step 1) join the stormcloaks and become an officer,

step 2) act BIMBOTIC AND UNSUSPECTING

step 3) assasinate or jarl ulfric

step 4 ) poison the rest of the commanders

step 5) with the only commander left , I WILL BE THE LEADER
