated to dance and let all her emotions go into the moves. She was so into the dance, she didn't see anyone come back into the studio.

Puck had come back into the studio when he noticed that he didn't have his wallet. Walking up the stairs, he heard thumping music coming from the room. I wonder who that could be, he asked himself as he opened the door. When he walked inside, his mouth dropped when he saw Rachel dancing. He never thought that she could dance hip hop. He leaned against the door frame and just watched her dance.

Rachel jumped when she heard the music stop and someone clap. She turned around to see Puck leaning against the door. "Hi," she said breathless.

"Hey," he said smoothly. She could instantly feel her cheeks get warmer and wished she could see what she looked like.

"Did you need something?" she asked as she went over to her bag and grabbed out a towel. She quickly looked at the mirror and tried to fix her unruly hair.

"Yeah, I forgot my wallet," he told her still leaning on the door.

"Oh," Rachel said as she spotted his wallet underneath her bag.

"Have you seen it?" he asked pushing off the door.

"Um no," she lied throwing her towel over her bag and his wallet. "Do you know when you last had it?"

"I know I had it when I came in," he told her as he walked to the other side of the room to look around the chair that he had sat in at the beginning of class.

"Oh, I'll look over here," she said pretending to search. Kurt's conversation suddenly came rushing back to her and for once she decided to be daring. She grabbed a piece of paper from her bag and quickly wrote down her number. She folded it up and picked up his wallet. She swiftly opened it up and put the paper in it. She looked at his driver's license. Damn he looks good she thought to herself before closing his wallet. She bent down to act as if she found his wallet on the floor. "Found it," she told him as she held it up for him to see.

"Ah yes," he said walking over to her. "Thank you."

"Anytime," Rachel smiled before gathering her things for a second time. Puck put his wallet in his pocket and grabbed Rachel's coat. He helped her into it and smiled down at her. "Thanks," Rachel said shyly.

"Anytime," Puck repeated. "Walk you out?"

"Sure," she said grabbing her bag. They walked down the stairs in silence till they got to the door. "Thank you."

"Don't want you getting hurt out here by yourself," he told her smirking.

"I'll have you know that along I could probably take you to the ground," she said giving him a smirk of her own.

"Oh really?" he asked not believing her.

"Yup. My fathers' made me take karate and tae kwon do for four years."

"Damn," was all Puck could respond with.

"Told you," Rachel laughed before walking away. Almost to her car she turned around and yelled to Puck, "Call me," before getting in her car.

Call me Puck thought to himself. He watched her drive off with a smile on her face before walking back over to Finn's car.

"Jeez man. What took you so long?" Finn asked once Puck got in the car.

"Couldn't find my wallet," Puck explained as Finn drove away. Finn dropped Puck off at home, before finally returning home to Quinn.

"Hi hon," Quinn said from the couch as Finn walked in.

"Hey babe," Finn said throwing his keys down and taking off his shoes. He went to sit next to Quinn and pulled her to him.

"How was your guy's night out?"

"Same old, same old," he told her. "Drank some beer, played some pool."

"Mm sounds good. So, I was going over all my bachelorette party invites and I was wondering if there was anyone else you wanted me to invite. I have your mom," Quinn started.

"What?! You are not inviting my mom to that."

"Oh shush," Quinn told him. "We are having a nice dinner and drinks, and then we are going out. I don't think your mom is going to be coming out with us, but she is going to be invited to the dinner," she explained.

"Oh okay," Finn said agreeing with this. "Just as long as she doesn't go out with you. I mean my mom and soon to be wife partying together," he finished shuddering.

"Anyway, as I was saying I have your mom, your sister, and your two cousins. Is there anyone else you can think of?"

"I don't think so. I mean I don't have too many women in my life."

"That's a good thing babe," Quinn laughed.

"So, who else are you inviting to this shin ding?"

Quinn erupted in laughter. "While at this "shin ding" I have invited San, Britt, Sara, Kristin, Hales, Lindsay, Rachel, Chloe, Court, and Sam," Quinn said reading off her list. "Oh and of course my mom and sisters."

