Eddie POV:
This day has just been crazy. We haven't slept in over 36 hours. If you know me, you'd understand how I like to sleep. Anyway we are stuck in the middle of some forest. Percy is just freaking out, and Fabian is walking in circles. When it started getting dark and gloomy Nina fell to her knees. Right now, I'm just glad my Yacker is safe. It got foggy, and I could hear Nina start to cry. She called to the nothingness. Then a blue light appeared. It looked to be coming from the center of the swamp. As the rain fell, it fell into a formation of a C. The ball of light came closer. Everything went still and silent. Then I heard Percy's voice.
"Guys, that's not a blue light, that's a bubble. It's a water spirit. If for once I am right, help is here."
Nina POV:
I caught the bubble, and from the water a nanaid arose. Well I'm guessing she's Greek, but something about her voice made me think otherwise.
"Chosen One, I have been sent here by the Egyptian god of the sea, (Yam.) I am a Nanaid and have what you seek."
"You have the Triton?"
"Yes son of Poseidon, I do. But if you ever want to activate it, you must drip in a little bit of the Elixir of Life." She hand me the triton. "There is nothing better than a game of chess." She winked at me and disappeared into the water. We left the forest and made our way to the Frobisher Library. It's the only place no one would go. We sat on the floor in silence. Sarah got up from Eddie's lap, and came to my arms.
"It's gonna be okay." I kissed her head.
"Nina, we have a small problem. We dumped out the last of the elixir, after the thing with Rufus and the cup."
"Victor has been trying to recreate it, hasn't he?"
"Eddie, the word trying, meaning hasn't succeded."
"The last tear of gold, came from the mask of Anubis, which we used on Joy, after Nina almost killed her."
"Hey it wasn't actually my fault remember, I was possessed."
"Nina, and Fabian, we need to complete this quest we must save all the gods."
"Besides, I feel a war with Ares coming, if we soon don't free him. I think we'd all like to stay alive, wouldn't you."
"Shut it Seaweed Brain. Nina the Nanaid mentioned the game of chess. Does that have any meaning to your knowledge?"
"Fabian?"
"The tunnels. The last task before we found the mask."
"Let's go. Come on."
"There is no way I am letting Sarah down there. It is too dangerous."
"Neens." Fabian looked at me seductively.
"Fine, but you can watch her." I passed Sarah to Fabian and we headed down, through the passage.
"So this is the famous chess game you keep mentioning."
"Actually it's a senet, board."
Fabian being the idiot of Apollo, (He still is an idiot at times, even without powers), passed Sarah to Eddie, who put her down.
"Eddie, no!"
"Sarah" I ran and grabbed her.
"What's wrong with the board?"
"Percy, we've both read Harry Potter, remember the wizards chess?"
"Yeah, oh I get it."
"Except here, if you get taken, you fall through the square."
"Where do you go?"
"Well, you fall through to an empty room. I was stuck there alone, until Patricia, Amber, and Alfie came joined me."
"What did you do for food."
"Well I was lucky that there was a passage that you could fit food down, in Mr. Sweet's office, but until Fabian found the key, we were stuck."
"Neens, how long we you down there?"
"3 days."
"What did you do, it must have got boring?"
"At first I just talked to myself, and tried to stay calm. Then the ghost of Victor's father appeared and…"
"You what?"
"Nina!"
"Continue with the story."
"He gave me a ring, with a tear of gold in it, which I was told to give to Victor, so I did."
"Well, let go to old Vikky,"
Percy lead the way, Annabeth behind. Fabian pulled me to the side. Eddie walked ahead with Sarah.
"Nina you never told me, why?"
"There was no need."
Patricia POV:
After we dropped the rest of team Sibuna, off by the Frobisher School, Nico and I left to Oxford. We landed right outside the building. Nico fell into a faint like state. I swung off my backpack, and pulled out two squared of ambrosia. I fed them to him quickly. It was early in the morning, and way too early for me to be at school, especially if I'm on "break". We decided to grab breakfast and talk, as we've never had any bonding time. We got back to the school around ten-ish.
"The plan is find Piper, quickly explain, maybe stay the night, pick up Sibuna, and go back to NYC."
"Yup"
We walked into the school. I was so used to seeing red uniforms, I was happy to see their blue ones. The bell rang signaling class. The halls were empty in seconds. Apparently it was some sort of test week, yes I know in late October. Anyway I took one step forward into the hall way. Lights started flashing. A door on my right swung open. Piper mentioned to me that her school had a crazy strict security system, I never believed her until now.
