Charlotte's in the kitchen eating a salad , her phone rings. "It's Jen." Charlotte tells Cooper, who's eating a sandwich next to her. "Let me answer it." Cooper takes Charlotte's phone.

"Hello Jen?"

"No, this is Ethan. I need to speak to Charlotte." Cooper responds,"this is Dr. Cooper."

"I want Charlotte." Cooper hands Charlotte the phone. "Ethan wants to talk to you."

"Are you okay, Ethan?" Charlotte asks.

"Can you come get me? My mom is drunk again."

"I'll be there as fast as I can. Just stay in your room until I get there."

"What's wrong?" Cooper asks.

"Jen's drunk again and Ethan's scared. I have to go get him."

"I'll go." Cooper offers.

"Ethan doesn't want you. He wants me."

"Then, we'll both go." Cooper helps seven and a half month Charlotte waddle out of the room.

They knock on the apartment door, after a few minutes Ethan answers. "Where's your mother?" Cooper asks. Ethan points to Jen passed out on the couch.

"Did you pack your backpack to stay with us tonight?" Charlotte asks.

"Yes." Ethan picks up his blue backpack.

"Do you have Reilly this time?" Charlotte asks the little boy about his teddy bear.

"Yes, he's in my back pack."

"Good. Let's go." Charlotte tells him.

"Shouldn't we make sure she's alive?" Cooper looks at Jen on the couch.

"Be my guest." Charlotte holds her hand out for Cooper to make his way to the couch. "She smells like she drank the whole bar." Cooper comments while checking her pulse. "She's alive, just passed out drunk."

"We should leave her a note that we took Ethan home with us." Charlotte suggests.

Cooper writes the note while Charlotte walks Ethan to the car.

"Why are you crying Ethan?" Charlotte asks.

"I wish my mother didn't get drunk. You don't know her. She's a really nice lady and a good mom when she's not drunk."

"She needs to get help to stop drinking." Charlotte tells Ethan.

"But she likes to drink. It makes her feel better."

"She needs help, Ethan. There are doctors and groups for this kind of thing. If your mother wants the help, it's there."

"Can you talk to her, Momma Charlotte? I want my mom to be better."

"I don't think she would listen to me. Your mother doesn't like me very much."

"Maybe she'll listen to Dr. Cooper. She likes him."

"That is true, Ethan. She does like him."

"So, can Dr. Cooper talk to her and tell her to get help? I want her to be nice again."

Charlotte sighs. She hates the idea of Cooper alone with Jen. "I guess he can give it a try."

Cooper gets in the car and they all drive home. Charlotte puts Ethan to bed on the couch since they don't have a guest room. After Ethan is asleep she joins Cooper in bed. "You know Ethan wants you to talk to Jen and try to convince her to get help for her drinking problem."

"Why me?" Cooper asks.

"Jen likes you. She hates me."

"Do you want me to talk to her?"

"I don't, but I'm willing to give it a go for Ethan." Charlotte sighs.

"You really like my kid, don't you?"

Charlotte smiles and kisses Cooper on the lips. She rubs her hand along his chest. "What's this?" He asks her smiling. They haven't had sex in months because of her being large with the twins.

"Well, if you're going to talk to Jen tomorrow, I don't want you going there on a full tank." Charlotte massages between his legs.

"Are you sure?" Cooper smiles. I could always use a magazine and this. He holds up his right hand.

"You may want to after you see me with no clothes on." She laughs. Cooper takes off her shirt and puts his hands on her big seven month pregnant belly. "You're more beautiful than ever," he tells her.

"Stop lying," she tells him.

"I'm not lying." He kisses her swollen breasts. "I like it. You should be pregnant with twins all the time."

"Bite your tongue." She tells him and strokes between his legs. He enters her and rides carefully on top of her until they both come together in pure glee. Soon after they fall asleep exhausted. An hour later Charlotte wakes up. She shakes Cooper in a panic. "Cooper wake up. My water broke."

Cooper stares at her in disbelief for a moment before he runs to get the phone and scrambles for her hospital bag.
