The possibilities were endless
and she had to make a game
to catch them all.
Maybe she didn't need just one.
A wet could hold many flies
after all.
And she had them. Lots of flies.
Lots of ways, and the pet spider just waiting
to eat them all.
And a pocket where time could be rewound
and paused
all over a cup of tea or three, and a cake
and an ever-present waiter.
