Greetings and Salutations everyone. I hope you all are having a very Merry New Years Eve, celebrating the dawn of a new year, 2014! As I post these new chapters (other stories on my account-page), I wish to first say a few things in regards to my lateness in updates.

I apologise for the lateness in some of my stories, and hope that not too many of you out there believe me to be "gone" from Fanfiction. On the contrary, I have spent a long time working (during the holidays, how horrible), and helping my mother settle with our new... lifestyle, I guess you can say.

In recent months, my aunt - bless her soul - has come down with a terrible mental illness. A combination of Alzhiemer and Dementia, and something else, but can't remember the name. As a result, due to my random work hours and my mother's own work, we had to organise for her to be sent to a nursing home. She has finally settled last month, and with some free time opened, i worked on finishing the latest chapters on my current stories, as well as my unfinished "re-written" stories (NarutoXSoulEater Story).

It has only be recent though, that I have finally finished the latest chapters for "The Aura Shinobi" and "Shinobi of the X-Antibody", as well as finalising the completed first chapter of the new NarutoXSoulEater cross-over story, "The Jinchuuriki Meister" (though such a name is kind of plain, I am still thinking of a proper name to replace it in the near future, hopefully).

So, without further wait, I present to you the newest chapters to grace my stories. Hope you all enjoy them, cause I worked really hard to try and fix them up before posting (you won't believe how hard it was for me not to make the Pokemon battles for "The Aura Shinobi", not sound like the game - "SUPER EFFECTIVE!", blegh).

Hope you enjoy, CT29, Signing Off! (Salutes)

Chapter 2

"Rebirth of the Hazard Digimon"

O-O-O

Last Time on Naruto: "Shinobi of the X-Antibody"

As Takato let sleep claim him for the night, the D-Power that was still clutched in his right hand began to illuminate softly. The red-spotted coloured Digi-Egg displayed on the screen, beating rhythmically as if it were a heartbeat.

O-O-O

West Shinjuku, Izumo Inn

A young, long-haired brunette woman moaned as she held her hands against her ears, trying desperately in blocking out the sounds of wood-hitting-wood. "Damnit, can't a girl get some sleep around here?" she mumbled irritably, before yawning loudly. Swaying slightly on her feet, she made her way through the halls of the Inn she called her home.

The woman was young and well-endowed, with her hair reaching down to her knees, and done up uniquely with a side-ponytail on the left side of her head. She was currently wearing only a white-coloured shirt that was clearly three-times her size, and nothing else. This woman's name was Uzume, another tenant of Izumo Inn.

Walking barefoot across the wooden tiled floors, Uzume made her way across the halls of the inn towards where she clearly heard some commotion happening just outside of the Inn. The noise itself was what had awakened her, and so early in the beginning of the weekend morning too. Of course, she knew exactly what was making the noise in the first place. But due to who exactly was involved, she wisely chose – along with the other tenants of Izumo Inn – to avoid making any kind of complaint about it. Making her way towards the backyard, where she knew she'd find the source of the racket, Uzume's tired eyes immediately spotted something large and purple.

Closing her eyes, and slapping her cheeks lightly, she opened them once more to see that she was indeed seeing who she was seeing. "Ah!" with a sudden cheeky grin, she skipped to her target before jumping onto him in a hug, "Good morning, Doru-kun~!" Uzume greeted merrily. Any sign of her previous sleepiness now gone, as she hugged the furry Digimon against her chest.

Having his attention preoccupied, Dorumon was unprepared for when he found his face stuffed within the confines of a well-endowed human female. Blinking owlishly, trying to make sense in his mind what had happened, his face started turning from its rich purple colour, to a sickly blue as his air was cut-off. Flailing in an attempt to escape, Dorumon continued to struggle while Uzume was snuggling comfortably against his fur. Having awoken to the cold morning air, something as soft and warm as Dorumon's fur was a welcome in which Uzume wasn't going to pass-up anytime soon.

[Smack!]

