Smiling PastaCourse 1: Removing the love curse by being in love for 90 years (Part 5)
Sakura peeked out from behind the couch, looking around.
"Mommy went to your new single showcase today."
She saw a man with black hair that looked sort of similar to Sasuke, Fugaku.
"You went?"
Mikoto nodded. "It was very successful. Very, very good. I really couldn't tell…"
Sakura saw Fugaku start to turn around, so she hid back behind the couch. 'His father is the Minister, Uchiha Fugaku? Could he be that big celebrity?…' He left the room.
Shizune worriedly glanced side to side. "Mikoto-sama, weren't the working mothers of the Parliament in a rush to get Sasuke-sama's autographed pictures?"
The beautiful woman slapped her forehead. "Right, I forgot. I've already selected many photographs. Wait for me here and don't go anywhere."
"Okay. Hurry up."
"Okay." Mikoto rushed out of the room. As soon as she was gone, Sasuke grabbed Sakura from behind the couch and ran with her down the hall.
Shizune cheered them on. "Hurry. Go upstairs and hide. Hurry." As Sasuke ran, he accidentally missed the staircase. "Sasuke-sama. Go that way."
Sakura stared at the wide entrance to the stairway. "Don't look around, this way." Sasuke literally pulled her away and up the steps.
"Honey…" Mikoto searched the living room.
Sasuke appeared from behind the corner. "Here." He was making sure his mother didn't enter that room, or else she would see Sakura hiding behind the door.
"Oh, there you are. Come, help Mommy sign some autographs." Sasuke worriedly looked back. "Look at my selection of photographs." Sakura peeked out from behind the door to look at what they were doing. "There are two different kinds."
It seemed safe, so Sakura came out from behind the door completely and started looking around the room she was in. Shizune suddenly pushed her, then she realized that Fugaku was right behind her, starting his coffee. Luckily, his back was facing her.
Finally, they reached their destination. "Quickly come in, hurry." Sakura entered a grand room with a circular window that let a bunch of sunlight in. "Come, sit." She sat on a large bed. "I'm telling you, this is Sasuke-sama's bedroom. Wait a moment and do not run around. Sasuke-sama will come up really soon." Shizune started to leave, but then she remembered something. "Oh right. Every one of Sasuke-sama's things is very important. Don't touch them, got it?" With that, she scurried off to where she was needed.
Sakura watched her leave and once Shizune was gone, she put her stuff down and started looking around the room. "Wow… I'm really at Minister Uchiha's house… That guy can't really be a big celebrity, can he?" She found a magazine opened to a certain page. She read aloud, "The most desired male celebrity that females of nationwide want to kiss in 2006…" The pink-haired girl focused on the picture of the onyx-eyed boy. "Uchiha Sasuke?"
As soon as she realized what was going on, Sakura scrambled around the room, nervous. Finding herself looking at a giant poster of Sasuke, she murmured, "It's really him." Green eyes darted around the room, then finally fell upon something. Sakura picked it up. "What are these?"
Sakura flipped through the pages, not noticing a figure coming up behind her. "Music sheets? New songs?" She tilted her head to the side as she got lost in the beauty of the songs.
"Hey!"
Papers flew everywhere since Sasuke seemed to have scared Sakura. She turned around and looked up at the young man. His eyes were shut, eyebrows narrowed as all the white sheets fell to the floor. Sakura looked astonished.
"Didn't Shizune tell you not to touch my stuff?"
"Oh… Sorry!" Sakura twirled around and bent down, in an attempt to pick up his things, but accidentally banged her head on a desk. "Ow!" She rubbed her forehead.
A little while later, Sasuke put cold water on a washcloth and placed it on Sakura's aching head.
"That hurts!"
"You deserve it," Sasuke snapped back at her. He wiped her forehead.
Sakura pouted. "You're…"
Sasuke didn't wait for her to finish. He handed her the washcloth. "Hold onto it yourself." His hands retreated. "If you ice it, the pain will go away soon."
She placed the cloth in her other hand and stared at the person in front of her. "You're Uchiha Sasuke, right?" Sasuke got up and walked to the edge of the balcony they were on. "Your dad is Minister Uchiha. Is it really okay that I'm at your house?"
The raven-haired boy leaned against the railing and looked back at the girl. "It's okay. He won't come up anyways."
Sakura listened to the radio that was on. "This song of yours is really nice."
Wind played with a few black strands of hair. "I wrote it."
"You wrote it? So you can actually compose your own music."
"… It's only a hobby…" He spun around. "But they said that I plagiarized."
The washcloth twirled in Sakura's hands. "So did you copy?"
"Of course not!"
Sakura lowered the cloth onto her head again. "Okay, you didn't… You don't need to get worked up about it…"
Sasuke rubbed his hands together. "Anyway, it doesn't matter." He sat across from Sakura. "They won't believe me." He sighed in defeat, which made Sakura sit up.
"The important thing is whether or not you like it."
He looked at the palm of his hand. "Do I like it? … I did like it before." Shoulders shrugged. "But I don't know about now."
"Hey… You're so coy. Why do you care about how others see you? You don't live to please others." This made Sasuke look up. "You have to like yourself first, and then think about whether or not you need to please others."
A smirk adorned Sasuke's face. "Like myself… Please others…" Sakura nodded. A cell phone went off in the other room, so Sasuke went to retrieve it.
"Hello, Kakashi."
"Something bad happened."
"What happened?"
Kakashi's home:
Kakashi stomped his foot. "The Paparazzi took pictures of you and a girl together."
Sunrise Villa:
"What did they shoot?"
Kakashi's home:
"They shot a picture of you and that girl kissing on the street! Oh, please! Sasuke, who is she? How could this happen?" Kakashi was raising his voice and was clearly not happy.
Sunrise Villa:
Sasuke looked to Sakura. "Kissing on the streets…" Sakura looked down, ashamed.
FlashbackSasuke turned another corner and… slammed right into Sakura! Her stuff flew out of her hands and landed on the ground. She was spinning out of control, about to fall, when Sasuke pulled her upright. Unfortunately, that caused him to fall backwards with Sakura on top of him…
They accidentally kissed.
Sakura's eyes flew wide open. Although Sasuke's eyes were covered by sunglasses, his did the same thing.
Sakura blinked a few times, not believing this.
End Flashback"That was an accident."
Kakashi's home:
"Accident?!" The man chuckled. "Okay, I'm going to mail those pictures to you now. Enjoy every little detail of it and then think about how you are going to explain to me about this… 'accident'." With that, Kakashi hung up.
Sunrise Villa:
Sasuke flipped his phone shut as Sakura walked to him. "What happened?"
Another smirk formed. "Nothing."
Just then, a knock was heard. "Honey…" It was Mikoto.
"Mom, what's the matter?" Sasuke called from the other side of the door.
"Come downstairs and get ready for dinner.
"Oh… I'll be right there."
Mikoto turned around and went back downstairs. At the same time, Sasuke looked Sakura up and down, inspecting her. "You're all dirty." Sakura looked down at herself. "Follow me." She did as she was told.
Sasuke threw some clothes on the bed. "Clean yourself up. I'm going to go eat dinner."
Sakura carefully picked up one of the articles of clothing: blue and white striped boxer shorts. "I'm going to wear your clothes?"
"It's up to you if you want to wear it or not." With that, Sasuke started leaving the room.
"Hey! You're eating dinner, but what about me?" A slam of the door was heard. Sakura pouted as she leaned against the wall, looking at the poster of the pop star. 'Am I dreaming? I can wear Sasuke's shorts.'
I hope you guys liked it! Please review!