"Damn," Finn commented. "You have got tons of girls in your life."

"I do," Quinn smiled. "Now have you thought about who you are going to invite to your bachelor party?"

"Probably just Puck, Matt, Mike, Dave, and Hank," Finn stated as Quinn wrote down the names.

"Okay, I'll get some invites. Just tell me the date and place," she told him before he took the pad of paper away from her and pulled her closer.

"Take a break and relax," he told her.

"Okay," she breathed before snuggling into his side.

Puck had been thinking about what Rachel had said since Finn had dropped him off. "Call me," he said aloud. "How can I call her if I don't have her number?" He decided to take a shower to take his mind off of it. He pulled his shirt off and undid his belt before taking it out of the hoops. He pulled his cell phone and wallet out of his pocket. He went to put his wallet down on his dresser when he figured he should make sure that everything was still in it. He opened it and saw that his driver's license and credit cards were all still there. He was about to close it when he noticed a white piece of paper sticking out. He grabbed the paper out and unfolded it. He saw what he thought was a phone number on the paper and that's when it all clicked.

Rachel laughed again as she walked into her apartment. She wondered when Puck would find her number. What if he doesn't call me? What if he finds it and thinks I was silly for putting it in there? Oh why did I take Kurt's advice? Kurt she thought to herself. She threw off her jacket and heels before quickly changing into sweat pants and a tank top. She jumped on her bed and dialed a familiar number. The phone rand and Rachel started to get antsy.

"Hello," the voice on the other end said.

"Kurt," Rachel said into the phone. "," she blurted out quickly.

"Whoa. It's too late for me to be deciphering Rachel talk. Slow down and try again," he told her.

"I think I did something really stupid," she said much slower.

"What?" Kurt asked now intrigued.

"I took your advice," she told him.

"Oh, about tall, dark, and handsome. When? Where? And where was I?" he asked.

"Okay well after you left, I decided I need to dance. So I turned on some music and danced out all my emotions of Scott. When I was done, Puck was standing there."

"He watched you?" Kurt asked.

"I guess he did," Rachel blushed again. "Anyways, he came back because he forgot his wallet. So, I helped him look for it when I saw it under my bag. I remembered your advice and decided to just go for it. I wrote my number down and put it in his wallet and then gave it to him," Rachel explained.

"No you didn't."

"Yes I did," she laughed. "Well, then he walked me out and I told him to call me before getting in my car."

"Oh you little devil," Kurt chuckled into the phone. "But why do you think you made a mistake?"

"Because what if he thinks it's stupid? I mean I do have to see him again and what if he doesn't call? Or what if he does call only to tell me that he has a girlfriend. Oh my God! How could I be so dumb? Kurt he probably has a girlfriend. I mean look at him, he is gorgeous. How could he not have one? Ugh now he is going to call and tell me that, and then I'm going to have to see him. Ugh," Rachel ranted.

"Girl, again too late to decipher all that. All I got out of that was girlfriend. And by the way he has been dancing with you and oh boy just by looking at you, I know that he does not have a girlfriend."

"But what if he doesn't call? I really put myself out there and I don't think I can handle rejection."

"Rachel Barbra Berry!" Kurt yelled into the phone. "You are the strongest woman that I know. You can and have survived some of the worst things that life could throw at you. I mean look at Scott."

Rachel cringed when Kurt mentioned his name. "I'd rather not talk about that," she told him.

"Honey, you have to talk through it sometime. And why not talk through it with oh so hot Puck," Kurt said as Rachel's phone beeped.

"Speaking of him," she said as she quickly pulled her phone away from her ear to check who was calling her.

"Is it him?" she heard Kurt yell into the phone.

Rachel put the phone back to her ear. "While it's a number that I don't know, and I don't know anyone else who would be calling me at 10:30 at night."

"Answer it!" Kurt screamed. "And you better call me afterwards with all the details."

"Okay, okay," Rachel laughed. She looked down at her phone one last time before switching calls. "Hello," she said timidly.

"Very sneaky."
