Like I said, chapter 2 is here already and this one will introduce Big Hero 6 into this story. Hope you will enjoy it!
It's been a regular afternoon in the city of San-Franokyo. The town was usually very busy and full of activity, and this day was no exception. Cars were driving around the streets as well as motor-cycles, bicycles while people on their own pair of feet maneuvered between them, avoiding being hit.
The wheatear was sunny but also a bit breezy, making it the perfect day to just hang out and appreciate the beautiful outdoors. Said wheatear was also a joy to a group of five college students enjoying their lunch break in San-Fransokyo's Institute of Technology.
The oddball of the group was a 14 year old teenager with messy black hair, who wore a red shirt with a robot on it and light brown pants that reached just above his knees. He also had a blue hoody jacket tied around his torso, as wearing it during this sunny day would make him sweat like mad.
The other members of the group were around 20 years old. Two of them were girls while the other two were boys. The girls were consisted of a tall and blonde girl who wore a lot of yellow clothes with huge glasses to boot. The other one was a bit shorter than the others members, her hair was black with violet streaks in it and she wore a white shirt which is covered by a gray jacket.
The other two guys were a tall and scrawny blonde guy who wore a short sleeved red shirt with a picture of a monster on it and short greenish jeans pants. The last member of the group was a burly and dark skinned guy with black hair which was done in dreadlocks. He wore a green shirt with some yellow patterns on it and jeans for pants.
The group was enjoying their lunch as they talked about what they were currently working on, how well they did in the test that they just took and about what they are going to do once the day is done.
As if to answer their question, a few screams were suddenly heard. "Help! A cable car just went loose and is out of control! Somebody help!"
The four older students turned their faces in the direction of their young friend, known as Hiro Hamada. "Big Hero 6, suit up!" He told them before they were off to stop the said cable car.
It may not look like it, but the group of Hiro and his friends; Honey Lemon, Go-Go Tomago, Wasabi No-Ginger and Fred, were actually Super-Heroes protecting the city they lived in from crime and any other danger that threatens it; and it looked like their services were needed yet again at that moment.
Said cable car was going all over the road with no control. Other cable cars and regular cars were almost hit by it as it drove from side to side of the road with every passenger on it screaming in panic.
Just as the public transport was about to hit a group of kids who were crossing the road, something came rushing in, saving the kids at the nick of time. Once safe, the kids looked up to see the figure of Go-Go, dressed in her yellow and black suit which had wheels attached to her feet. "Are you okay, kids?" She asked them in order to make sure they weren't hurt.
"Yay! Big Hero 6!" The kids cheered as Go-Go nodded at them with a smirk before she sped off back into action.
While Go-Go was maneuvering through traffic with her incredible speed, watching out for the out-of-control cable car and saving civilians from being hit by it, the other members of the team were also arriving at the scene.
Wasabi, in his green and blue suit, along with Fred, in his blue monster suit, landed on the downhill road on which the car was driving in. "Couldn't you have landed us somewhere safer, Fred!? Like, ON TOP of the car?" Wasabi asked as he saw the vehicle heading un-controllably towards them.
"We have to save the people!" Fred stated.
"How?" Wasabi asked as they ran forward to meet the incoming transport. "By getting hit by this thing ourselves!?"
"Activate your laser blades and cut the car's balcony!" Fred improvised a plan on the spot.
Wasabi had no idea what Fred was planning, but he went with it as it was his best and only option at the moment. The Super-Hero activated his blue laser blades attached to his hands and cut straight through said balcony. Once he did that, Fred had enough room to go inside the cable car and save the passengers and the driver who were on the transport.
"Super Jump!" Fred shouted as he jumped into the sky and away from the danger zone, holding the passengers and driver as he went higher and higher, and until he made contact with the ground again. Wasabi later met up with him at the same place.
"I have to give you this, Fred. That was pretty smart."
"The cable car is still going!" Some civilian suddenly screamed, causing all the looks to be turned in its direction.
Soon after though, both Hiro, in his blue and black suit, and Honey Lemon, in her pink and red suit, landed on top of the cable car and hung on to it as it continued to speed up through the downward spiral.
"Baymax!" Hiro then screamed, and as he did, a robot in a mostly red armor, with some blue parts in it, landed right in front of the cable car and attempted to stop it by blocking its road using his back and hands. The robot seemed to do a good job in slowing it down, but not actually stopping it.
Hiro and Honey nodded at each other as both started to be able to stand up on top of the cable car for a bit. Just then, Hiro waved his right arm forward, a bunch of tiny black robots flew out of his arm and formed a wall right in the way they were heading towards.
Honey then proceeded to hit a few buttons on her purse and a blue ball came out of it, going straight into her hand. Once ready, she threw the ball right at the wall Hiro created and a pile of soft chemicals showed up on it. Honey threw more balls on the wall in order for the barrier to be as soft as possible.
Combined with Baymax's strength, which slowed the transport down, colliding with the wall of soft chemicals was slow, safe, and harmless. The cable car stopped and it wasn't destroyed.
Baymax let go of the vehicle and Hiro dropped his arm, the tiny bots returning to their place inside of his armor. Both Honey and he sighed in relief as the mission was successful.
Hiro, Honey and Baymax returned to where all the civilians were and they were greeted with a loud applause for their actions with the rest of the group.
"The citizens' neurotransmitter levels are elevating. That indicates that they are happy." Baymax brought up as he scanned the crowed of people watching.
"They sure are happy, Baymax. Thanks to you." Hiro told the robot.
Several people came over to the re-united group in order to be able to take pictures with them, or just thank them for protecting the city. Big Hero 6 have been protecting San-Fransokyo for about a month now, and this entire ritual after the group stopped and saved something was nothing out of the ordinary for them.
One thing was a bit off this time though…
"Hey, guys?" Honey asked her teammates. "Has anybody seen Go-Go?"
When the rest thought about it, none of them has seen her ever since she saved the civilians. Shortly after though, Go-Go re-united with them. "Where have you been?" Hiro asked her.
"I asked someone if he knew where the car started to lose control, and I headed there to see if I can find what caused it to go hi-wire." She explained.
"Did you find something?" Wasabi asked.
Go-Go lifted her hand up for her friends to see what she was holding. It was a glowing light-blue gem. "Anyone know what this is?"
The group examined the gem from all of its sides when Fred came up with his conclusion. "It's a gem!" He declared, causing the rest to look up at him with un-impressed looks.
Hiro then took the gem from Go-Go and held it in front of Baymax's eyes. "Baymax, can you tell what it is?"
"This item holds an incredible amount of power inside of it. However, I have not managed to find out what is its purpose outside of it being a gem with power."
"Well, let's take it to the lab and test it. Maybe then we could tell what it is." Hiro told the others as he climbed unto Baymax's back and they all headed towards Hiro's lab.
Well, if you're going to introduce Super-Heroes to your story, introduce them with an action scene! I had fun coming up with this scene and I hope you had fun reading it!
About the thing with the bots coming out of Hiro's armor; when I thought about this idea, one of the things I wanted to do was to give Hiro a power of his own. I watched some gameplay of him in "Disney Infinity 2.0" and it looked like he was using the Micro-Bots as an attack in that game so I thought "Yeah, this seems right" He created them after all. Also, shamless plug is shamless, my story, "Unexpected Reunion", explains how he got the idea to give himself that ability. Just letting you know.