"Ack!" collapsing on the floor, Uzume had tears in her eyes as she held her throbbing head, and the spot that was from where she was hit. Looking up to glare at whoever had hit her, she let chocked out a frightened "eep!" as she came face-to-face with Miya's smiling face, and a slightly dented bokken in the woman's hands. The dent itself, obviously as a result of the whack to Uzume's head…

"Uzume-san…" Miya's smile grew ever so slightly, as the ever mysterious and dark aura of Miya's began emitting from her, though not having unleashed the monstrosity from which births it yet.

Having scooted as far away as she could, only to bump against the wall behind her, Uzume continued to look at Miya with a nervous smile while trembling, "H-Hai, M-Miya-sama…?" a quick look to where Dorumon would have been, only proved how fruitless her endeavours in finding help was, as she saw that the purple-furred Digimon had already escaped when Miya arrived.

No doubt already having predicted at what was about to happen…

"What did I say about Inn Rules when you arrived to live here?" Miya's aura darkened, resulting in the rebirth of the freighting Oni-mask appearing behind over the Land Lady's left shoulder. Tilting her head to the right, exposing the Oni-mask further to Uzume, she closed her eyes as her smiled widened, "… "No Public Nudity, such as walking around in the buff or in a towel"…" Miya recited.

It was at that point Uzume froze, looked down at her-self, and cursed. 'Shit, forgot to wear panties again…' she froze again, this time by the chilling aura of death that was oozing out of Miya.

"Ara-ara, it seems someone doesn't want to eat tonight, or for the next month," Miya commented offhandedly, a hand-covered sleeve hiding her smile. Opening a single eye, its gaze alone having frozen Uzume on the spot in sheer terror, "… have you anything to say about this rule-breaking, Uzume-san?"

Breaking out in a waterfall of sweat, Uzume's body was trembling like an earthquake, and her face pale as a ghost. In a blink of an eye – something that mildly impressed Miya – the young brunette had vanished from her spot on the floor, and into the house. The distinct sound of a door opening and closing, which Miya guessed was Uzume's room, echoed loudly throughout the Inn.

The aura around Miya vanished, dissipating the Oni-mask from existence once more, and leaving the woman to giggle lightly at seeing Uzume's hasty retreat back to her room. No doubt to change into more appropriate clothing, or at least appropriate enough not to get into trouble. Turning around on her spot, she sighed at seeing her unconscious sparring partner for the morning.

The day had started out very well for Miya. Having woken up at her usual time of daybreak, she had made some of her favourite tea for her-self, before Naruto came downstairs to join her. Sharing the quiet morning with the young blonde, it wasn't long before his partner, Dorumon, came down a little bit later. By then, the two had moved outside, each one wielding a bokken in hand, while Dorumon went to watch by the sidelines as always.

When Naruto and Dorumon had moved into Izumo Inn, the first thing Miya had learned about her young tenant – by accident – was that he seemed to have had previous training in skills that she had not seen before. It was very different from regular training exercises she'd see at Dojo's and Gyms, so to quench her curiosity, she decided to have a talk with the young Uzumaki. It was there and then, that Naruto had confided some of his past to Miya – after experiencing her Oni-mask for the first time – and only to Miya. Something she agreed to, and promised not to reveal to anyone else.

Since learning a little about him, Miya had watched Naruto train in the early mornings before he went to school, and during weekends. Something she her-self sometimes participated alongside him when she had the free time. It wasn't until sometime later, when Naruto's training had moved onwards to a skill in which Miya was very familiar with.

In the beginning, she had thought it was quite funny to see Naruto trying to wield that large blade of his, Kubikiribocho if she remembered correctly. Of course, she was also quite surprised to see that a sword like that even existed, but she didn't pry about its origin. She did find it quite inspiring that even when struggling, Naruto kept training him-self to exhaustion just so he could lift and wield it properly. In the end, she had offered Naruto to train him, and after demonstrating with ease how she wielded and used the Kubikiribocho with but a single hand, he took the offer rather quickly.

