Zack and Cloud have made it to Midgar! Starting up a mercenary business is a little difficult, but not as difficult as dealing with memories of Nibleheim burning and subsequent time of prisoners of Hojo. Of course, living in the Slums means it’s only a matter of time before ShinRa’s efforts to restart the War with Wutai boil over and affect innocent lives.

A short (or really, that was the plan) one shot of Ariana's Valentine's Day prank mentioned in A Brief Reprieve oneshot, plus wholesome chocolate giving.

With Midgar now behind them, Cloud and his friends set out on the long, dangerous hunt for Sephiroth, unaware that he plans to use one of their own to change his fated destiny. Pursued by Shinra's forces, Cloud and the others press onward. But the price of victory may be higher than they can possibly imagine.