"Piper my office now!"
We walked into the principal's office Nico silently walking behind me.
"Miss Williamson, why do you think it's ok to ditch class especially when you have a test today?"
"Look, I'm not Piper, I'm her twin sister Patricia, and this is our cousin Nico. If I was Piper I would never sneak out during a test, and did I look like I knew what I was doing?"
The principal didn't ask any more questions, and just let me to the door of the dramatic improve class. We entered quietly and stood in the back. Piper, and her boyfriend Charlie were on stage they were finishing up a scene. They finished what looked to be the 'sneak' and the teacher called from below, "Your next category is casual conversation."
We tried to stay hidden, it worked until Charlie caught my eye.
"Shit"
"Patricia"
On stage Charlie turned their conversation from what they should buy for their apartment to me.
"Hey Pipes, when can I meet your sister, you know as we've been dating for three years?"
"Wait, when did I tell you that you could meet her?"
"When I came over and you were finishing up the Skype call with your sister and her boyfriend, you told me we'd have double date, so we could compare notes."
"And when exactly do you expect me to arrange double date, when she and her boyfriend are in Liverpool, and there is no way we are going to be able to get them away from school, as his father is the headmaster."
"I would be too sure, she's here Pipes, with her emo boyfriend, in Oxford."
Charlie came down from the stage. He grabbed us to the stage. Piper gave me a look to say if you mess me up I will kill you personally.
"Hey Piper"
"Where's Eddie?"
"Excuse me, where the hi Patricia, I haven't seen you since summer. How are you…"
"Hey Trixie."
"Better. Now my beloved boyfriend Eddie is still in Liverpool, and this here is Nico from America."
"Why are you here?"
"I can't come to visit my favorite twin."
"Trixie!"
"What? It's not like I ditch school, I'm on an emergency day off, we a pipe blow, so school was cancelled. Besides you visited my school, and now I'm doing the same to yours."
"Fine"
"Oh and Charlie my boyfriend and I would love to accompany you and Piper on a fancy date tonight. I'll give him a call."
The timer went off, and the teacher was smiling. I pulled Piper to the side.
"Piper, there is something I do really need to talk to you about."
"The acting teacher, how long has she been teaching her?"
"Oh Mrs. Hellngarden has been here for the last three years, during the first and fourth term of each year."
"That's crazy."
The teacher walked up to us.
"It's good to see you Nico, would you like me to send word to your father?"
"Sure, Persephone."
"Wait Nico, how did you know?"
"Pipes, were demigods."
"Yeah…"
"Like half human, half god, dad is Hades."
"I know what they are. That makes more sense, she took pity on you because our stupid father left the two of you alone."
"Wait, you said dad is Hades, however I am practically a child of Apollo."
"Sometimes, Piper the gods mask our talents, to protect us."
"Piper we have to get you to camp, and fast. The gods are locked on Olympus, and we are trying to save them."
"I can't just leave, Trixie."
"You can and you must."
"Fine"
"Piper how are you super calm considering everything you just learned."
"As you already guessed, I've known for a while, though Persephone."
"I still don't get her motivation for helping you."
"Pipes, we have to Liverpool late tonight or early tomorrow, you are coming so…"
"Trizie how are you going to have me explain to Charlie why I have to leave so early?"
"We'll have the double date, and Eddie and I will come up with something."
"Fine, but you need to make to arrangements, at Cortacellobas."
"Ok, you finish up your classes."
A little later that day, I called Eddie. It was around four o'clock, and we had arrangements at six. I knew he would not be happy, but it's Eddie and he'll listen to me.
Eddie POV:
We went back to the library. "If we all go to find Victor and anyone sees us, we will be dead. I propose that two or three of us go."
"Fine, Fabian boys versus girls." Nina, Fabian and I exchanged glances.
"Nina how do we decide?"
"Eddie pick up the phone! Pick it up right now. If you ignore me Eddie, you know what I am capable of. Eddie answer the phone!" It's repeated.
"Dude is that your ringtone for Patricia?"
"Yeah. I gotta take this. Hey Yacker"
"Yeah I have question for, can u possibly be ready for a date in five minutes?"