Since then, the two sparred during their free time – usually the weekend mornings only – and Naruto had been improving slowly after each spar. It was a nice change of pace, and if Miya was honest with her-self, she had indeed missed the chance to have someone to spar with in her skills. Much like the other tenants of Izumo Inn, Miya's past was kept hidden, with but a few knowing her history.

Moving up to the downed blonde, she looked down to see that Naruto had a slight goofy-grin on his face, and blood dripping down from one of his nostrils. But despite being unconscious, he was still holding on tightly to the bokken in his right hand. Miya sighed softly in disappointment…

… Naruto wasn't taken down by Miya's usual methods with her bokken. Instead, he had been taken down when Uzume had unintentionally flashed Naruto, during her flying hug-attack on Dorumon.

Time-skip

Sitting at the Living Room table, with a steaming cup of warm Jasmine Tea in her hands, Miya was watching the scene before her with hidden amusement. She wouldn't say it out loud, but ever since Naruto and Dorumon had came to live at Izumo Inn, things have been less boring and routine for the normally quiet household. And frankly, Miya was grateful for that.

Quietly sitting at one end of the table, with his own cup of Jasmine Tea, Naruto tried desperately in ignoring his snickering partner by his side. But the constant eye twitch was a dead give-a-way that it wasn't working. It also didn't help, that across from him was the woman to have caused this humiliating situation. Glaring holes at the sheepish woman in-front of him, Naruto was thinking of numerous pranks to play upon the one to have cost him a proper spar against Miya…

… Despite the fact he would have lost anyways, but it was the principle!

Uzume sat on the other-end of the table, wearing a pink and violet belly top with a golden star on the front and a golden "10" on the back, and Capri-style jeans. This was the usual outfit the brunette wore most of the time, and was most comfortable with. But at this moment, she was far from being comfortable.

"Oh come on Bro, it was an accident!" Uzume cried out, having gone slightly insane from the severe quietness that the room was engulfed in – if ignoring the giggling Dorumon by Naruto's side – while also being subjected to Miya's unseen stern gaze. She wasn't looking, but Uzume damn well knew Miya was looking at her.

"An accident and a free peep-show," Dorumon giggled, only to wince as Miya's special weapon somehow found its mark on his head. How that woman can hide a stainless steel ladle on her at all times, no-one had been able to figure out as of yet. Though numerous ideas have circulated…

Naruto's eye twitched, at both Uzume's and Dorumon's words, but he kept on drinking from his tea quietly. If someone had known Naruto years ago, they'd never have guessed that he was actually quite fond of tea. Mostly the aroma-special tea, the ones which help calmed the nerves and relaxed the body, but they were always just out of budget for him to buy back at his old home.

"You shouldn't have gone out of your room, without having changed into appropriate clothing, Uzume-san." Miya scolded lightly, still not looking at Uzume as she sipped her tea.

Uzume grumbled as she crossed her arms with a huff, "Not my fault you two spar at the crack of dawn," she muttered irritably. Despite how long the two had been sparing each other in the morning now, it was still somewhat hard to adjust waking up hearing them going at each other, as they did.

Unseen by Miya, Uzume and Dorumon, Naruto had a small smile hidden behind his cup. Given the fact that he was orphaned since birth, and never having been adopted, Naruto never had a chance to experience what a family would be like. Watching this though, he somewhat had an idea of it.

"Do you have anything planned for today, Naruto-kun?" Miya asked the distracted blonde.

"Hm…?" Naruto hummed, broken from his thoughts by the sudden question. Thinking it over, he merely gave a shrug, "Not entirely sure, Land Lady-chan," he grinned slightly when he saw Miya's eye twitch just a little. She always told him to call her by her name at the very least, but Naruto was persistent with his nicknames for everyone. He looked over at his partner to see if he had anything.

Seeing the look Naruto was giving him, Dorumon also shrugged, "Don't look at me, Aniki. I'm as clueless as you, on what to do today either…" he looked up in thought, "… of course, unless a bio-merging were to happen, then we'd have something to do," he offered.

