After defeating Golden-Lion Shiki, the Straw Hats came upon an odd person in the middle of the Grand Line.
His name is Buchanan D Matthew, a wanderer from the South Blue who has traveled the world. He is also a good friend of Luffy's. He says that his ship was attacked by sea kings, but some of the crew did not believe him.
Despite this mistrust, Luffy invites Matthew to sail with them for a while. He makes fast friends with the crew of the Thousand Sunny, due to his likable personality and his fun-loving nature.
He trains with Zoro, helps Nami out with the navigating, listens to Usopp's tall tales and believes them and helps him with his inventing, he cooks with Sanji, creating fabulous dishes of his own, helps create medicine with Chopper, he helps Robin with her research and organizing her books, he helps Franky with fixing and maintaining the Thousand Sunny, and he plays and sings with Brook whenever he can.
But the person he has the most fun with is the captain, Luffy. They have eating contests, the wrestle, they sing and dance together. It's like they're related.
Meanwhile, in Marineford, the Marines seem to be searching for a dangerous criminal.
Kirk turns back to Bligh and points to him.
"Once you and your crew heal," he orders him. "I want you all to sail after him again."
"WHAT?!" all the Marines scream in shock.
"You want us to go after the man who killed Petty Officer George Brannon, the best Marine in the North Blue?!" one Marine shouts.
"The man who publicly admitted that he idolized Dragon the Revolutionary, Emporio Ivankov the Okama King, Inazuma, and the Revolutionary Army?!" another yells.
"The very same," Kirk answers. "This man is a threat to not just the Government, but the entire world! We must catch him at all costs!"
After sailing for a few days, the Straw Hats come in sight of an inhabited winter island. They decide to dock and resupply at the town.
While they shop and explore at this town, the crew takes note of the other odd qualities that Matthew possesses.
"Last time I saw him, he was buyin' a boatload of booze," Zoro answers.
"I saw him gambling and he won eight hands worth!" Brook explains.
"He was in the apothecary buying some ginseng," Chopper says.
"I saw that shitty wanderer heading to a hotel with a girl on each arm," Sanji groans, envious.
The Straw Hats are soon on the run from the Marines along with Matthew.
As the Straw Hats head near the docks, the sound of cannon fire makes them stop dead in their tracks.
"What the Hell?!" Zoro shouts.
"Look!" Luffy shouts, pointing up.
The Straw Hats, Matthew and his girls follow Luffy's finger to see him pointing at a large Marine battleship in the bay.
Onboard, a fat captain with big jowls comes up on deck to meet them.
"Who's the fat guy?" Luffy asks.
"Captain Bligh," Matthew growls.
"You know him?" Sanji asks.
"After a fashion," Matthew answers.
Captain Bligh picks up the receiver of a transponder snail linked to a megaphone.
"Buchanan D Matthew!" Captain Bligh yells.
"Oh, crap," Matthew groans.
"You are wanted by the World Government for sinking Tobacco Island, striking your own father, an important man to the World Government, killing Petty-Officer Brannon in the North Blue, admitting that your support the Revolutionary Army and all of their commanders, and creating general chaos and discord throughout the Four Blues, as well as the Grand Line! The bounty for your head now stands at 350,000,000 beris! Prepare to be arrested!"
"NANIIIIIIIIIIIII~?!" every member of the Straw Hat shouts in utter shock.
"Shit," Matthew groans.
THE 350 MILLION BERI MAN
A Devil Fruit user and a Master of the Six Styles?
"350 MILLION BERIS?!" the Straw Hats shout in disbelief.
Dammit, Matthew thinks. Bligh just had to blab it to the whole town.
"AWESOME~!" Luffy and Chopper shout.
"That's one beri more than Doflamingo had," Robin whispers to herself.
"How did you get a bounty that damn high?!" Nami shouts at Matthew. "Did you get it from running up bills and stiffing on tabs at restaurants all around the world?!"
"Hey!" Matthew shouts. "What kind of scum do you take me for?!"
"A lowly one," Nami responds.
"I bet you got it by seducing young heiresses and then running away with their money!" Sanji shouts.
"Are you sure you're not talkin' about yourself, love cook?" Matthew growls.
"Maybe he seduced old rich ladies," Robin says.
Nami and Sanji look at Matthew with disgusted looks.
