He smelled her first, her smoky scent filling his nostrils as his eyes began to open. He was awed to see her face laying in front of his, the sensation of Déjà vu hitting him as he noted the white canopy bedding and wide open marble arches giving way to a view of the sea.

"Sky." He whispered, his voice sounding strange and distant to his ears. She smiled in response, causing his heart to flutter for a moment. "Sky, you need to wake up." He whispered, her eye brows scrunched at his quiet plea. "You're stuck in your own vision Sky." He reasoned, outside he heard the rumble of thunder, although he wasn't sure if it was from the real world, or a storm brewing outside this dream on the sea.

"It's beautiful here." She whispered, how he loved the sound of her voice in this place, it seemed to coat his entire being and he smiled, pulling her body closer to his and delving further into her scent. She giggled at the feel of his breath brushing against her collar bone.

"Yes it is." He whispered, losing himself for a moment in the feeling of her skin touching his, in that moment he realized something that caused his mind to warp slightly. She was nude, just as he was. He nearly panicked, what was he to do? Was this his dream, or hers, was this truly her? Or just a figment that her power was providing? He felt his heart beat stronger and stronger until he was sure it would burst before he felt her hand southing his hair. He calmed almost instantly.

"Where are we?" He decided that if it was his mind, then it would be a place he knew, if not, then this was her.

"Off the coast of France, I have always wanted to come here." She sighed dreamily, reassuring Paul that they were in her mind, and that the situation had not reversed when he came in to wake her.

"Paul?" He turned his face upward to stare into her eyes as she leaned closer.

"Kiss me." She breathed against his lips and he felt his purpose crumble as he answered her with a heated kiss that deepened quickly, his tongue coming out to trace her lips, earning him a moan that set his skin on fire and he dipped his tongue in with hers to duel, his hand coming up to bury his fingers in her hair. His long groan of a pure joy at having finally been able to kiss her and the sensation of it turned into a low growl of primal need as her leg wrapped itself around his waist and she released a small moan of her own. One of pure need and of inexperience. He paused his ministrations, tearing himself away from her sweet lips.

"Sky." He moaned as she nipped at his chin.

"Sky." He repeated more strongly. 'hnn' was his reply as her little teeth found his pulse point and pushed downward causing him to buck his hips. She gasped at the sudden overload of sensation as he brushed himself against where she needed him most.

"Paul." She nearly growled in a feral response to his uncontrolled movement, the sound of it setting him off again as he rolled them so he was poised on top of her, staring her down. His need was beginning to over whelm him, but he knew it wasn't right. Not like this. She didn't understand what was happening, what was going on, that none of it was real.

"Sky." He growled huskily, causing her to lift her eyes to his.

"You need to wake up." He whispered as he pressed his forehead to hers, trying to control himself the best he could. The storm outside blew the covers askew, granting him glimpses of the body he had dreamt of for years.

"Why?" She replied, her pianist fingers tracing his torso lower to his oblique, causing his mind to become fuzzy.

"Because if you don't we'll.." He let out a startled groan as she wrapped her fingers around him in wonder and stroked once, then twice. "Sky." He was moaning now, bucking himself more firmly in her grip.

"We have to wake up." His voice was husky as he bucked again, her fingers tightening.

"Fuck!" He nearly roared as his mouth crashed into hers before removing her hand from him to pin it above her head, his tongue muffling any protest she had.

"We need to wake up Sky." He said more forcefully, letting some authority leak into his voice, mixing with his lust, turning it gravelly and husky. It did not have the desired effect. She moaned deeply at the vibrations from his growl, her eyes hooded with lust at the sound of his voice. "You aren't making this easy." He panted as his nose became overloaded with just how much she wanted him.

"Please, Paul, I need.." She didn't finish her sentence, he didn't know if it was because she didn't actually know what she needed or because she had found the perfect place to grind herself on him. "I promise I will, just please." She moaned gain as he finally bucked in response to her needy movements, unable to control it.

