Silvery snow falls lightly to the ground. Normally I would enjoy this weather but the whole family wasn't here. Granny left for a very urgent automail problem.

"Now Winry…its for Mr. Johnson and you know he is very picky." She had said. Ed and Al were still searching for the philosopher's stone. So here I was turning the heat up in my blue sweat pants and black sweatshirt.

"Den!" I gently laugh when she nuzzles against my foot. She yawns and stares at me. Sighing, I pad to the kitchen in my red fuzzy socks to get her some food. After putting her food in her bowl I decide to make hot chocolate. I wait for the microwave to beep. I grab a pint of cookie dough ice cream, a spoon and then my hot chocolate. I then hop onto the couch. I then greedily spoon ice cream into my mouth.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

I scowl and put down my idea book. The book consists of new automail ideas for Edward. I hold the warm cup of cocoa in my hands and amble to the door.

"Yo!" I heard and I quickened my pace. I throw the door open.

"Don't you have a key?" I cry. My answer was a blank stare from a pair of amber eyes. Smiling wolfishly, Ed grabbed my mug of cocoa and downed it.

"Edward!" I snap.

"Winry!" He mocked.

"Alphonse!" The suit of armor next to him cried.

"Hi Al!" I laugh.

"Win, let us in! I'm freezing!" Ed shook. I ushered the boys inside and Ed handed me back my empty mug. Ed's teeth were chattering and he runs to the fridge and grabs a tea bag and cookie while I rush to turn the heat up. Den barked happily while I go to hug Alphonse.

"Brr!" I gasp pulling away from his freezing armor.

"Yeah, I am a little colder like this." He laughed cockily. Ed slid past me and to my spot on the couch chewing on his cookie and holding the tea. He closed my book for me and pushed it away. Suddenly I remember something.

"I told you two to call before you came!" I yell.

"It's a surprise." Ed muttered. Al made a noise of surprise when I didn't throw a wrench. I cock a hip and proudly say, "That hot chocolate you drank was mostly milk." Ed spat out his mouthful of tea on Al.

"Brother!"

"Winry! How could you?" Ed whinnied.

"It was my drink and you took it!" I yell. Ed and I keep arguing and I didn't hear Al mutter, "I'm going to miss these family moments."