"No. No!" Matthew shouts. "HELL NO! There is no way that that's the reason I got me bounty!"
"Then how did you get it?!" Luffy asks, excited.
Didn't those idiots hear what I just told them? Bligh thinks, sweating a little. He brings the receiver back to his mouth.
"HE HAS THE BOUNTY FOR SINKING HIS HOME ISLAND! STRIKING HIS FATHER! KILLING AN IMPORTANT PETTY-OFFICER! ADMITTING HIS SUPPORT OF THE REVOLUTIONARY ARMY! AND CAUSING AND INCITING CHAOS IN ALL THE FOUR BLUES!"
"SUGEEEEEEE~!" Luffy and Chopper shout. "You did all of that?!"
"NO!" Matthew shouts angrily at them.
Everyone looks at him, frightened.
"I mean," Matthew says, noticing that he's pushing them away. "I've only done some of those things."
"SUGEEEEEEEEEE~!" Luffy and Chopper shout again.
"Will you two quit it?!" Nami shouts at them.
"This is your last warning!" Bligh shouts. "Give up or we will have no choice but to use force!"
With only one hand each, Matthew tosses the girl in the bed clothes to Nami and he tosses the girl in his clothes to Sanji.
"Matthew!" Sanji shouts. "You're the greatest!"
"What the Hell are you doing, Matt?!" Nami asks.
"Whatever happens," Matthew says, cracking his knuckles. "Take care of them."
"What are you talking about?" Luffy asks, uneasy.
"Just take care of them," he says.
He walks over to the shore in front of the warship.
"Are you giving up?" Bligh asks.
"I thought I told your goon squad that ruined my nookie," Matthew growls, jabbing up his middle finger. "Hell no!"
"That's it!" Bligh shouts. "Fire the cannon!"
The cannon fires and sends a cannonball straight at Matthew. The split second before it hits him, Matthew mutters something under his breath. The cannonball explodes the instant it hits Matthew, covering the area in smoke.
"Matthew!" Luffy shouts, in shock.
"Holy shit!" Sanji shouts.
"He just took the cannonball!" Zoro gasps.
"There's no way he could have survived that!" Chopper says.
"Matthew-sama!" The girls cry.
Why would he do that? Robin thinks, confused.
"I-I think we did it this time, Captain Bligh!" one of the Marines shouts.
"Blihihihihihihihi~!" Captain Bligh laughs. "We got him! He's gone! He's history!"
"Don't celebrate yet, pig," a voice says from inside the smoke.
"Huh?!" Bligh shouts in shock.
The smoke fades and reveals Matthew, healthy and hale.
"EEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHH?!" the Straw Hats shout.
"EEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHH?!" The Marines shout.
"EEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHH?!" Bligh shouts.
"It's gonna take more than a cannonball to kill me," Matthew says.
"Then, we'll try another!" Bligh shouts at his crew. "Ready the other cannon!"
They fire another cannon at Matthew and this time, Matthew catches the cannonball with one hand.
"Oh, my God," Nami whispers.
"One hand," Brook gasps.
"SUUUUGGEEEEEEEEE~!" Luffy shouts
Matthew then pulls the cannonball back and throws it straight back at the Marine ship, exploding on the deck.
The Marines scream as the explosion causes havoc on the ship.
"There's a fire!" one of the Marines shouts.
"Quick!" another yells. "Put it out before it reaches the gunpowder!"
"Shit!" Bligh shouts, angered. "Put it out now!"
Matthew turns to face the Straw Hats.
"Now's our chance, guys!" he says. "Let's get the Hell out of here!"
That's when they all notice his boxers got blown away from the blast.
"Kyaaa!" Nami shouts, turning away.
"Holy-!" Chopper shouts, freaked out.
"Whoa!" Zoro yells, shielding his eyes.
"Jeez!" Usopp shouts, doing the same.
"And I'm called a pervert," Franky grumbles.
"My eyes! My eyes!" Brook shouts. "Though, I don't have any eyes. Yohohohoho! Skull Joke!"
"You're pretty well built, Matthew-san," Robin chuckles at the sight of Matthew.
"Matthew-sama~!" the girls moan, starry-eyed.
Sanji turned his head away the instant Matthew began to turn around.
"Ahyahyahyahya~!" Luffy laughs uproariously at Matthew's circumstance.
