Only In December

I believe other nations would be in disbelief about how Russia at times does enjoy watching heart warming movies, drinking hot chocolate, his hand intertwined with mine as we watch the movie together.

"They look so happy, da. It won't last for the world can be a cold, cruel, harsh, and hurtful."

Russia told me softly, his violet eyes focused on my TV set, and to be honest I was not really paying attention to the movie. This is the fifth heart warming movie and I mentally sighed to myself.

Of course Russia only watches these heart warming movies on the first of December up until the thirty first.

"Yeah. Such a shame. Do you think the man will die?"

I asked calmly and Russia looked at me with wide eyes.

"Serbia, please do not jinx the man."

Russia stated to me, he sighed to himself, and shook his head. I noticed he was back to focusing on the movie and to be honest I'm at times a troublemaker. At least Russia can't bring himself to hurt me like he does with the other Nations.

"Think they will cheat on each other?"

I asked him innocently and Russia ignored me this time. I sulked silently, to be honest I really do not like this type of movie, and I'm just here because of Russia. I enjoy the fact he holds my hand, but sadly his attention is always directed towards the movie.

Personally, I miss October. After all on that month Russia watches the most goriest, horrific, and scarier than hell kind of movies from the first of the month until the end of the month. He giggles throughout those movie, smiling innocently, and wide innocent violet eyes seemingly glowing. He never even has a nightmare and I know that the Balrics always shiver in pure terror during the movies that Russia watches in October.

Then again I have admit during those movies, Russia was the scariest for how he giggled almost non stop during the blood or death scenes or someone being murdered or having their brains eaten, and none of those movies could ever dare compare themselves against Russia.

Before I knew it the movie was over and Russia slipped his hand out of mine.

"It is getting late, da."

He told me calmly and his smile was faint.

"We will sleep together."

I almost gapped at his words, but Russia of course meant only sleeping and it was a bit depressing.

I do love what effect those heart warming movies have on Russia. They tend to make him wish to have someone sleep beside him and I enjoy sleeping on the same bed as Russia. He tends to cling in his sleep, not tightly, but gently and softly. Also in the month of December only him and me watches movies together.

"Of course, Russia. Happy December first to you."

"These movies are nice to watch in the month of December, Serbia."

I nodded in agreement and it is rather special for this only happens in the month of December. Heart warming movies, hot chocolate, hands intertwine, and sleeping in the same bed. I do not like the movies, but I enjoy how they effect Russia and in the end it is worth sitting through the movies.

After all our hands are always intertwined during the movies, his hand is cold at first, but somehow my hand becomes warmer after a moment and his hand also becomes warm too. We walked upstairs, Russia smiled at me, and both of us laid down on the bed side by side.

There was a few inches of space between us, but I know for a fact in the morning Russia will be clinging onto me and that always make me feel happy.
