I was not happy with my previous chapter as it felt like everyone was out of character, sorry.

Chapter Eight: Apologizing, Moving And Unexpected Visitors!

I was sat on a large boulder that overlooked the lake. The scenery was beautiful. It was a shame my thoughts were else where. My mind replayed all the events that had happened. Alice hurt. Edward snarling. Jasper in pain. Didn't I do anything right?

I slammed my hands down on the floor causing all the pebbles to fly up into the air. Just as they were falling down, I caught them in my telekinectic force. I made them spin and float around. I've rarely used this power but my mind was so occupied with Edward and his smile that I needed to concentrate on something else.

" ALICE! JASPER! Is it me or are those rocks floating?" Emmett shouted causing the water to ripple. I giggled. He was like the big brother I never had. I remember reading his mind in the canteen on the first day, he was bragging on how he was the best prankster ever.

We'd see about that.

Before any of them spotted me, I used my power of invisiblity to disapear.

Alice, Jasper and Emmett were stood on the edge of the lake peering around with their sharp sight trying to find me.

" I thought she said she'd be here?" Alice said worrying. Her topaz eyes darting in the trees and around the edge of the forest.

I silently got up off the boulder and posistion myself straight behind Emmett. I stretched my arms out and took a deep breath. 3. 2. 1. I ran at him pushing him with all my strength. I got threw back at landed on the grass a few feet away.

Emmett had lost his balance and capsized into the lake and a massive wave of water appeared threatening to splash Alice and Jasper. I covered them with my physical shield so the water just bounced back and hit Emmett again. His face was too comical. I broke out in peels of laughter and let myself be visible.

Emmett was standing at the edge of the lake again soaked. His immense angry face soon disapeared when he found out it was me. Alice was looking at me gratefully for protecting her from the water and Jasper looked ashamed.

"Your a bit wet, Emmie!" I giggled.

Emmett just fake glared at me which made me smile widely. I turned my attention back to Alice who was smiling too.

" I'm really sorry Bella. I shouldn't of run at you and put you in a predicament." Alice confessed hanging her head in shame.

" It's okay, Alice. I'm really sorry about hurting you. It's just, if I had of made contact with you, the pain would be unbearable and I'd hate to put you through anym

" I understand Bella. It's just, I want to be able to hug you. Wrestle. Grab hold of you and shove you into someone. Like best friend's do." Alice shook her head saddened but she smiled lightly at the wrestling part. I hated to see Alice upset. I hated to see what I did to this perfect family.

I suddenley had a bright idea.

" There is a way, Alice. If I absorb all your pain when I touch you, you'll feel nothing. All of it will be registered to me and I'll be able to do all the stuff you said. It's the least I can do for making your family worried." I hung my head in self hatred. How could I be so selfish?

" Bella, that's not a good idea. I don't want you through pain and if you can't keep it under control then it'll leak out to Jasper." Alice shook her head.

" Please Alice. I promise I will keep it all to myself, I have a high tolerance for pain. Trust me. The Voultri prepared me for that." I shivered as I thought back.

Emmett, Alice and Jasper gasped as I rolled up my shirt to show ivory crescent shaped patterns that littered my arms. They continued to stare so I yanked my sleeves down so hard they ripped. I sighed and crossed my arms to cover the scars. I was ashamed.

" I've dealt with worse. Please Alice." I begged wanting to be normal around the Cullens. Alice looked at Jasper for support. He nodded sensing my self hatred.

" And you Jasper. I want to at least be normal around you aswell." I pleaded to Jasper. He nodded.

I took a deep breath and took Alice and Jasper's hand. They immediately gasped and I quickly absorbed all the pain from both of them. It was 20 times worse than usaul. The pain hit me like a wrecking ball and left me gasping. It was a searing pain that shot through every artery, vein and nerve in my cold body. It feel like I was changing into a vampire all over again.

I let go of their hands and staggered back. Emmett caught me in his steel grip and steadied me. I gave him a weak smile.

" Bella, are you alright? You must of been in agony, the first second was torture for me!" Alice asked me concerned. I nodded at her to show I was fine.

" That was pretty extreme, Bella. You could of seriously hurt yourself, but thank you for saving us the pain. I'm really sorry for before, I want you to come back with us. Please Bella." Jasper stated gratefully yet pleaded at the same time.

" Well Edward doesn't exactly want me there." I whispered, turning away from the 3 Cullens so they couldn't see my unshed tears.

Alice sped round to my other side to meet my eyes.

" He loves you Bella. He's in his room right now sobbing because of the massive mistake he's just made. He wants you to live with us Bella. Please come." Alice said with the most serious tone I've ever come across.

He missed me? He loves me? He wants me? Joy overwhelmed me and I let out a dazzling smile.

" What are we waiting for then? Let's get back home, sis." I winked at Alice and she jumped up and down in excitement.

" This is going to be AMAZING!" Alice giggled whilst giving me the longest hug I've ever had.

Jasper and Emmett started to laugh at the faces I was pulling. Alice huffed.

" I'll race you all! First one back is crowned the Cullen Champion!" I winked at Emmett.

" It's on little sis!" Jasper, Emmett and Alice all shouted at the same time.

" 3, 2, 1!" I shouted and they shot off. I used the power I hated the most. Mind control.

Keep running.

After I knew they'd obeyed, I sighed. That smile I was putting on was starting to make my face ache.

I span round to spot the person who I had heard 10 minutes ago approaching. The person that made me put a fake smile on to make sure my friends didn't suspect anything. The person that I dreaded to see so much. The person I feared would hurt me so I sent my friend's away.

" What do you want?" I spat unleashing venom into my voice.

" You, of course." A musical voice answered.