"That doesn't really help much, with the here and now, you know," Naruto deadpanned. Before he could finish what he was saying, their conversation was interrupted by the ringing of the Inn's phone. Excusing her-self, Miya left the Dining Room, and headed towards where the phone was located.

Uzume was silent for a while, before an idea came to her head, "Have you considered just hanging out with your friends, Bro?" She knew Naruto had a few friends from school. Not as many as she thought he might have, but at the very least he had a handful of school mates to hang out with. It was only strange that Naruto rarely hanged out with them though, as he took his role as Shinjuku's Protector seriously, especially during the weekends.

Naruto scratched his cheek in thought, "As far as I know, Takato has a family business that he works part-time with his parents. Jeri's always busy with her recitals and what-not. And as for Kenta and Kazu, who knows what those two are up to," he wasn't entirely sure about the last two though. At best, they'd go into a prank-war with each other, if he went to hang out with them. Not entirely a good way to spend the weekend, in Naruto's opinion.

"Naruto-kun," Miya's voice interrupted the moment, gaining their immediate attention. Standing by the door, Miya was holding onto the Inn's phone, with a normal smile on her face. "I believe I have a solution for you" she said, holding out the phone for him.

Raising a brow, Naruto stood and went to take the phone. Moving out of the way to allow Miya back into the Dining Room, he held the phone against his ear, "Hello…?"

"Ah, Naruto-san…" a light-toned, slightly feminine voice spoke over the phone in a calm, collected manner. Instantly, Naruto had a name for the voice. It was Kagari, another tenant of Izumo Inn, and a close personal friend of Miya. "I just called in to let Miya-san know that I'll be late for dinner tonight, when she happened to mention of your situation to me," Kagari said, catching Naruto by surprise, "I might have a solution for your free time, which won't interfere with either of your school responsibilities, or your other… work… if you're interested, that is."

A small grin came upon Naruto's face upon hearing this, "Oh? I'm all ears then." And with that, he went silent, listening to Kagari's idea. Back in the room though, as Dorumon and Uzume were too busy in their own little discussion to notice, Miya had a small smirk hidden behind her teacup.

Shinjuku Central Park, Hideout

'Sometimes, I wonder how I became friends with them…' Takato thought to him-self in dismay, a deadpanned expression on his face as he watched two of his oldest and closest friends leave him sitting alone on a park bench.

It was well into the afternoon, and he was currently within their so called "hideout", located deep within Shinjuku Central Park. It wasn't much of a hideout though, more along the lines of a forgotten Picnic Area within the park, overgrown with vegetation and littered with tables, benches, and the few in-built grills that could be seen through the overgrowth.

"Nice story, Takato!" Kenta Kitagawa, one of Takato's oldest friends, yelled as he ran. Kenta had green-ish coloured hair, and equally coloured eyes under rounded glasses. He wore a plain looking opened, short-sleeved jacket, over an orange, short-sleeved t-shirt. He had on three-quarter styled gray-ish brown pants, with a pair of white socks within aqua and white coloured sneakers.

Kazu Shioda, Takato's second oldest friend, laughed, "What a baby!" he taunted, even as he waved back. Kazu had spiked-up light-brown hair, held in place by a dark-blue visor cap, and dark-blue eyes. He wore a short-sleeved, dark-blue t-shirt with a yellow Celtic cross design on the front, a pair of light-brown wristbands, three-quarter styled, pale pants, and dark-brown socks with a pair of sneakers in different shades of blue. Hooked on his pants, he carried a light-brown pouch.

As Takato watched his two oldest friends leave, he leaned back onto the table behind him as he took deep breaths, hoping to calm his nerves a bit. He knew the two were only taunting and making fun in good humour, it was how their friendship had developed over the years. But there were times when a serious matter arose, yet those two continued to joke around.

Taking a deep breath, Takato sighed out tiredly, "It was real, I saw them…" light-red eyes narrowing as his mind recalled a memory, "… and her."