Matthew ignores their reactions and heads over to them.
"Ew!" Nami shouts. "Don't come over here, you pervert!"
"Don't you dare try to attack Nami-swan, you damn perv!" Sanji shouts, swinging a kick into Matthew's head, but averting his eyes.
The kick hits Matthew square in the forehead and sends him spinning in midair and finally collapses on the snowy ground face up.
"Oh, God, Sanji-kun!" Nami says, looking away once more. "Did you have to kick him like that?!"
"Yeah!" Usopp shouts, making a disgusted face. "Now he's sprawled like that!"
"God!" Zoro curses.
Robin chuckles deviously at Matthew.
"Ahyahyahyahya~!" Luffy laughs once more.
"Ow!" Matthew shouts, getting up. "What the Hell was that for?!"
"You were going to assault Nami-swan, weren't you?!" Sanji growls.
"Hell no!" Matthew responds. "We got to git while the gittin's good!"
"He's got a point," Zoro says. "The Marines will be distracted long enough for us to get away!"
"Yosh!" Luffy shouts. "Ikuze!"
They all start running like their pants are on fire.
As they run, Robin notices something on Matthew's back. Across it, the letters "B, U, C, A, N, N, O, N", with scars after B and U, are branded onto his back.
What's that? Robin thinks.
Just then, she happens to remember one of the verses to Tobacco Island:
Our backs belong to landlords,
Where branded is their name.
It seems that there's more to this man and that song than meets the eye, she thinks.
Once they've gone, the Marines continue to put out the fire.
"Dammit! They got away!" Bligh shouts, slamming the receiver onto the transponder snail, shattering it.
Meanwhile, up in the snowy mountains, in a cozy hideout, a large group of bandits are holding a party.
"What a haul~!" one of the bandits shouts heartily at the huge pile of treasure.
"Yeah! And it's all thanks to the great Romulus~!" another shouts.
An exceptionally large bandit with black hair and a scar down his eye drinks from a large barrel.
"Yeah, I know I'm great," the giant grins.
"Hey! Big bro!" a voice calls from outside.
"Remus?" the giant recognizes the voice.
A man with grey hair and a scar over his eyes runs up to the hideout in his boxers.
"What the Hell happened, Remus?" one of the bandits asks.
"Did you lose?" another asks.
Remus eyes flash with a murderous glint. He swings a kick into the bandit's head and it sends him slamming into the ground.
"I never lose!" he shouts. "Whether in cards or a fight!"
"But," one bandit says, right next to Romulus. "Maybe it's a sign that your luck is fading?"
Romulus suddenly grabs hold of the bandit's head and slams it into the ground.
"Don't you dare say something like that to my little brother!" he roars.
He looks up at Remus.
"Somebody get him some clothes!" he shouts.
Once Remus is dressed, he sits down and tells him what happened.
"He must have cheated," Romulus states.
"Exactly!" Remus agrees. "But, that's not the point! I heard that this bastard has a bounty of 350 million beris!"
"What?!" a bandit shouts.
"350 million beris?!" another yells.
"Well, well," Romulus growls, placing a large cigar in his mouth. "It makes sense that such a person would exist this far in the Grand Line."
"Not only that, but he was also with the Straw Hat pirates!" Remus adds.
"The Straw Hat pirates?!" one shouts.
"The pirates who stormed Enies Lobby?!"
"Their total bounty is about 667 million and 50 beris," a shadowy figure says.
"Along with that bozo," Remus says. "It'll be 1 billion seventeen million and fifty beris!"
"Once we beat them, we'll be set for life!" a bandit says.
"We'll never have to pillage again!" another shouts.
"This would be the perfect time to test our strength!" another shadowy figure says.
"Then, it's settled," Romulus growls as he stands up, grabbing a monk's spade.
"Boys!" he shouts. "I just found our new target!"
The bandits all cheer at his declaration.
Meanwhile, on the Thousand Sunny, Matthew and the girls, who have introduced themselves and Candy and Mandy, have gotten new, clean clothes from Zoro, Nami and Robin respectively.
Ever since they got back, Matthew has been alone, sitting next to the mast head, staring out to the sea.
"I wonder what's on his mind," Robin asks out loud.
"Could be anything," Nami responds.
"I still can't believe that we're on the ship of the Straw Hats!" Candy shouts.
