Chapter 8-Halloween fun
Alex's POV
We went into school early to be able to make sure everything was set up and ready. We changed into our costumes and soon the cultural festival begun.
The Engineering club is in the library doing a haunted house. The whole place is set up with black curtains, a lot of spider web everywhere; on book shelves and such, there are lot of pop out skeletons, grim reapers, and ghosts, a lot of fake blood spilled over stuff (not damaging anything at all) like on the floor, all the club members have scary costumes on to pop out in and spook the visitors when they walk by; Kid chose to be a grim reaper, wearing a long black robe with a giant ass hood casting a shadow over his eyes, making him look even more scary, a lot of chains hanging off him and a big ass scythe, Killer chose to be a zombie, ragged and ripped clothes, his skin painted green and stitch lines all over his body, I chose to be a ghost, I picked a white dress that is a few inches past the knee, with a full skirt and ripped bottom, the back is open and only starts a few inches above my waist line, there are two straps going from the front and crossing at the back attaching to the side, bit revealing but meh, it has fake blood splattered over it and my arms, legs and face, my hair is let out straight and some covering my face to make me look scarier, and I'm bare foot.
As the day commences we get more and more visitors, of course they always leave terrified as around every corner of the library someone pops out or scares them from behind, it was hilarious, this one time when a couple was walking by Kid grabbed their shoulder and said "Your souls are mine" in a very dark tone, and scared the shit out of them, the girl even fainted. The horror fanatics love it though. We all enjoy scaring people and Kid seems to be into it a lot.
Zita's POV
The Home Ec. club is doing a haunted café in a classroom right by our clubroom. The place is set up with a lot of tables around where the visitors can sit down and eat, there is fake spider web everywhere a lot of fake blood and dark curtains around with a lot of Halloween decoration. I'm dressed up as a vampire, with a red strapless dress that ends just a few inches above my knees with a black corset and cape and high heeled boots. Sanji decided to dress up as a the black knight (no surprise there) wearing a black armour.
Its going really well so far we get a lot of visitors, and they love our menu, we came up with a lot of food and made them in a Halloween theme, it is a great success.
Izzy's POV
The Medic club is doing a haunted maze in the bigger sports hall. We made quite a good complicated maze with a lot of scary stuff in it, like fake snakes, spiders, blood, dead bodies and such. The place is set with a dark light to make it more sinister and add a greater effect.
I dressed up as a witch, wearing a short black corset dress with ripped tights and heeled boots. Law decided to dress up as a sadistic doctor (go figure), wearing a lab coat that is scattered with blood and bloody surgery gloves and mask.
Our day is going great so far as we get a lot of visitors who we scare shitless and just having fun.
Alex's POV
We had so much fun today and I'm sure it's the same with the other clubs, but now its results time as the cultural festival is over and only our school's students and teachers are left in the school.
As we all reunite in the front yard of the school in front of a big stage that was set up there, we tell each other how everything went, Zoro is dressed as Frankenstein, Luffy is a mummy, Ace is a vampire and Bepo is a polar bear (lol cute).
Marco sensei walks up to the stage dressed as a scare crow. "Well done guys, we had a great day, did you enjoy it?" he asks as we all cheer. "Good cause the results are in for the winners" again everyone cheers.
As he goes to get the results everyone is exited and chatting about who will win.
"And the winners of this years Halloween cultural festival is…" he drags on as he opens the envelope and stays quite for a sec adding extra suspense as we wait "the Engineering club with the most votes from the visitors!" he shouted out as we all cheered and Kid was asked to go up on stage and take the prize, which is a trip to the hot springs XD
"We did it guys, yea!" he shouted out and we cheered again. As he came back down and congratulated us club members, the music club set up the instruments on the stage and Apoo took the mike.
"Yo, for the end of the day we planned a special something for you guys, girls the stage is all yours" Apoo said and me, Izzy and Zita took the stage.
"Are you ready?" I asked, I was on lead guitar, Izzy on base, and Zita on drums. "Lets go!" I shouted and we started playing.
Law's POV
I'm happy for Alex's win, I had no doubt that she'd do well.
They are seriously good, they should totally be a band.
As they finished the song everyone cheered and in the end they played a couple more Halloween songs just to finish off the day.