It all started last night after finally falling asleep. Having been plagued with thoughts and questions in regards to the strange device that came into his life all day, Takato had hoped a good night's rest would help clear his mind. Unfortunately for him though, that wasn't the case, as his mind was thrown into the strangest dream he ever had…

[Begin Memory – Dream]

Opening his eyes with a gasp, Takato found him-self somewhere within Shinjuku, literally floating in the air during the storm that had been plaguing the city. He was still wearing the sleeping clothes he went to bed with, and strangely enough in his right hand was the device he had come to possess. The unnerving part was that the device was illuminating light from its single square-shaped screen.

It was only when a loud roar, which strangely sounded like a lion, startled Takato and brought his attention down towards the city streets below him, "W-What's happening?"

There on the streets below him, stood what looked to be another person. The person was clearly female, given her shape and form. Though due to the large overcoat the girl wore, he couldn't see any distinguishing features. All he could make out was her shoulder-length, red-ish brown hair, done up in a single ponytail. Giving her a spiked – almost pineapple – hairstyle.

That was when Takato saw what came out of the fog that had enveloped the area. In literal sense, it looked to be a large tiger made entirely of red-hot burning flames given form. It had green coloured eyes and purple striped markings on its face. It was by those descriptions alone, that Takato made a connection to a name that belonged to the strange creature. Lynxmon, a Digimon.

The girl below took of her sunglasses, something Takato had missed before. "A Lynxmon…" he heard her say softly, almost like she was bored really, before a lithe shadowy figure appeared behind her, "… versus Renamon" she finished, before moving aside as a new figure revealed itself.

Takato merely blinked when he saw what stepped out of the shadows, already knowing full-well who and what it was. "A Renamon?" before he could blink though, the Lynxmon had tackled Renamon to the ground, barely missing the walking girl by the edge of her overcoat. From what Takato could tell, she didn't even look phased by the attack that had nearly hit her.

"Renamon," Takato watched as the girl pulled out three cards from her overcoat. Despite the distance, he could tell that the cards were from the Digimon TCG series. Flipping a single card out of the three in her hand, she held it against a device that was the same as the one in his hand, only in white and blue instead, "Digi-modify, Speed Activate."

"A Digimon, Tamer?" That word "Tamer" just came out of Takato's mouth. He wasn't sure why, but it seemed to fit with who this person was apparently.

Under the growling Lynxmon, Renamon smirked up at the large flaming feline. Freeing its arms from the larger Digimon's grip, the humanoid-fox Digimon disappeared with a burst of speed, appearing in the air behind the startled Lynxmon. It was here that Takato got a good look at the Renamon's face.

But he wasn't the only one…

Renamon's icy-blue eyes were actually locked onto his. It could see him. He couldn't move, even if he wanted to, as he watched the Digimon's eyes look over him. Only to realise it was looking directly at the device in his outstretched hand. He was able to breathe again when Renamon's eyes looked back onto its opponent. What happened next left him breathless once more.

He watched as the Renamon closed its eyes, and pulled its body into itself. A bright blue light began illuminating in-front of its crossed arms. Outstretching its limbs, numerous shards of light encircled around the Digimon. It was here he finally realised that the Renamon was female, as it spoke out something Takato had only known through the Renamon Trading Card, "Diamond Storm!"

The shards followed her command, sailing through the air as they bombarded the startled Lynxmon below. Despite the fact Lynxmon was what Takato knew as a Champion Level Digimon, while Renamon was a Rookie Level Digimon, which was just below Champion in terms of "evolution", the former was ultimately bested. He watched in a mix of horror and awe, as the large feline of flames cried out in pain, slowly dispersing into the air as red-flakes, which flew straight into Renamon.

Lynxmon had been "Deleted" and "Absorbed" by the victor…

[End Memory – Dream]

It was at that point in his dream, where Takato woke up in a cold sweat. His dream, if he could even call it that, felt more like an outer-body experience. It was something he only thought existed in cartoons and special effects from movies, yet he was sure that was what happened to him.

Since it was a day-off for him, in which he didn't have to work or help out around his family's bakery shop, Takato had called Kazu and Kenta ahead to let them know that he needed to talk to them at their usual place. He had hoped that with their years of friendship, the two would help listen to his experience, and possibly shed some light on what was happening. But unfortunately, the two believed it all to be some fabricated story Takato had come up with.