"Yacker I'm on a quest how exactly am I supposed to say, "Guys I'm going on a date, bye"
"Eddie, Nico is coming to get you, please put me on speaker and change clothes."
"Fine. Guys, apparently I am needed for a date by Patricia, don't ask me to explain, no clue myself. Nico is taking my place. One second Yacker. Is everything okay?"
I ran out, back to the school. Knocked on my dad's office.
"Hold on Yacker, I am getting clothes.
"Come in. Ah Edison what can I do for you?"
"Dad do you have my suit?"
"Yes why?"
"No time to explain. Shut it Yacker I'm changing. Sorry dad."
"Here, I got it back from the cleaners last month. I keep forgetting to return it to you."
"Thanks."
My dad left his office which I used as a changing room. I walked out and there was Nico. I grabbed his hand and made it to Oxford. Nico traveled back.
"What can I do for you Patricia."
Annabeth POV:
After Eddie left, Nina and I went to talk to Victor. Fabian and Percy were going to fill in Nico.
We still had the wigs and makeup, from before, so we put them back on. Nina knocked on the door to the house. We waited a minute before Nina entered the lock code.
"Ah Miss Miller, what brings you to Anubis House?
"I had a question for you, Uncle Victor."
At this point students came down the stairs. A couple of the boys said something along the lines of "hey look at those chicks" "They're smoking"
I gave Victor a glare in the eye that gave a plead for him to play along.
"Bobby and Matt, meet Nina and Annabeth, my nieces. Now let's go talk in my office."
"Well played Victor."
"I may have had practice, Miss Miller."
"Anyway, Nina."
"Right. So Victor, are you aware of our quest?"
"Yes of course, Robert Frobisher was an incarnation of Osiris, how could not."
"Good, so this won't sound crazy. Victor remember after the whole thing with the mask of Anubis, I gave you a ring."
"Yes."
"Do you still have what's in it?"
"Of course. I have had no need to make elixir."
"Do you know the recipe?"
"Annabeth of course he does, he kept saying all he needs is a tear of gold to recreate it."
"Very true, but why Miss Miller?"
"In order that we complete this task of saving the gods we must save each one. Poseidon needs elixir to activate his item."
"If you stay the night I'll fix some up for you."
"Okay great, but you should know, that there is still, the baby, Nico, Percy, and Fabian."
"No problem, I'll take care of it."
"No. Victor, this is so unlike you to help us, why are you doing it?"
"Nina, there comes a time in a person's life where they care about the people who make a difference and not themselves. Everyone has a mission in life, and after that there is no reason to continue, but just live to your end."
"I'm guessing part of you mission was to help us, right?"
"Yes, now why don't you go get dinner, stay in a hotel, and be back here early morning."
"Thanks Victor."
We ran down the stairs, and out back to the school.
"So Neens what did Victor say?"
"We he told us that we need to go get dinner, and then stay at a hotel, here is his credit card, and then come back in the morning and he will have the elixir ready."
"Neens, you trust this?"
"Yes, now Nico can you call Patricia, and give her the plans. Annabeth and Percy find us a nice hotel. Fabian and I will find a good restaurant."
"Fine"
Eddie POV:
After I had finally gotten the back story from Patricia, I was still confused.
We walked over to a park bench. I was still in my fancy suit, and Yacker hadn't changed.
"Let me get this straight Yacker, we go on the date, at the super fancy restaurant, we explain to Piper and Charlie why Piper has to leave, through an alibi which you are working on. From there we will touch base with the rest of the quest."
"Good, now we need to come up with an alibi, any ideas?"
"Well what is believable?"
"Anything, I can control the mist."
"Well, then why don't we pretend you're pregnant, your mother has refused to help, and you need Piper, because you had to leave school to come live in America with me and my mom, and want your sister, and the school has agreed to help."
"Wow Eddie good to know you are great when it comes to making up an alibi."
Patricia and I walked down the block, to the strip mall. We found a dressy store and walked in. For some unknown reason we had only drachmas, and no actual money. Patricia walked over to the counter, handed the drachma, and took a dress that was in the white baggie things, and walked out. She dragged me into the rest stop building, and over to the bathroom section. We ran into the family bathroom, hoping no one saw us. She sat down on the stool, and took out a bag.
"Eddie are you familiar with this?"
"You mean makeup, it depends, putting it on, no, seeing yes."
"Turn around for a second, k."
I turned around and faced the wall.
"Eddie zip me up will you?"
