Chapter 7: Since when?

Later that day Chris and Dean orbed back to the manor. They found Piper, Sam and Wyatt silently eating tea, while Phoebe and Paige were in an argument.
"Well I'm sorry that I used it when you needed it!" Paige shouted.
Phoebe huffed and stormed off stomping loudly up the stairs. Paige spotted the two arrivals and grinned playfully.
"Welcome back," Paige said smiling.
Paige dragged Chris and Dean over to the dining table and collapsed in her seat.
"Maybe fighting can wait until after dinner next time," Piper commented as she cleaned Wyatt's face.
Paige rolled her eyes as she started eating.
"Nice way to ditch me Dean," Sam said softly.
"In a house full of woman, Sammy, call it a gift," Dean shot back playfully.
Chris flinched as he felt Leo orb in. Paige and Dean both noticed his reaction with confusion.
"What's wrong?" Dean asked Chris.
"Leo!" Piper cried out happily.
Paige waived enthusiastically to the new arrival. Dean looked the man up and down and looked back at Chris. Piper holding Wyatt hugged him. Leo smiled brightly as he took Wyatt into his arms.
"Hey little man, Daddy missed you," Leo said happily embracing his son.
Leo then noticed Sam and Dean sitting at the table. He sent Piper a questioning look.
"Sam, Dean, this is my ex-husband Leo, Wyatt's father," Piper explained.
Phoebe appeared in the doorway and hugged Leo.
"Chris told us that they will be allies in the future," Paige told Leo.
Leo looked at Chris and frowned at the younger male.
"Since when do you talk about the future?" Leo questioned gruffly.
Chris rolled his eyes and glared at Leo, "Don't worry it won't happen too often!"
Leo glared at Chris and the Charmed Ones were quick to join in.
"I'm here to save Wyatt remember? If you know certain things about the future it could royally screw up the good things in the future," Chris retorted.
"How are we supposed to know that you're not the bad guy that turns Wyatt?" Piper yelled.
Dean frowned at the argument and put the facts together with what he knew. The larger picture was coming together and it was painting a very bleak future.
"Evil Wyatt killed your brother, didn't he?" Dean asked Chris.
Chris froze, shook his head and looked intensely at Dean. It was the most amount of emotion anyone in the Halliwell manor, other than Dean, had seen on Chris's face.
"No, it was the one who turned Wyatt evil that took my brother from me," Chris whispered coldly.
"So, you came back for revenge?" Phoebe questioned.
Dean snorted and shook his head, "You know Chris better than that. He came back to save his brother and Wyatt. To stop the suffering the person who turns Wyatt evil causes. I may have just met him, but I can tell that revenge has little to do with Chris's motives."

AN: I found some of my hard copies which were poorly written, but I've started developing them. This was the first of the heavily edited chapters. There will be a lot more. Lots and lots of editing, but it's progressing.
My house has no internet… I know FREAKY! Slow updates are to be expected.
I will not abandon this story or Queen of Foxes which is still in a box somewhere.
