Hi guys! I'm so sorry that I haven't update (like a year late). I just finished my first year of college and love it. I'm really going to try and update more especially since I keep getting notifications of you guys making this story a favorite. Thank you all again :)
Puck laid on the bed as he watched Rachel run around the room, putting her own touches on it. "I don't think everything you have is going to fit," he laughed.
"Oh just watch it," she smirked before turning back to put some of her movies on a high shelf.
"Oh I am," Puck mumbled as he watched Rachel's shirt ride up to reveal her tanned back.
Groaning in frustration, Rachel turned around and gave Puck her best puppy dog eyes. "Help please?" she asked holding out the DVDs.
Puck laughed as he rolled off the bed. "So, what kind of movies do you have here? Chick flick, chick flick. No way," Puck said as he looked through her DVDs.
"What?" Rachel looked up from getting the rest of her DVDs.
"This can't be yours," he said as he showed her the DVD.
"Say hello to my little friend," Rachel told him with a smirk.
"You're just full of surprises," Puck said as he continued to look through the DVDs. "Or not," he said spotting the West Side Story DVD. "Why are you making the bed? It's just going to get messed up again."
"No it won't. And besides I like having a nice clean bed," Rachel said as she fixed the pillows.
"It's just going to get messy," Puck said again.
"No it won't," Rachel told him again before leaning over to pull the comforter up. Noticing that Puck was too quiet she turned her head to look at him. "Why are you smirking?"
"Cause I'm right," he said before running to her, grabbing her waist, and flinging them both onto the bed.
"Noah!" she squealed. She felt him tense above her. "What's wrong?" she asked concern filling her eyes.
"What did you just call me?" he asked.
"Noah," Rachel said quietly. "I'm sorry. I just heard Quinn say it this morning, and I like it more than Puck. But I mean if you don't want me to call you it, then…"
Rachel was cut off by Puck kissing her. "You can call me that whenever you want," he told her as he pulled away.
"Okay, Noah," she said leaning up to kiss him. "Noah," she said again kissing him again. As she was about to pull away, Puck deepened the kiss and pushed her further into the mattress. Rachel moaned when Puck's hand made its way underneath her shirt, and Puck took the opportunity to intensify the kiss.
"You sure lied," Puck and Rachel heard. They pulled out of their daze, and Puck turned his head to see Quinn and Finn standing in the doorway.
"Fabray, do you know how to knock?" Puck asked.
"We did. I guess that someone didn't hear it," she told him with a smile.
"We better get going," Rachel said as she pushed on Puck's chest to get him to move. She rolled out from under him and walked out of the room with Finn and Quinn following her. Puck just rolled his eyes before following everyone. "So where are we going?"
"The new place on 7th," Quinn told everyone before grabbing Rachel's arm and walking out the door. "You want to tell me what that was back there?"
"Okay, I guess there is something going on between me and Noah," Rachel admitted.
"Noah?" Quinn questioned looking at Rachel with wide eyes.
"Yes, Noah," Rachel told her looking confused. "Why is that such a big deal?"
"Puck doesn't let anyone other than his grandmother, mom, and sister call him Noah. And even then he doesn't like it."
"He told me that it was okay for me to call him that," Rachel said.
"Damn he is serious," Quinn mumbled to herself.
"What was that?" Rachel asked.
"Nothing," Quinn said turning around to see Puck and Finn punching each other's arms. "Let's go," she yelled. Everyone walked out the door, and walked the few blocks to the restaurant. Quinn watched as Puck opened the door for Rachel, and how he pulled her close in the crowded restaurant. "4 for Fabray," Quinn told the hostess.
"Right this way," the hostess said. Quinn watched as the hostess looked both Puck and Finn up and down. Sneering at the hostess she grabbed Finn's hand, but she smiled when she saw that Puck was giving the hostess no attention. All of his was focused on Rachel. They followed the hostess to the table, where she tried again to get Puck's attention. "Here's your menu," she said leaning close to Puck's face.
"Uh thanks," Puck said taking the menu from her before turning to Rachel. "So, what looks good?" he asked. The hostess finally got the picture and left the table, but not before throwing Rachel a dirty look.
"Could she try any harder?" Finn asked the table. "I mean it was kind of pathetic."
"Aw babe," Quinn said before pulling him into a quick kiss. "And yes it was pathetic."
Rachel laughed before looking back to her menu. "Mmm, the Caesar salad tasty," she causally commented.
"A salad, babe? No wonder you're so skinny," Puck said.
"Hey, I eat," Rachel retorted.
"You need to put some meat on those bones," Puck said poking Rachel's side.
"Ow," Rachel said before playfully slapping his arm.
"Rach, remember when you went through you're vegan phase in college?" Quinn asked.
"Ugh, what was I thinking? I missed milk so much," Rachel said.
"You were a weird one in college, weren't you?" Puck teased.
"I explored my options," Rachel said causing everyone to laugh.
"Hello everyone, my name is Daniel and I will be your server this evening. Can I start you off with something to drink?"
"I'll have an iced tea," Quinn told him.
"I'll have whatever's on tap," Finn said.
"The same," Puck told the man.
"And what can I get for you?" he asked Rachel with a smile.
"Just an ice water with a lemon please," she said. He nodded before walking to the bar. The waiter came back with their drinks, and took their orders.
"Wow, Berry. You ordered the chicken," Puck said.
"Sure it doesn't complicate your vegan values," Finn laughed.