"Sure Yacker."
"I'm surprised, I totally thought you were going to say something like, 'can I just take it off'?"
"Wow Yacker, insult."
I kissed her and left her to do her hair and makeup, in ten minutes. The dress was a coral color, that was very tight. It went to the floor, and it was lower cut. On the stomach it was slightly rounded, as well as the breasts. In other words, Yacker was smoking.
We walked outside, and called a cab. We jumped in and raced to the resturaunt.
Inside Piper and Charlie were sitting down at a table. When they saw us, they waved. We sat down and within a few minutes, the waiter came.
"What can I get you this evening?"
"I'll take a chicken Caesar salad, with a glass of water." Said Piper
"I'll take the pasta parmesan with a glass of Pepsi"
"I'll take your most fanciest hamburger and chips…"
"Yacker, they don't have it on the menu" I whispered.
"Fine, I'll have your steak wrap, with sweet potato chips on the side."
"For you?"
"I'll have the same."
If Patricia was going to pretend to do something, she would go all out. I'd 'let her try mine' if needed be, but it won't last long. The waiter brought out our food, and I have never seen fancier platting.
"So Eddie, it's so good to finally meet you, what brings you here?"
"Um Patricia asked me to come I wasn't gonna say no to her, after all she's…"
"Eddie!"
"What Trixie?"
"Well, I might as well tell you, I left, school and moved to America…"
"Where are you living what happened?"
"Should I start from the very beginning?"
"Yacker"
"Anyway, so Eddie knocked me up about a few months back. I told mum, and she told me she wanted nothing to do with a pregnant teenage daughter. When we told Mr. Sweet, he recommended we to live in America as the school can't really take care of me that well. So we are living in Eddie's mother's house. Nina and Fabian also moved back with us as Sarah, their baby, was having a hard time in Liverpool."
"Trixie, I'm coming back with you. You are not raising this child alone. If mummy won't help you, than I will."
"Pipes…"
"Charlie can we talk outside?"
They came back five minutes later. The rest of the meal we ate in silence. Piper and Charlie went to pack, and Patricia and I called up the others.
Fabian POV:
After a really nice dinner, paid by the credit card of Victor, I got a phone call from Eddie.
"Hey bro, what's up?"
"Yacker and I are just checking in, what are the plans for the rest of this trip?"
"So Nina got Victor, somehow, don't ask, to make us elixir, with the tear of gold. He told her, to take his credit card, go to the fancy restaurant where you and Patricia went last year with your father, and then spend the night at a hotel. Then he said to come back around nine-ish, and he'll have the elixir waiting for us."
"Sounds good, so the question is, do Yacker and I come down or stay here for the night?"
"Um whichever, but you'd have to promise to be here by eight-ish."
"Ok, I think for Piper we should stay here.
"See you in the morning. Bye"
"Bye."
I hung up and turned to the other.
"Team Piper is coming in the morning."
"Fabian, we should head to the hotel Sarah's not the only one about to pass out."
We drove to the hotel. We got two rooms. One for the boys and one for the girls. We checked in and everyone went to their rooms. I'm pretty sure everyone crashed, Nico before he hit the bed.
Before we knew it was morning. Sleep had not lasted long enough. We went down stairs, and Patricia, Piper, and Eddie were waiting in the lobby. We grabbed breakfast, and headed in a cab, to Anubis house. We got there just around nine, and Victor was waiting outside. He handed us the bottle, wished us good luck, and told us to leave before it's too late. We made it to the empire state building, Patricia and Nico, tired out. We dipped the triton into the elixir. Nina ran and put it in the door. Poseidon walked out, and over to Percy. He nodded a thanks to Nina, and handed her a pearl necklace. I recognized it as the pearl of the sea. He said something to Percy, but through his facial expressions I couldn't tell you what.
"So who's next, Zeus?"
"No, Nina."
"Percy what do you mean no?"
"My father just said that in order to beat the rest of the quest, you'll need the wisdom of your mother. Besides if Zeus was freed, he would free the rest of the gods, but they would never have their powers to the same condition as they once did. Zeus must be last."

I'm sorry for the slow updates; I truly wish I had more writing time, as I feel I get nothing done. The next story on my list is Glee season 5 (18), followed by Harry Potter and the return to Hogwarts, but then somewhere in this mix I need to find a way to finish the Biggest Secret, so I hope to do that soon.
