As I said before, I was going to update some chapters in Energy Combat and Rescue Ops in order to clean some errors and add some detail that I felt was missing. In that time, I got the inspiration to knock off another chapter for this story. Story about the long update gap (seven freaking months) but thanks for sticking around if you're reading this! I'm not going to make a promise about the next update as I clearly can't stick to them, but here's the next chapter.

Anyways, on with the story!

==Stanford, California, United States==

Harsh knocking on the door instantly propped Raylan and Tyler up from their sleep. Since it was a weekend, Raylan and Tyler were hoping on maximizing their sleep. With a loud and irritated groan, Raylan hopped up out of his bed and answered the door wearing nothing but his boxers. When he opened it, he saw his girlfriend on the other side.

"Emma, what are you doing?" He asked her. "It's, like, seven in the morning."

"It's two in the afternoon..." Emma crossed her arms. "You guys have been sleeping in this late?"

"It's two in the afternoon!?" Raylan exclaimed. "Shit, we've been in bed for a while, then."

"Yeah, you haven't responded to any of my texts or calls, either," Emma told him and held up her phone. "Also, put some clothes on."

Raylan brought Emma into his room and closed the door behind her. He picked up a t-shirt and a pair of shorts from the floor and threw them on.

"Ew, what's that smell?" Emma asked and sniffed the air.

"Ew, what is that?" Raylan asked as well. "I didn't notice it earlier."

"Sorry..." Tyler apologized. "Mexican last night was a killer."

"Ew, ew, ew..." Emma squeamed. "Tyler..."

"Anyways, what brings you here?" Raylan asked his girlfriend when he finally had some clothes on.

"I just wanted to see my baby," Emma giggled and hugged Raylan.

"I love you," Raylan said and pulled his girlfriend in for a hug.

"Man, you guys give off some massive PDA vibes," Tyler said loudly. "Gross."

"What are your plans for today?" Emma asked her boyfriend while she was still in his arms, completely ignoring Tyler.

"I have no idea," Raylan admitted. "I was guessing I'd just hang out with you guys or something."

"Wanna go to a party?" Emma asked.

"Emma..." Raylan groaned. "You know what happened last time..."

"Oh come on, it was one time. And besides, we know how to stand our ground this time."

"I don't know, I'm still kind of nervous. And how do you even know if we can get into a party tonight?"

"My roommate's boyfriend's frat is throwing a wild party tonight," Emma informed her boyfriend. "He said that we could both go. He even said Tyler could come if he wanted."

Raylan sighed loudly and thought for a minute. Sure, the last party was a disaster for the two of them, but there was no saying that they wouldn't have fun at their next one.

"Fine," Raylan agreed and separated from his girlfriend's grasp. "But we're going to be extra careful."

Nighttime rolled by and Raylan and Tyler were busy getting ready for the party. They kept on mixing and matching their clothes in order to find something that would look nice, but they couldn't find the right combination. Emma texted Raylan to say that she was wearing yellow, so it was only natural that he would want to match with his girlfriend. Tyler, on the other hand, was looking a bit nerdy with a blue button-up, a black sweater vest, and chinos.

"Hey, don't you have a yellow flannel and khaki chubbies?" Tyler asked his roommate.

"Yeah, but wouldn't that look too flashy?"

"If you want to match with your girlfriend, you really don't have much of a choice," Tyler shrugged.

"Fine..." Raylan sighed and went into his closet. He took his clothes off their hangers and quickly put them on. "How do I look?"

"You look like a fucking fratstar, dude!" Tyler laughed loudly.

There was a knock at the door and Raylan ran over to open it. On the other side of the door was his girlfriend in a cute yellow sundress with black heels. He invited her in and she looked at what him and Tyler were wearing.

"Raylan, you look cute," Emma smiled and fixed her boyfriend's collar. When she looked at Tyler, she tried not to laugh. "Tyler, it's not sub-zero outside, why are you so heavily dressed?"

"I... uhh... I don't know..." Tyler admitted. "Help me out?"

"Tyler..." Emma chuckled. "First of all, ditch the chinos and the sweater vest. It's too warm outside for those. That leaves you with just a button-up, which actually looks really nice."

"Try wearing my chubbies," Raylan offered. "I'm pretty sure you can fit into mine."

"What color?" Tyler asked.

"I've got pink," Raylan said and handed Tyler a pair of his pink chubbies. "It'd look good on you."

"Agreed," Emma nodded.

"Pink?" Tyler asked pathetically when handed the shorts. He let out a slow groan. "Fine..."

"It looks good on you!" Emma complimented him when he finally threw the pair on him.

"Are ready to go?" Raylan asked and slipped on his pair of brown Sperry's.

"Wait..." Emma said. "Tyler needs to change his shoes."

Raylan and Emma looked down at Tyler's shoes to find him wearing a pair of dusty Nike's. When he noticed them looking at his shoes, he shrugged awkwardly.

"I have nothing else..."

"Wear these," Raylan said and pulled a pair of extra brown Sperry's from under his bed. He handed them to Tyler. "These'll make you look nice."

"Thanks," Tyler smiled and slipped on Raylan's pair of shoes.

"Now we're ready to go."

When the trio reached the address that Emma told them, they could see that the windows were boarded up and there were lights coming out of their edges. It was standard college procedure to board up windows before a party in case any cops were able to spot them.

"So, this is the place?" Raylan asked and looked at the house.

"Yep, this is it," Emma nodded. She grabbed her boyfriend's arm and clung close to him. "We should stick together for the entire party."

"Agreed," Raylan smiled and kissed the side of Emma's head.

