Two months later
"Finally at home." Cameron grinned. Having been the last few weeks in a hospital was horrible. Doctors indeed are the worst patients.
"Are you intending to stand there much longer?" House grunted from behind her, carrying his son Noah in a baby car seat.
Cameron moved forward, going straight to the nursery room followed by House who kicked the door close with his foot.
"Come on little one." Cameron cooed at her son, taking him out of the seat. "He's grown fast don't you think?"
House shrugged and put the seat on a chair next to the door.
"You're getting big." she smiled and kissed the baby's forehead. "Very very big."
"I'm big too." House whispered in her ear as he appeared behind her. Cameron shivered because of his seductive tone. It had been way too long since they last made love. House too was ready to love his fiancée the way he wanted to.
Slowly, Cameron put Noah down in his crib and turned in House's arms, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I know you are." she winked before she kissed him in a way she hadn't done for months.
Taking his hand in hers, she lead him to their bedroom where she intended to love him again, and again, and again...
"Wuaahhh."
House groaned and stopped.
"I think he's hungry again." Cameron smiled apologetically. Placing one last kiss on his lips, she hurried back to the baby.
"Sure he is." House grumbled and sat down on the bed.

"Well, well, who do we have here?" House asked as he opened the door to Sara, Beth and David. "Came to see me again?" he asked the little girl.
Beth shook her head. "No. We're here to see cousin Noah."
The little girl looked really excited to see the newcomer in the family. After all, she'd never had a cousin before.
"Who's Noah? Here's no one with that name." House feigned ignorance. Beth frowned, putting her hands on her hips and stumping with her left foot.
"Noah is the baby you and aunt Ally have."
"Oh you mean the little one who's always pooping, eating and burping? Yes he lives here. Come in."
Beth giggled and went inside, followed by her parents.
"So where is he?" Sara asked. Suddenly there was a loud crying.
"Just follow the sound." House grumbled and disappeared in the kitchen. Sara frowned and went with David and Beth after the crying sound.
"May we come in?" she asked knocking once on the open nursery door.
"Of course." Cameron smiled. Sara couldn't help but notice how tired her sister looked. She was wearing old clothes covered with stains and had dark circles under her eyes.
"I hope we're not the cause for his crying." David said apologetically, thinking that the doorbell may have woken the baby up.
"No, no. Don't worry. "she reassured her brother-in-law. "He just refuses to go to sleep. I tried everything I could but he just won't sleep."
Sara didn't miss the desperate tone in her sister's voice. It was evident that she was overextended. "Honey, why don't you take Beth into the kitchen. I'm sure he'd like some company."
David nodded, understanding that both sisters needed to be alone now.
"Come on baby."
"But I wanted to see cousin Noah." Beth said disappointed.
"Don't worry." she told her sweetly. "You'll see him some other time."
Once they were out of the room, Sara closed the door.
"Give him to me." she ordered gently.
Cameron sighed and gave her son to her sister. She watched as Sara easily took the baby with a simple movement placing him face down on her left arm, stroking his back. Sara slowly walked around the room, rocking him from side to side. After a moment, the baby was sound asleep on his aunts arms. Cameron was in awe.
"How did you do that?" she asked as Sara placed Noah in his crib.
"Nothing special. I just tried something and it worked." Sara shrugged.
Cameron frowned. "Tell me please." she whispered so the baby wouldn't wake up.
"I used to have the same problem with Beth. I'd tried everything but she just didn't sleep. Those first few months were horrible. I didn't get much sleep or time alone. Then one day, David got fed up and called his mother for help. I felt as if I had failed to be a mom. At that time, I thought that if your kid isn't happy with you, it's your own fault." Cameron listened to her sister, knowing exactly how she must have felt. "David's mother came and stayed for quite sometime. She showed me old fashioned ways to hold babies or how to rock them to sleep. I learned so much from her and I was grateful to have her."
"Just like you, little sister, I'd read lots of books and other stuff about how to treat a baby. But David's mother opened my eyes that sometimes old fashioned is the best way."
Cameron nodded, understanding her sister's point. "I thought I was a bad mother."
"I know." Sara said, placing a kiss on her head. "Come on now, let him sleep. He sounded exhausted. Speaking of sleep, how about you take nap too. Seems like you need it too."
"I can't. I have Greg. He needs something proper to eat. I haven't had much time lately to cook." Cameron started to protest but was silenced by her sister.
"Go take a nap. I'll take care of Greg."
Cameron started crying again and hugged her sister. "Thank you."
"You're welcome sister."

When Sara entered the kitchen she was met with chaos.
"No, the flour goes into the bowl, with the eggs and the sugar." Beth said firmly to House.
"Seems like you two actually got more on yourself than into that so called bowl." David said as he read the recipe again. "And here says we need to separate the yellow thing from the not so yellow thing." David said.
"Yellow thing from the not so yellow thing? Where did you go to school man? They're called egg yolk and egg white. You're so lame." House imitaded a younf girl.
"Whatever." David also imitated a teen girl, pretending to flip his hair back.
Beth giggled, and so did Sara. All three looked at her.
"What are you doing?" she asked between laughs.
"We're making pancakes mommy. We wanted to do something special for aunt Ally." Beth said proudly grinning, her cheeks and hair white from the flour. "Do you want to help mommy?"
"Sure." Sara smiled. As she passed David, she kissed him mouthing a 'thank you', knowing exactly it had been his idea. He winked at her and all of them continued to work on the pancake dough.
