Ansel Elgort Fanfiction

His embrace was like a thousand piglets snuggling you all at once. His gentle lips touched my forehead in a swift slow movement. It was like totally the best day of my life. I had never felt more alive then ever. Finally I was with my lovely boyfriend once more. Before today I hadn't seen Tommy for two years, when he proposed to me.

My name is Zoe Charles. I was born in Oklahoma but moved to Tennessee the same year a terrible accident happened. I first met Tommy when I went to the hospital after learning my cousin got in a motorcycle wreck. He was just leaving when I got there but afterwards when I went to the café nearby, he was there too. We talked for a while and soon became close friends. We started dating a year after because I suggested that we'd make a good ship. And thus, ZoTom was born. On my 20Th birthday he did such a sweet but cheesy move and proposed to me during our dinner date. Now two years later we're still not married. A week after my birthday I moved to California to live with my dad, his girlfriend Stephanie and my half brother Troy. I missed Tommy a lot, and even though my dad hated him for some reason I still do not know, he let me buy a plane ticket to visit him two years later.

I hopped off my plane, searching for my boyfriend, or I should say fiancé since we never called off our engagement. Sure, we kept in touch a lot, but seeing him in person was so much better than texting or skyping. I wondered how much he'd changed since the last time I saw him. He was just as perfect as I remember, with his gentle hazel eyes that make me melt every time I see them. He cupped my cheeks, which by then were already bright red, and kissed me. I felt fireworks, just like every other time he kissed me. He gently ran his hands through my dyed light purple hair and kissed my cheek.

"Oh Tommy, I missed you so much!" I exclaimed.

"I know, I missed you too! I'm so glad your dad let you come visit," he said, picking up my carry-on Bag as we walked over to the baggage claim. "So, what DO YOU WANT TO DO FIRST?" He asked.

"Um…. I'm not sure… Being away for two years sort of made me forget a lot of things. You can be the guide for the week!" I took his hand as he handed me my luggage.

He smiled at me, interlocking our fingers. I put my bleached jean jacket on and he fixed my hair.

"Lets drop off your stuff at my house and watch a movie first before we go out for dinner."

I nodded in response and we went to his blue, dirty pickup truck. Once my luggage was stored in the trunk, I sat in the passenger's seat and he started the car. I gave him a sweet smile and he turned on the radio. Our song, Not About Angels by Birdy was playing. I started singing softly and soon he joined in. Though my Tommy is a popular, athletic jock; moments like this make me realize, he has a kind, innocent heart. Tommy ran his fingers through his short brown hair and gave me a soft chuckle and smile that showed off his dimples. I smiled and kissed his cheek gently. He bit his lip, which is very adorable, and rubbed my cheek with his thumb at a red light. I giggled like a lovestruck teenage girl does when he did. Im sure this week is going to be amazing.