"I can't.. not that, but.." He moaned again as she brushed herself against his sensitive member, coating it. He groaned in effort not to plunge into her. "If you wake up, and you want it really, want me, I will." He whispered as the storm outside grew more violent.

"Paul." She growled out, her patience slipping and her frustration was tangible, with little more thought to it he plunged his hand between them, finding her spot, he quickly began rubbing light circles, causing her to buck and moan and he pressed harder and crashed his mouth to hers and her moans began testing his restraint. "More." She demanded and he complied, shoving his fingers in deeply, causing her back to arch up, her breast pressing tightly to his chest. He dipped his head and caught a nipple in his teeth, suckling and nibbling and she began to thrash in her euphoria, he walls clenching tighter as she began reaching her peak, his name a prayer on her lips, chanting it before she began screaming it. He coaxed her as she climaxed, drawing out every pleasurable second of it until she stilled, their panting the only sound he could hear now, the storm had gone.

"Hey." He heard her whisper as she returned to herself, a little smile on her lips.

"Hey." He replied a little tightly, his own need still very much present and hard between them. Her eye brows lifted as she took note of this, before he could make a word in edge wise, her hand was between them, wrapped tightly around him and stroking, fluctuating her grip as she took note of his gasps and groans. Within a few moments he lost himself, with a muted cry of her name, much to his embarrassment and pleasure. They lay side by side for a moment, his fingers tracing her arm.

"We need to wake up." He whispered, his eyes turning to watch her profile, relieved when she nodded.

"This was real right?" She whispered, her voice worried.

"As real as it can get here I guess." He answered "I would like to try it out of this place though" he added with a smirk. She blushed and nodded. "Why now?" He pressed. She looked confused for a moment. "I mean, this." He gestured between them, clearly referring to what they had just done. "I would have done anything you wanted just for a chance to be here."

"Because I'm your imprint. You didn't get to choose to love me, you had to." He could hear the sadness there. "So I never let myself factor you in really. I wanted what love was in all of the books I read. How they meet and fall, and how they grow to love one another. I wanted that. I thought if I wanted you as a brother, as a friend, and protector, that you would be able to find that. That you wouldn't be bound to me like 'that' and then we could both find love for ourselves. But I couldn't, I catch myself looking for you every time I'm here. I found myself wanting you in a way I never wanted anyone. It was embarrassing, but I felt guilty. You never asked for me, you never asked for any of it…"

"I chose you." He interrupted her. She looked at him in question. He bit his lip, unsure of how to continue but decided the truth was best. "When I found out you were part vampire… I ran… literally." She turned to face him, a sign her had her complete attention. " Leah came after me, but I was convinced I would fight the pull, I could succeed if I got far enough away. I could ignore it, live a normal life, stop shifting." She looked a little hurt, but he knew she understood somewhat about who he used to be. "But When Leah showed me her memories of you, I loved you, not in an imprint way, but in a way someone just loves the way someone laughs. That love grew, it surpassed what the imprint evenwas. It grew every time you accomplished something else, every joke you made, every prank you pulled, every time you were there when someone needed someone. Even if I never imprinted on you, I would have fallen for you." He looked into her eyes and saw the joy there. "I love you sky, not as a wolf, but as a man. I love you." She smiled and nodded, her eyes were the last thing he saw and he was ripped back to reality.

"Paul!" It was Sam shaking him harshly as he gasped at precious air.

"Sky." He gasped her name out. Sam looked from him to Sky for a moment, he could feel the trepidation in the big Alphas stance before he sighed in relief, turning his gaze back to Paul he nodded, Paul had never felt so relieved in his life, "Good… awesome." He mumbled before he passed out, his hair turning from white back to his own dark locks, his body completely exhausted from the length of time he spent there.

"You know if he wasn't immortal, he would be dead." Balthier noted out loud to Sam as he turned to leave the wolves territory. "Take better care of my betrothed will you?" He nearly growled out as he crossed the river. "One day I'm going to come calling, and she is going to say yes." He warned before he blurred from their site.

"Prick" Cole mumbled as he held Sky close, her eyes closed in sleep.
