"...You want me to...observe you?" I asked to make sure this wasn't a jest. Sully nodded, "I want to know what the hell is setting me apart from the other women!" I thought about it. She seemed awfully irritated but I wanted to study more...fascinating things. The answer was quite clear already though, Sully was obviously more focused on fighting abilities than her love-life and appearance most of the time. And her language. That was pretty much it. It was quite terrifying when she stopped swearing for seven days, I rather not relive that. "Hey Miriel?" "...What?" I answered as I wrote down Sullly's request.
"You think Robin and Chrom is going to defeat the Feroxi warriors without dying? They look so puny compared to the warriors." Sully said as she sharpened her Bronze Lance. I thought about it; the Feroxi had armored units, and a few mages. Plus fighters. Chrom and Robin used Swords, and our tactician can also use tomes.
"They stand a chance as long as none of them perform a foul move." I stated confidently. Sully was obviously worried about her prince and so was the rest of us. He was our leader though he can be a little...blunt at times. Robin had stated to us sternly that only he and Chrom were fighting in this battle. Nobody was going to object to him, his eyes had a glint and something was up his sleeves.
"Robin. Trade tomes with me. The Fire Tome isn't as powerful as the Thunder tome, it is a balance between the Wind tome's accuracy and the Thunder tome's power, like Lances. It may highten the chance of his attack missing but the chances of that happening is low." I said in one breath. He took in what I just said and accepted it calmly. We traded tomes once more, this may be the last time, I noted dully. The Masked Swordsman shared Chrom's hair colour, style of fighting, and swords. Maybe he was of royal blood too? After defeating the Feroxi warriors that were blocking their way to "Marth", the audience held thier breaths as the two got ready to draw their swords. I observed Marth closely. Maybe he is the Heroic King's reincarnation? But the theory of reincornation hasn't been proven to be true yet. His movements were like Chrom's but more feminine. ...What if...No, I don't have enough proof to be certain about that.
The audience roared from either shock or joy as Marth fell to the ground, "I...am bested." he said. Chrom fell on his knees, he was quite worn out and injured from Marth's strikes. Lissa rushed up with her Heal Staff, she thrusted the staff into the air, followed by a flash of light green. I bit my lower lip as I though about what happened that day. I was dancing with Death that day. Flavia beamed as Chrom, Robin, Lissa, and Frederick approached her. We were watching the event unfold before us from a distance away, fearing that Flavia might murder us with her Silver Sword. After a few seconds, the now Khan of Regna Ferox skipped off, possibly for a celebration. The four Shepherds then turned around to face a Warrior that had lost an eye but was definately powerful in combat. "Wait, before you go, I have something for you, boy." the man said in his loud voice that ecoed through the arena. My eyes widened when a Myrmidon silently walked in. He had dark brown hair that made me think of a wolf and was no doubt from Chon'sin. I didn't have any evidence that it was indeed him. But this Myrmidon had to be him, as far as I could recall, I haven't anyone else that even beared a similar face, but that was because I've never been to Chon'sin yet. He was introduced as the West Khan's previous champion, Lon'qu. Lissa gawked in amazement at the fact that Marth had managed defeated Lon'qu.
"But he looks so strong..." ,Lissa wondered aloud, as she walked towards him. I immidiately whipped out the one tome that I've recorded my research, if it was indeed the same man that I have stumbled across. I felt my cheeks turn red at my actions and thoughts, I was acting rather foolish. I shook my head to sweep my emotions aside.
"S-stay back, woman!" ,Lon'qu grunted. Lissa frowned from his reaction.
"Hey! What did I do!?" she grummbled. The West Khan let out another loud laugh before saying: "He's always like that towards women!" One would've thought that he was proud of Lon'qu's gynophobia.
