A/N- so here it is! The latest chapter of the series, I am glad there are people enjoying this! Sadly this chapter isn't as funny as the other ones as it is quite serious. But hey! There shall be more fun in the chapter.

As always I do not own any of the characters in the DGM series, I wish I did. But I don't. What I do own is the plot of this story and the many many typos that appear in here…which I do try to spot before posting this. Looks like the tricky buggers manage to stay in place. Bad typos Bad! Office affair

Leave me Alone

Ever since Tyki had left to see Lenalee a week ago regarding issues of their unborn child, Lavi hadn't spoken to him. He was always busy whenever he wanted to spend time with Tyki, the excuse was he was either spending time with Sheryl or that he had countless of client folders he had to look through. Both were a lie, Lavi knew Tyki wouldn't spend time with his flirtatious brother unless he was forced to and the lie about clients files because Lavi hadn't known about this and the redhead knew everything that happened on the floor. So of course he doubted he and Tyki were together. She was right after all, the redhead hummed amused with his own foolishness for sticking up for his so called lover as he sat there staring at a small child who was walking around the office, blue eyes glistening in wonder as he explored the surrounding. Lavi should have done the paper work by now but his mind was too focused on the emotional situation between him and Tyki. They only spoke when it came to work, stayed in the same room for less then a few mere seconds; they never did things together so to Lavi it was over between them. What they had been nothing more then an office affair.

Hearing the familiar elevator voice tell the person inside what floor they was on, Lavi glanced up curiously. No one was supposed to be in during the lunch time break and they should not have sent anyone up to the floors during this time as it was against the rules of the place. So why was the elevator being used? Unless it was one of the other people working on the other floors, that seemed more logical so Lavi sighed and went back to typing slowly. He thought it was another employee looking for more supplies so he didn't bother looking up.

"Lavi~!" a voice made the redhead stop what he was doing; he didn't expect it to be her. Of course she would be showing her face around here, she was the mother of Tyki's child.

"…he is with a client. Sit and he will come running to you" There was a hint of bitterness in his voice. The man had time to spend with her yet he couldn't take the time to spend with Lavi? His so called lover. Ha what a load of bullshit.

She smiled at him and walked over to take the closest seat towards the door of the office. After around thirty minutes Tyki walked out of his office laughing a joking to the client about the current change in traffic fines. The client was there with his wife and son so the meeting was a quick one, the family walked off towards the elevator talking about what they should do together now.

Sighing to himself Lavi finished what he was doing and clicked the save button, and tried to make himself appear busy just so he didn't have to stay there in the room. Tyki walked over and placed the files down against the desk, golden eyes risking a glance towards Lavi, a small smile appearing against the male's features.

"Take your lunch break Lavi, maybe after work I can take you to the fancy new—" Tyki was cut off by the sound of chair legs scrapping across the floor.

Lavi stood up from his seat, placed his computer on lock and took his identity card out from the slit in the keyboard that added a little more security to the data on the computer. "Can't I am busy" He spoke in a flat tone as he grabbed his coat.

"Busy?" The male sounded surprised that his assistant was indeed busy the evening when he wanted to take him out. "Doing what?"

"Why should I tell you? Have fun with your little toy Tyki" The redhead nodded towards Lenalee who was waving at the two. Lavi placed on his coat and grabbed a set of keys that was for his locker and car. He was done with Tyki and his so called love for him, why did he all of a sudden want to take Lavi out? Ha, no he was better off without him.

Tyki stood where he was watching the redhead as he began to walk towards the stairs, what had he done to gain such bitterness from him? Tyki didn't know. A pair of small hands trailed along the male's chest, soft giggles erupted from behind him. "Let me help you forget about the child~"

Line break

Lavi sighed as he walked down the stairs, his heart felt as if it was being smashed pieces of it fluttering from him with each step he took. He didn't like the feeling he was getting, he didn't like being so bitter yet he couldn't help either one of them. One moment Tyki Mikk was confessing his love for him, the next he was ignoring him.

"Sheryl" Lavi knocked on the door lightly as he walked in to make sure that Sheryl was not busy with anyone.

"Hm, Lavi come on in" Sheryl had been trying to find a nanny to look after his baby he had recently had but he didn't like any of the nanny's that had been available at the time.

Lavi smiled and walked into the sweet smelling office, it had been his first time on this floor and he understood why people seemed to like it a lot. The temperature was amazing, not too hot nor too cold. It was brightly painted with leather chairs and a fireplace for the winter. Certainly felt like home where as the other floors had the office feel to it, panic, chaos but this floor was calm. Lavi took a seat directly in front of Sheryl, allowing himself to relax.

"To what do I owe the pleasure of having you on my floor~?" Sheryl asked as he slid his laptop shut and placed it aside so the only thing that was on his expensive desk were his hands.

"Is it possible to ask for two weeks off? I know it seems short notice, but I really could do with getting away" Lavi sighed subconsciously rubbing his cheek.

"Hmm that is short notice, is this something to do with Tyki?" He watched the redhead nod slowly. "What has he done?"