"I know!" Mandy responds.
At that moment, Sanji spins over to them, carrying a snack.
"Ladies," he says happily. "Here are your sandwiches~!"
"Why thank you!" Mandy says happily.
"And, we're being served snacks by the Black-Leg Sanji!" Candy says, excited.
"They know me~!" Sanji shouts happily, all lovey-dovey again.
"Are you sure, Candy?" Mandy asks.
"Yeah!" Candy responds. "He looks exactly like his wanted poster!"
"You're right!" Mandy agrees.
Sanji falls to his hands and knees in depression as Zoro chuckles happily to himself.
"Dammit!" Sanji shouts. "The world government has successfully corrupted their young, innocent, lovely minds! The government is trying to sabotage me! By putting such a hideous face on my poster, they intend to make every woman in the sea averse to me!"
"Um, did we say something?" Mandy asks, confused.
"Naw, it's nothin'," Zoro says, wiping away the tears in his eyes.
"Do you really think Matthew got that bounty from doing all those things?" Chopper asks.
"I'm not sure," Brook says, shrugging. "I don't think it's possible to sink an entire island."
"Yeah," Franky agrees.
"If there are reindeer doctors, cyborg mechanics and talking skeletons in this world," Usopp states. "Then, there should be enough room for island sinking capabilities."
"He's got a point there," the three of them say.
"But, wait," Nami starts. "Isn't Pluton able to sink an island?"
"Not exactly," Franky answers. "It's able to destroy an island but not sink it. Besides, there are no existing copies of the Pluton blueprint. I destroyed the only one, remember?"
"Oh, right," Nami agrees.
At that moment, Matthew comes back into the kitchen.
"Matthew," Nami breathes.
"Matthew-san," Brook says.
"Wanderer-san," Robin whispers.
Matthew takes a deep breath.
"I'm leaving now," he says.
"WHAT?!" Chopper shouts, shocked.
"Leaving?" Sanji asks.
"Yes," Matthew says as he picks up his bag.
"But why?!" Brook asks.
"If you really want to know…"
Everyone leans in.
"It's about that song," he says. "It holds my past."
Usopp ventures a question.
"Then, what happ-?"
Suddenly, Luffy slams his foot down on the floor, making everyone jump and go silent.
"I know none of your stories," Luffy says to them. "And, even though Matthew's not a part of our crew, I don't need to know his either. Besides, even though we had loads of fun with him and he's a really great guy, we promised to take him to another island. He's a passenger, not a crewmate. He can leave when he needs to."
"I-I don't want to get you guys involved in any of this," Matthew stops him as he walks towards the door. "Just forget you knew me."
"Why would we do that?" Chopper asks.
"Because you'll only get hurt if you stay with me," he opened the door and walked out.
Robin couldn't help but smile at those nostalgic sounding words.
If only you knew, wanderer-san, she thought.
"Should we stop him, captain?" Zoro asked Luffy.
"No, he'll be fine," Luffy said.
Just then, a gunshot rang outside.
"What was that?!" Chopper shouted.
"Maybe Master Matthew was attacked!" Brook shouted fearfully.
The Straw Hats all ran out of the kitchen and onto the deck to see what happened.
Matthew was surrounded by raiders dressed in scraggly clothing in the middle of the snowy land.
"And who the hell are you people?" Matthew asked them all.
"We're the Timber Gang!" a scout shouted back. "We're the toughest Mountain Bandit gang on the entire island!"
"Mountain bandits," Luffy growled. "I hate these guys!"
"Luffy, calm down for a minute," Nami whispered back at him.
An exceptionally large bandit with black hair and a scar down his eye lumbered up to the front of the group, carrying a monk's spade and smoking a big cigar.
"On your knees and beg for your lives, commoners!" another bandit shouted.
"This is our great leader, the King of Mountain Bandits!" another yelled.
"Romulus!" the bandits cheered.
"And what does Large-O the Conqueror want with me?" Matthew asked.
A slimmer man wearing a stylish winter coat with grey hair and a scar over both his eyes came forward.
"You're going to pay for ruining me!" the man shouts.
"Oh, hey! It's you!" Matthew smiled. "How have things been?"
"I had to walk all the way home in the freezing snow in nothing but my boxers!" the man shouted at Matthew.