Who could blame them? If someone just came up to you and said "Digimon are real!" what would you do or say? It was just that hard to believe, yet Takato had hoped his two oldest friends would help him in regards to what was happening.

Looking up at the clear skies above, Takato couldn't help but remember his dream to a more specific point. The image of the red-headed girl flashing in his mind, "Who was that girl?" he asked, but the universe around him remained silent. "Wait a second…" he suddenly remembered an important part of his dream, where the girl was operating the same device he now owned.

Reaching for a small box that he had brought with him, Takato opened it. Inside the box, were all of the Digimon Trading Cards he had collected, while resting on-top of those cards, was the device that was ever slowly changing his life. He wasn't sure how it was, but he knew it to be true.

"Her Digivice," picking up his own Digivice, he flipped it over to view the front, as it was upside down within the box, "It's the same. Mine is exactly the same." When he flipped the device over, he was now aware of it giving off a low beeping noise, "Huh?"

On the screen of his Digivice, which he was now going to refer it as, showed that his "Digi-egg" had hatched, cracked through the middle, with the upper and lower egg shells revealing empty space in-between them. He was unaware that a similar image was in cyber-space, showing an actual life-like egg, and quite large at that too, having hatched as well.

"My Digi-egg's hatched!" he said, both excited yet surprised. A small frown came to his face as he realised what that meant, "Damn, I missed it. Good thing I don't have any real pets, I can't even keep track of a Digital one," he said in good humour, snickering a little at his own joke.

Seeing as nothing else was showing on the screen, Takato pressed the buttons on the device to switch screens. But it proved useless, as each new screen showed the same hatched egg as before, never changing to what he had hoped would show his new digital companion.

"But where could he be, hm…" as if answering his request, the screen finally changed to a new operation. What came on was a slowly rotating four-point compass, with a red arrow going around within the outer blue ring that held the four points. Blinking at what the Digivice was now showing, Takato took a good look at it, watching as the arrow moved around, "Woah, is that a compass?"

He continued watching the arrow, the small indication slowly going to a stop as it pointed straight forward. Looking between the device in his hand, and to where it was pointing at, the first thing Takato spotted in the direction the arrow was pointing, happened to be theTokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Takato narrowed his eyes at that, having been the second time in less than a day where he had a somewhat uneasy feeling towards that building.

With nothing to do now, and the screen continuously beeping as it pointed straight ahead, Takato grabbed a loose piece of rope he had within his box, tied it within the small opening the Digivice's strapped hook had, and looped it around his neck for safekeeping. With the device now secured, Takato packed his box within the backpack he had brought, and stood to leave.

Looking at the digital compass, Takato left towards his new direction, a small smile on his face as he did so, 'I'll show those two, I'll show everybody! Digimon are real and I'm going to prove it!'

Hypnos Headquarters

With a new day, brought new problems, as it can be seen by the red dot that was traversing across the massive screens of Hypno's main screen, the indication of a Wild-One having been detected.

"High level Wild-One, bio-mergence is now imminent," Riley reported from her usual position, her focus razor sharp as this was one intruder they were finally able to properly track as it appeared. She was still a little ticked off from her previous encounter with their unknown hacker before, but was happy that today it seemed their systems were now hacker-free.

Tally, from her spot behind Riley, was checking over their own equipment, "Primary tracer activated. No problems detected. Shall I stop it, sir?" she asked, not pausing from her work a she directed the question to their superior.

Down below, flicking his lighter as he usually did when thinking, Yamaki looked at the red dot on the screen, watching as it moved across areas quickly, more-so than previous Wild-Ones he had ordered for elimination. Curiosity peaked his interest, 'This one's different…' he narrowed his eyes a he saw that the Wild-One was not changing directions, only going straight.

"Sir…?" Tally called out, thinking that her boss hadn't heard her question.