"Lenalee is around the office a lot more and I understand that she has to be as she is the mother of his kid but…he hasn't been paying any sort of attention to me since weeks ago when he confessed his love for me. It is like I am invisible and suddenly he wants to take me out. Tch I know she will be with us if I do say yes. I just…want to leave, figure out what I want" Lavi realised he had been babbling away about his issues to the man's brother.

"What do you feel towards Tyki?"

"I loved him…I use to love him. Now I don't know."

Sheryl nodded his head slowly he was trying to figure out the best way he could help the redhead as well as hurting his brother for doing this. After all Lavi was the best thing that had happened to him and now his selfish pleasures was destroying this. "How about, working for me? We can switch assistants for awhile. I know you are excellent at your job and really I can do with your organisational skills here." Sheryl pointed around the room to countless of cabinets that was messy, files thrown inside, papers around the floor.

"Alright, I will start today. If you don't mind, it is just Tyki and Lenalee are currently downstairs.."

"Oh are they?" Sheryl stood from his seat and nodded at the youth "You deal with this mess and I shall tell Tyki" The two nodded in silent agreement and Lavi went to work on the files.

Line break

The closer Sheryl got to his dear brother's office, the louder the moans became. He didn't know whether he was annoyed or disgusted with his brother's behaviour. He didn't bother using the elevator this time as it would have given him away instead he used the stairs. As he got to the door he pushed it open and walked inside. There strewn across Lavi's desk was a naked Lenalee, her skirt had risen over her hips as Tyki began to lick at her chest, moans escaping passed his lips. With each thrust the male made the desk would whimper beneath them causing Lenalee to laugh and push her hips back.

"Oh yes Tyki~ Like that" She whispered into his ear, encouraging him further.

Sheryl walked over to the desk, he knew the two couldn't hear him as they seemed far too interested in fucking with each other. He grabbed a bottle of water, opened the lid and poured the water over Tyki.

"What the fuck?!" Tyki sneered angrily as he stopped what he was doing; glaring over his shoulder he saw his brother and the angry expression that made its way to his face. Tyki knew he was in trouble, he knew that look to well. He pulled out of Lenalee and tucked himself back into his trousers, watching as Lenalee sighed and placed her clothing on.

"Sher—" She began in a sweet voice but the snarl that emitted from Sheryl's chest soon made her shut up.

"I do not want to know why there is a dog on one of my desks, but what I do want to know is why Lavi is currently in my office telling me you have been avoiding him. However, I see it clearly now." Sheryl began to talk, placing a hand in the air to silence Lenalee before she opened her viscous mouth again. "Lavi will not be working down here again. He is to work in my office. I will not have you loose this company yet another perfect Assistant because you are slutty enough to not keep it tucked away. Lavi believes that the ignorance he was getting from you was his fault. He is currently blaming himself, yet we both know why. Tyki you don't deserve Lavi and I will make sure that he sees what a damn cheat you are. You disgust me, as a brother I am ashamed to call you that. As for you, little bitch on the desk, dogs are not allowed in my building so waddle back downstairs before I call security and get you removed by forced" Sheryl glared at Lenalee who was slightly afraid to speak, she looked at Tyki thinking he would try and stand up for her but as a few moments ticked by she got the message and left.

"Look Sheryl" Tyki began to explain his actions; he was going to use the- I am not myself excuse but his brother knew him too well.

"If you want to drag yourself down into the pit of pathetic go ahead. But I will not allow you to destroy Lavi too! He was too good for you Tyki. Look at how happy he had made you over the past weeks you two was sneaking around. I never saw you smile so much, or hum the rhyme our mother use to hum to us. He made you human again, now look at you." Sheryl shook his head slowly. "You're twenty-six years old, playing around. You should have found someone by now"

"I have found someone. I found Lavi"

"Lavi, the same boy you have been ignoring just so you can stick your dick inside that thing?! Yes Lavi who has for the past two weeks had to put up with your lies, silent treatment and avoidance? Ah yes Lavi who is currently deciding on whether he loves you still. Yes Tyki I can see how well you are settling down." Sheryl scoffed and began to walk away from the silent male. He was amazed that Tyki didn't retaliate like he normally did but then again how can someone retaliate when it was the truth?

Tyki sighed when the room was silent again; he looked at his phone and flicked through the images on it. There were a few with Lavi, one he had taken while they was at the fun fair, Tyki had worn him a small teddy on a darts game though he was disappointed he could not win him the bigger one but Lavi didn't care because he was having fun. The image was of the two sharing a soft kiss, Tyki smiled at the image, for once in his life the redhead made him feel happy to be around yet here he was fucking the girl who had caused him so much grief.

He wanted Lavi in his life again, to share more memories with him though he didn't want to harm the youth due to his ways. He would have to change and prove to Lavi that he is the man the redhead deserves. He needed to think of ways to surprise the youth. Yes of course. Lavi liked his mysteries and puzzles. As well as his fantasy books that he seemed to own thousands off. Perhaps he can combine the two things and make something of them.
