Chapter 2
Transformation?
"I think she is waking up"
"Yup"
Euphoria opened up her eyes.
"Wait… Why is everything so big, I mean why am I so small, and did you just talk? Ahhhh, I have paws!" Memories of the night before flooded into her. "Oh, yeah…!"
"Jirachi said you would be tired and sleep awhile. It is already morning," said Shayshay.
Euphoria tried getting up and fell. She then tried to get up on all fours. She walked slowly to a nearby pond. She looked at her reflection…
"Cool! I'm a zoroa!"
For the first time in a very long while she felt happy, mirroring her name.
"Let's go pway!" said Eve.
"Yeah, let's play tag!" said Shayshay.
"Ok!" said Euphoria.
They played the rest of the day. When it was night, they lay down looking up at the stars.
"The stars are beautiful…" said Euphoria
"Yes they are…" replied Shayshay.
"I'm twired…" said Eve.
"So am I," replied Euphoria.
Shayshay and Eve lay down beside each other like they always did. Euporia curled up into a little ball between them,
"Good night… and oh yeah, thanks Jirachi…"
"Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!"
"Huh… what's wrong Eve?" asked Euphoria.
"I'm hungwy!"
"Me too. Wait, how are we going to get food? Don't wild pokémon usually eat berries?"
"Yup, but me no wikey that. Me wants pokémon food!"
"Me too. You can go to town and buy some can't you, Euphoria?"
"But, how?"
"Well, you are a zoroa. You can use your ability, illusion, to disguise yourself as a human and buy some."
"Well… ok. But I would need my trainer card."
"Let's focus on illusion first."
"Ummmm… let's see…" Euphoria closed her eyes, and then opened them. "Awwww... It didn't work."
"Try picturing the illusion in your head."
"Yah, you can dwo it!"
Euphoria pictured her human self in her head. She opened her eyes.
"Yeah, you awe amazwing!"
"Yeah, you did it!"
"Yay! I did it! Hey look. My trainer card is in my pocket."
"Now you can get us food!"
"Bwing me oran berry flavored food pwease!"
"Okay. You two stay here. I'll be back."

Ryu: The parts with Eve are especially fun to write. I get to try to put Eve's childish voice into writing.
Eve: Cawling me chilwish is mwean!