"Okay, no more college stories, Q," Rachel said.
"But they're so fun," Quinn laughed.
"Oh really? What about the time at the Kappa house?" Rachel questioned.
"No," Quinn yelled with wide eyes.
"What happened at the Kappa house?" Finn asked intrigued.
"Nothing," Quinn said. "Some things in college, stay in college," she finished looking at Rachel.
"Deal?" Rachel asked extending her hand.
"Deal," Quinn said shaking Rachel's hand.
"We need to find out what went on at the Kappa house?" Finn said to Puck. Puck just nodded across the table.
"Too bad a sister sticks to her word," Rachel smirked.
Their dinner was brought out and they were halfway through their meal, when they heard someone yell from the other side of the restaurant. "Oh my Gucci, Quinn Fabray! That is not you," the person yelled. Both Quinn and Rachel's heads whipped around at the voice.
"Ahh," Quinn yelled getting up to hug the person who had crossed the restaurant and was now standing at their table. "Kurtie," she said as the man pulled her into a hug.
"Quinn Fabray as I live and breathe," Kurt said pulling out of the hug. "Still looking gorgeous in the baby doll dresses, and rocking some hardware on the left hand," Kurt said grabbing her left hand. "Beautiful cut and clarity," he commented examining the ring. "And who may I ask is the lucky man?"
"Kurt, Finn Hudson. Finn, Kurt Hummel," Quinn said introducing the two.
"Nice to meet you," Kurt said with a sly smile. "Hello Rach, Puck."
"Hello," they both said looking up at Kurt.
"Well Kurt you have to join us," Quinn said as she looked around. She finally got someone's attention and they added another chair to the table.
"So, how is Papa Hummel?" Rachel asked as Kurt got settled.
"Same old, same old. Still running the shop, still wearing those ugly overalls," he told them.
"We really need to update his fashion choices," Quinn said with a laugh.
"Is he still seeing Jane?" Quinn asked.
"Let's not speak of that woman. She is a fashion abomination," Kurt said shaking his head.
"So, how do you all know each other?" Finn asked pointing to the three of them.
"Well in college, Kurt here tried to rush with us," Rachel started to explain.
"Until he found out that boys were not allowed to rush sororities," Quinn finished.
"A rule that should be erased," Kurt pointed out.
"Anyway we didn't really know him then, but he was in my fashion design class junior year, and on the first day he complimented my shoes," Quinn said.
"They were to die for," Kurt interjected.
"Well we got to talking and I brought him over to the house, where he met Rachel."
"I do remember being told that my top looked like it was from the 60's," Rachel laughed.
"It's where it belonged," Kurt and Quinn said at the same time.
"Hey," Rachel said slightly offended.
"Along with those plaid skirts," Kurt added.
"Plaid skirts?" Puck asked as he tuned into the conversation.
"You would pick that moment to come into the conversation," Rachel laughed. "But yes I used to wear plaid skirts back in high school and college."
"You were rocking the school girl look?" Puck asked intrigued.
"She was rocking more like the sexy Catholic school girl look," Kurt commented.
Rachel laughed and started to blush. "I was not a sexy Catholic school girl, Kurt."
"You are sexy, so I can bet you were in the past," Puck commented.
Kurt looked over at Quinn, who just nodded her head. "Anyway, Quinn, you must tell me the whole story about you and Finn."
"Well we started dating our senior year and tired to do the long distance thing, but it just got too hard. So we broke up the summer before junior year in college," Quinn started.
"And what a horrible time that was," Rachel interjected.
Quinn rolled her eyes. "Anyway, we got back together the beginning of senior year," she finished.
"Ah so that is why I never meet him," Kurt commented.
"Wait I thought you guys all became friends junior year," Puck said.
"We did," Kurt told him, "But my dad had a heart attack the summer before senior year, so I had to stay home and take care of him."
"But then how did you graduate?" Finn asked.
"I took online classes for my senior year. Not exactly the same, but I'd do anything to make sure my dad is okay."
"Aw," the girls gushed.
"But what I really need to know is how he proposed?" Kurt asked. "I want to know everything."
"While," Quinn started, "it was on our five year anniversary. He took me out to my favorite restaurant, and then took me to the drive-in movie theater."
"He proposed to you at a drive-in?" Kurt questioned.
"Shush," Rachel said elbowing Kurt in the stomach. "Continue," she smiled at Quinn.
"Anyway, we watched The Little Rascals, which was also what we watched on our first date. During the movie Finn asked me to go get some popcorn. When I came back there was a princess cut, one and a half diamond ring hanging from the rearview mirror. Finn took the ring off and simply asked me…"
"Quinn, will you marry me," Finn finished.
"Aw," Kurt and Rachel said at the same time.
"So, when is the wedding?" Kurt asked.
"In about a month," Quinn said. "Oh my God. I'm so sorry, Kurt. I didn't mail you an invitation. I just didn't know where you moved to after graduation, and didn't have an address…"
"Fabray, take a breath," Kurt told her. "It's perfectly fine. I understand."
"No, write down your address and I will get one in the mail tomorrow," Quinn stated.
"Usually she has some in her purse," Finn commented.
"And they would've come in handy," Quinn said.
"Well anyway, it's so good to see that you aren't a crazy bridezilla. Just relaxing having dinner with an old friend," Kurt said nodding to Rachel.
"Actually, Rachel and I just reconnected a few days ago," Quinn told him.
"Really? What's the story behind that?"