"You have humiliated my little brother, Remus," Romulus decreed. "The fact that you also happen to have a 350 million beri bounty on your head just sweetens the pot."
"Bounty hunters," Zoro muttered. "You never know when they're gonna pop up."
"So, you bozos are up for the bounty to, huh?" Matthew grumbled. "Ya know, you could have just waited until I was a couple of miles away from the ship. I would have preferred not to get the Straw Hats involved."
"Ha! Well, we would have gone back for them, anyway," one of the bandits laughed. "We're gonna turn this bounty hunt into one big haul! What with you, the Straw Hats and their pet; 1 billion, 17 million, and fifty beris will have us set for life!"
"The 50," Chopper groaned as he covered his head. "Why do they always have to mention the 50?!"
"Oh, that's it!" Luffy growled as he rolled up his sleeves. "They can be mountain bandits, they can even threaten to capture my friend and my crew, but when they rub Chopper's bounty in his face, they've gone too far!"
"Stay on the ship!" Matthew shouted back. "I'll deal with these jokers. Besides, this whole thing is on my shoulders."
"Alright! Get him!" Romulus shouted.
The entire army of bandits charged down the snowy hills straight at Matthew.
One of them came up with a sword and swung it down at Matt. Matt instinctually dodged the sword by stepping over to the side and swung a strike directly at the man. The strike sent the man slamming against the Thousand Sunny and falling into the sea. Another came with an axe and Matt blocked the axe with a single finger.
"Iron Body!" Matthew shouted, announcing his defense.
"Wait, Iron Body?!" Nami shouted, recognizing the defense.
"Hey, wasn't that the same technique that those CP9 spooks used?" Zoro asked.
"The very same," Franky growled.
"But, why is Matt using that technique?" Sanji asked, lighting up.
"That's something we need to ask him," Usopp said.
"No, we don't," Luffy growled.
The rest of the crew fell silent as they watched Matthew fight the bandits. Another one pulled a couple of guns out and fired them at Matthew.
"Shave!" Matthew shouted as he vanished from sight and reappeared in front of the gunman.
He then slammed a hard kick into the man's torso, sending him into a barren tree, shaking the snow from its branches.
"Quick! Rope him!" Romulus shouted at his men.
Just then, several bandits carrying lassos run at Matthew and throw their ropes over him. The lassos tighten around him, putting his arms to the side.
"We got him!" one of the rope men shouted.
"No, I've got you!" Matthew pulled on the lassoes and the men went flying straight towards him.
"Iron Body!" Matthew makes his body incredibly hard and swats the men away with a kick.
"Rush him!" A large group of bandits charge at Matthew with swords, axes, and spears.
"Tempest Kick: Odachi!" Matthew then kicked and extremely long blade of lightning at the group attacking him. The kick swept them off their feet and sent them flying into the snow.
"So awesome~!" Chopper and Luffy shout happily.
Matthew grinned and adjusted his hat.
"Looks like you're serious," he said. "I'm gonna have to fight with all my power."
"All his power?" Luffy asked.
"Does that mean…?" Chopper started.
Matthew then raised up his right arm, aiming it at the bandits attacking him.
His arm then transformed into a giant, blue steel cannon, complete with burning fuse.
"OH MY GOD~!" Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper shouted.
"Taste my…" Matthew roared. "BLUE CANNON!"
The cannon blasted and a cannonball flew through the bandits, knocking them like nine pins and finally exploding, sending the bandits flying.
"So awesome~!" Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper shouted again.
"A-a cannon?" Romulus said, surprised.
"That's right," Matthew grinned, hefting his cannon arm onto his left hand. "I ate the Gun-Gun Fruit over 20 years ago. It turned me into a Gunman. I can turn any part of my body into a firearm. And that includes cannons."
"He's a Gunman?!" Chopper shouted.
"That has got to be the most awesome Devil Fruit ever!" Usopp shouted as well.
"Un…believable…." Was all Luffy could muster.
Just as another bandit ran up to Matthew, he turned his arm into a shotgun. Matthew cocked the weapon with his free hand and blasted the bandit into the snowdrift.
"How do you like the feel of my 70 MiliMeter Trench Gun?" Matthew grinned.
Another one was heading towards Matthew with an axe.
"This time, try a Slug Thrower!" Matthew shouted.
He turned his extra arm into another shotgun. He cocked it using his other shotgun arm.