Looking from the detected Wild-One, to Tally, Yamaki quickly thought of how to turn this to his advantage, "… no, not just yet," his words causing both operators to pause in their work, more out of shock than anything, "Keep the tracer locked, I'm interested to see what this one does."

"Affirmative," returning to her work, Tally placed the command into the tracer program, "Locking now, sir."

Unknown Location

In a literal world of wires, structured grid-like frames, numbers and digital information, a shadowed creature could be seen racing across the seemingly endless void it was birthed in.

It seemed relatively small in size, standing in a bent-over bird-like stance, but as it stood up-right, it was clear that it was actually the size of an adult human. It was muscular in built, yet a little slender with big legs, which were perfect for fast running, large hands, and a long, strong tail. On each of its hands, it had three long clawed fingers, and on each foot, it had two clawed toes, and a claw coming out from its heel. Other than what could be seen from its, otherwise, shrouded body, the glow from its yellow, reptilian-like eyes shined brightly within the darkness.

Slowing to a stop, the creature gave a visible shiver, before snapping its large head up, looking at the world it was born in. Looking up, its glowing, yellow eyes searched for the cause of its distress. It was unaware however, of a low glow that surrounded it, giving off a rather yellow-ish colour. But before it could fully appear around this mysterious creature, it shattered, dispersing like dust in the wind. A strange red-ish glow emitted from the creature's navel area, before that too faded away.

The creature gave a few sniffs in the air, unaware of what had just transpired. Unable to find the cause for its shiver, it let out a low rumble before lowering its head. Giving its surroundings a few more sniffs to make sure it was clear, it decided that it was safe, and resumed in its quest.

Since its "birth" into this strange void, it had one purpose lodged inside its head. To find a way out and to find a certain person it was supposed to. It didn't know why, and frankly it didn't care, but this individual it was supposed to find was of utter importance to its existence. Resuming in its run, its slitted, yellow eyes looked around the tube-like tunnel it had been traversing in. The creature didn't even flinch or react as its view changed from a grid-like imagery, to a more solid scene. The scene always shifting, but gradually changing to the more solid one, almost an indication that it was entering a new area, but wasn't close enough yet.

It was near where it had to be, that much it knew, that much it could understand. Its eyes snapped forward, as a light-spot began to shine ahead of it. An almost predatory-like grin made its way onto the creature's muzzle, showcasing its rows of razor sharp teeth.

West Shinjuku, Unknown Construction Site

Shinjuku City was a big place, so tunnels were made around the city that led to the city's Electrical Power Supply. They were a series of tunnels that intertwined and connected, supplying power to all of the citizens and companies that had made Shinjuku their home.

It was at one of these sites however, that a strange phenomenon was occurring. Along the many large power cables that led into the underground tunnels, red sparks were flying off them, racing along the metallic cables as if travelling. As the red sparks went further and further towards the tunnel's entrance, it grew in frequency and power. It however, stopped just before the underground entrance. As the sparks flew, they began to gather to a single spot, slowly increasing power.

It wasn't long for the power to reach a critical peak, and in a spectacular explosion, it literally tore a hole in the earth. A pillar of light shined through, which quickly shot into the air. Only a few in the city however, saw this phenomenon. But only one of those few would see the result of such a show, and what had been brought to this plane of existence through the light.

Watching the screen intently, never having taken his eyes the Wild-One indicator, Yamaki watched as the mark suddenly stopped. The red dot turning into an 'X' shaped mark on the screen, replacing the indicator from before.

"It's going to breach, I can't stop it sir!" the sudden intrusion of his operator, Riley, snapped Yamaki's attention onto her.

What Yamaki hadn't noticed however, was how Riley's tone conveyed how worried she was about this development. Hypnos was funded and designed to track and eliminate these digital anomalies, yet Yamaki had ordered this one to be left alone. It worried her, more-so when thinking on the kind of damage these Wild-Ones could and would cause once they were unleashed.

Swallowing hard, she double-checked to confirm what was showing. "West Shinjuku, sir," she breathed out slowly, "The Wild-One has breached in West Shinjuku."