"Since none of you are making any moves to get inside I will," Tyler said and walked to the front door.

"Don't do that!" Emma shouted and pulled him back by his shoulder. "Don't you know that aren't supposed to go through the front door?"

"Well, I'm sorry I haven't been to a party before," Tyler apologized and shrugged.

Emma shook her head and led the two to the back of the house. There, they could see a set of staircases with a door at the end leading to the basement. Emma slowly opened the door as the three of them walked into the wild party.

"This is insane," Tyler commented as he observed all of the debauchery. "Awesome!"

"I'm gonna go see where I can grab a drink," Emma told Raylan.

"Hold up, I have to come with you," Raylan reminded his girlfriend and walked over to the bar with her.

Tyler shrugged and walked into the dance floor. He could see that everybody at the party was just having a good time going wild with each other. After a stressful week, all they wanted to do was let loose and blow off as much steam as possible. It was evident at this point that mostly everyone was drunk off of their minds.

Over at the bar, Raylan was watching over his girlfriend as she got herself a drink. After the disaster at the last party, Raylan wanted to make sure he knew what she was getting into before she took anything at a party. Fortunately, it didn't look like anybody had bugged her drink this time.

"How does it taste?" Raylan asked Emma curiously.

"Not bad, actually," Emma gave him a thumbs up as she took a few sips. "It takes a while to get used to but is worth it afterwards."

"I... I actually want to try some," Raylan admitted.

"You?" Emma asked in disbelief. "No way!"

"Yeah, we're in college and all," Raylan shrugged. "Why the hell not?"

"Then have a cup!" Emma smiled and handed Raylan a cup from the bar.

"Well, here goes nothing," Raylan took a deep breath and took a few sips from his cup. "Ew, this is awful!"

"Take a few more sips, you'll get used to it," Emma told him and finished her drink off.

"What the hell? That was fast!"

"Eh, like I said, you'll get used to it."

"Well, it's not like anything bad is going to happen or anything," Raylan shrugged and chugged his entire cup. "Wow, that was strong."

"Want another?" Emma asked.

"Sure, why not?" Raylan agreed and grabbed both himself and his girlfriend a cup.

"Cheers!" Emma held her cup up.

"Cheers!" Raylan smiled and raised his as well.

The two of them chugged their cups as fast as they could. Raylan was able to finish his cup before his girlfriend could finish hers and he slammed it on the counter.

"I win!"

"That wasn't even a competition," Emma laughed. "Do you want to race me?"

"Let's do this!"

A few hours later after Tyler had his fun on the dance floor, he thought it would be a good idea for him to find Raylan and Emma. Strangely, he hadn't seen them the entire party. He thought they would at least come and check out everything that was going on. He made his way to the bar and saw the two of them standing around and laughing wildly.

"That's odd," he mumbled to himself and approached the two. "Are you guys alright?"

"Who's this fool?" Raylan asked and laughed. Emma couldn't contain herself and laughed harder. "I mean, who does he think he is?"

"He looks like... pfft... a lawnmower!" Emma laughed.

"You guys are..." Tyler squinted his eyes and pointed at them. "You guys are drunk off your minds."

"He thinks we're drunk!" Raylan laughed. "What is drunk but a word in our language? And what is language but a means of communication?"

"Stop blowing my mind!" Emma exclaimed. "The knowledge is too much."

"Shit, this is hilarious," Tyler tried his best not to laugh at his drunk friends. "But I think it's time for me to get you guys back."

It took a great amount of effort, but Raylan managed to slowly crack his eyes open. Before he could see, however, he could feel that there was a mass next to his body. He shifted himself to get a feel of what it was and felt nothing but skin.

"What the...?"

When Raylan came to his mind, he realized that he was completely naked. As his sight slowly came to him, he could see strands of blonde hair clouding his vision. He looked under the blanket and saw that Emma was lying next to him in his bed, completely naked.

"What the hell happened last night?" Raylan asked and got up, never removing the blanket from over her.

"Wow, you're finally awake," Tyler chuckled from the top bunk. "You two were wasted."

"I have such a headache..." Raylan complained. "I was drunk?"

"Yeah, you and Emma were on another planet. I mean, it was funny and all, but lugging you two back here was difficult. You two had an intricate conversation on how clouds are just the farts of planes."

"That's crazy..." Raylan mumbled and looked once more under the covers. "Did Emma and I...?"

"Yeah, you two started making out and what not," Tyler told him. "I figured you wanted some time alone so I left to go to the library and catch up on some homework. When I came back here, you two were passed out. I could see a little more than I wanted to, so I covered you guys with your blankets."

"Sorry you had to see that..." Raylan apologized.

"You guys are being so loud!" Emma complained groggily and sat up. "Jeez, my head is killing me. What... what happened?"

"Take a guess," Raylan chuckled and kissed her cheek. "Rise and shine, huh?"

"I need an Aspirin," Emma groaned. "And we're naked..."

"Yep," Raylan nodded.

"They say your first time is supposed to be your worst, so I'm glad I don't remember shit," Emma said. "I'm hungry."

"The feeling is mutual," Raylan agreed with his girlfriend. "Put some clothes on, we'll go grab something to eat. Wanna come, Tyler?"

"Sure, why not," Tyler shrugged on his bed. "But I'm not jumping out from here until you two are fully clothed."

"Yeah, whatever..." Raylan chuckled.

"Hey," Emma said to her boyfriend.

"What's up?"

"Thanks for loosening up last night and coming to the party with me," she smiled. "I had a great time."

"I love you."

"Love you, too."

"PDA!" Tyler shouted from his bunk.