He fired the new shotgun just as the bandit was swinging his axe and the two weapons met each other. The slug first shattered the axe and then the force of the slug drove the shards into the bandit.
Matthew then turned his arms back to normal.
"Get the Wootz Steel Shields, men!" Romulus shouted.
More of the bandits came out with yellow steel shields.
"Wootz Steel…" Sanji growled.
"Huh? What's wrong, Sanji?" Luffy asked. "You don't like the….Whatever Steel that is?"
Sanji just sighed at his captain's simplicity.
"Hah! Wootz Steel?" Matthew laughed as he charged at them. "You think some two bit steel like that is gonna stop me?!"
"Just try to break it!" Romulus roared.
The men braced themselves against the shield as he attacked.
Matthew brought his fist back and slammed it into the shield. The first broke through the shield and slammed into the face of the man behind the shield, sending him flying through the air.
"That's what I think about your Wootz Steel, ya knob!" Matthew shouted, baring his fist.
"Fire the net!" Romulus shouted.
Suddenly, there was the sound of a bazooka firing and a net flew out of a pile of snow.
"A net?" Matthew shouted, surprised.
The net flew straight at Matthew and wrapped around him,
"Ah, dammit!"
Once the net wrapped around Matoto, he began to lose his footing.
"S-seastone…" Matthew groaned as he fell to his knees.
"We read on your wanted poster that you had a Devil Fruit," Romulus grinned.
"So, one of our thieves was able to snatch a seastone net from a nearby Marine ship!" Remus laughed.
Damn, Matthew thought. So they were able to steal this from Bligh, huh? I gotta get this net offa me!
"Now, Wallace!" Romulus shouted. "The finishing blow!"
Just then, a man came tromping through the snow. He was wearing a plaid sash from his shoulder and had long, black hair. In his hand was a straight sword with a slanted point and a foil around the handle.
"Ah, finally," he growled. "A big bounty!"
"Hired guns," Matthew growled. "My bounty won't split evenly."
"That's why we're takin' the Straw Hats too!" Wallace shouted, raising his sword to stab.
Dammit! Matthew cursed, shutting his eyes.
Just as Wallace's blade dashed towards Matthew, there was a flash of green and a clash of steel.
When Matthew opened his eyes, he saw Zoro blocking Wallace's blade cold.
"Z-Zoro?!" Matthew shouted. "I told you guys to stay out of it! They want me!"
"They want us, too," Zoro growled as he shoved Wallace back.
As he was unwrapping Matthew from the net, there was a cry like a bird. A fist was flying towards Zoro when Sanji came in and kicked the fist away. The fist belonged to a tall man with dreadlocks and wearing armor.
"Besides, it was captain's orders," Sanji said as he puffed some smoke and Zoro helped Matthew up.
The man in question leapt down from the ship and started to walk towards the bandits. One of them leapt at him with an axe.
"The three hundred mil is mine~!" he roared.
A swinging fist was all it took to take to send him down to the snow.
"Matt," he said. "My friend and my crew are in danger. If I don't help save them, what kind of captain am I?"
"Oh, so you want to fight, huh, Straw Hat?" Romulus growled.
"Of course," Luffy grinned. "We're not just gonna roll over and die when a couple of bounty hunters come pounding our door. Isn't that right, crew?"
"AYE-AYE, CAPTAIN!" the entire crew shouted.
Romulus tossed his brother his Monk's spade.
"Go," he said as Remus caught the weapon. "Take your revenge."
Remus growled as he set his sights on Matthew.
"Men!" Romulus shouted. "Attack the Straw Hats! Kill or capture them by any means necessary!"
"Yessir!" the bandits shouted as they charged the Sunny.
"Guys, don't give them any quarter!" Luffy shouted.
Every Straw Hat on the ship readied their weapons.
Zoro turned to Wallace as he drew another sword.
Sanji lit a new cigarette as the martial artist struck a fighting pose.
Matthew stuck his index fingers out, turning them into pistol barrels as Remus was charging him.
Brook gripped his sword cane as Usopp tried to hide behind him and Nami tried to pull him out of hiding. Robin crossed her arms and Franky loaded up his anti-seaking rounds and Chopper had a rumble ball prepared.
The large bandit glared at Luffy.
Luffy slammed his fist into his hand and smirked at Romulus.
