Chapter 2:
When Sonny heard that Chad's first words back in the conscious word was that he needed to see her that strange something fluttered in her stomach again. They were sure he was stabile and no longer a threat himself. He promised to stop cutting himself. The crash had given him the strength to stop. For some reason, Sonny was so nervous that her heart was beating a mile a minute. That's when she stood to go see Chad.
When Chad was unconscious he dreamt of Sonny. The thoughts he had we're expected of him, but he never thought Sonny would be the star of his thoughts. A Hudgens, Gomez, or Tisdale, but not a Munroe! Now that Chad was back he realized what he had to do. Those dreams unlocked everything he had been hiding for 2 years. Since Sonny first visited the set. He had to tell her how he felt. In times like these, he would pull out the razor in his wallet and start cutting. But the stupid doctors took the weapon away. He wouldn't do that. Sonny deserved someone better than a self-loathing cutter. Just then, Sonny's face peeked through the door and everything was alright again. Until he saw how she looked at him. It was like a deer caught in the headlights. "Is she scared of me? Does she know? Maybe I could start by telling her I love her. Damn, I'm scared."
"Hi Chad, you feeling alright? Doctor said you had some cuts" "Yeah but I guess I should tell you something, even though you probably already know 1 part." "What is it?"
"Oh no, please don't let what the nurse said be true!"
