It's time for part 2 of the fight and man, I had a blast writing this chapter! See if you can tell what moment is my personal favorite.
Without anymore setbacks, enjoy the chapter!
It has been a regular day at the "Lucky Cat Café", San-Fransokyo's famous coffee house.
The place was somewhat full, containing an honorable amount of customers, sitting at the tables and providing a good income for Cass Hamada, the business runner.
The brunet woman was busy making the orders she has received from her customers, both regular and less frequent, when the front door opened up and caused the bell above it to ring, thus alerting her to turn and face the new costumer at the counter.
Cass was shocked to see a middle-aged man with a really long brown mustache standing in front of her, supposedly wanting to order something from the menu. Something about the way the man looked gave her a wired feeling that he wasn't what she would call a "good guy", but a customer is a customer and she needed to serve him despite his suspicious looks. "Hello! Welcome to "The Lucky Cat Café"!" She greeted him cheerfully, like any other customer who enters with the intention of trying out her cooking and drinks.
"Hello." He answered, looking slightly disgusted by her up-beat introduction. "Do you have Submarine Sandwiches by any chance?"
"Sure!" Cass answered as she pulled the said sandwich from behind the counter and handed it over to him. "Would you like something to drink with it, sir?" She offered.
"I'm good… Thank you." He said while paying the required money and sitting near one of the tables which also had a newspaper laying on it unused. After he took his seat and took a bite of his sandwich, the man used the newspaper as a way of hiding his actions from the rest of the people in the establishment.
"Eggman to Orbot and Cubot; what is your status?" He asked through his wrist communicator.
"We are inside of the garage, sir." Orbot said from inside of Hiro's garage while Cubot was hovering around with one of the Chaos Emeralds in his hands, trying to find the location of the rest. Eggman has assumed that if Big Hero 6 did have the rest of the emeralds in their possession, the place where they will hide them will most likely be the garage where he first met them; so he sent Orbot and Cubot to look for it in there while he will disstract Cass.
"Hey! I think I found them!" The yellow robot called out to his red companion, who made his way towards the supposed location.
The two pulled out a box from underneath several other boxes which were hiding it, and in it were the other five emeralds. "Orbot to Eggman, we found the Chaos Emeralds! All remaining five!" Orbot told his creator.
"Splendid!" Eggman yelled in happiness while rising from his seat, grabbing the shocked looks of the confused Café runner and customers. The doctor silently grabbed his sandwich and walked outside of the café, the gazes still following him as he opened and walked through the door.
Once outside, Eggman hurried over to his Egg-Mobile, picked up Orbot, Cubot and the emeralds, and started heading back to his base on the quarantine island. After taking flight, he also called Yama in order to see how his part of the plan was coming along.
"It goes great. Your hedgehog and his friends are now helping these zeroes fight my robots." Yama filled him in. "They have no idea that their every move is being filmed and scanned into our computers back on the island." He added with an evil smile.
"Great! Meanwhile, I have obtained the remaining Chaos Emeralds and am now on the way back to the base in order to design the chip for the robot." Eggman said before dropping the conversation, leaving Yama to enjoy the fight between the robots and the heroes.
A group of Yama's black robots was surrounding Knuckles, Wasabi and Fred, who all stood with their backs towards each other. "Were you guys ever in this massive of a fight?" Knuckles asked as he was ready to charge ahead.
"Not really. The biggest fight we were ever in was against a guy in a kabuki mask who controlled Hiro's Micro-Bots." Wasabi answered while preparing his laser blades for some massive swinging, also sounding kind of stressed by the situation.
"I don't get what you are so worried about, Wasabi." Fred said while stretching his muscles. "Taking down robots is the next level of Super-Heroes! We are in the big league, man!"
"Well, you guys want a tip from someone who's been through this for a while?" Knuckles asked them, both nodding. "Be fast, be strong and keep attacking." And with these words being spoken, Knuckles charged ahead and punched and kicked the robots that came to attack him, disabling them with every hit landed.
Fred and Wasabi were hypnotized by the echidna's strength before realizing they had their own robots to take down and charged ahead, following in Knuckles's footsteps.
Wasabi waved one of his hands and cut through a line of robots that were in front of him, he then proceeded to slice a robot in half with an uppercut swing, before he swung the blade back down at the robot behind and stabbing another robot, which came from behind, with his other blade. Shortly after, Wasabi impaled three robots at once on his laser blade and threw them at some of the other robots, causing them all to blow up.
Fred ran forward and when he got close enough, he let out a large breath of fire at the robots, causing them to burn down and di-function. Tails quickly flew above the flame and threw one of his bombs into it, increasing the amount of destroyed robots.
"Thanks!" Fred called for him before jumping into the sky in order to high-five the fox.
Tails continued to fly around to find Honey trying her best to send as much exploding chemical balls at the robots coming for her, but barely keeping up. The fox quickly joined in and stood beside her. "You aim at the ones from the left; leave the ones on the right to me." He told her and the blonde girl nodded at him in understanding.
Both threw their bombs at the robots as quickly as they could until Honey thought of an idea. She quickly made a few frozen chemicals balls and threw them in the direction of some robots, causing them to be caught up in the chemicals. "Hey, Tails. Think you can handle these guys?" She asked. The young fox nodded as he ran towards the frozen robots and sliced through them with his tails.
What Tails didn't know was that another robot, one that wasn't caught in Honey's chemicals, was aiming its gun right at him. "Watch out!" The fox heard a voice call to him and as he turned to see the robot about to attack him, Go-Go's disc went right through it.
"Thanks!" Tails told her and she nodded with a confident smile as the disc went back to her.
Just then, Sonic arrived near her. "Have you got the chance to try reaching my speed?" He asked her.
"Not yet…" She answered.
"Well, you have your chance now." He told here while pointing to two long lines of robots charging right at them.
Go-Go took the gum she was chewing out of her mouth and glued it to the top of her helmet. "I'm listening; what do I need to do?"
"Run forward, keep focused, and once you fell you are at your peek try and curl up as much as you can. Think you can do this?" Sonic asked her, happy to see her nod at the question. "So let's do this."
Both took off in the direction of the robots and when Go-Go felt she reached her maximum speed, she felt ready to pull off this new move Hiro and Tails implemented into her suit. "Woman UP!" She called before both Sonic and her curled up into ball forms, surrounded by blue auras, lunching forward at an incredible speed and went right through all the robots in a millisecond. Sonic was able to cut through the robots thanks to his quills and Go-Go had her discs, attached to both her hands and feet, to thank in helping her cutting through the metallic creations.
Once both uncurled, Go-Go felt herself about to fall down from this new experience before Sonic caught her and helped her stand up. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah…" She said before pushing him away from helping her. "Just… not used to going that fast."
"You did great, and you will get used to it in time" He complemented her for the impressive first use of the Spin-Dash, and she gave him a confident smile and a nod at the tip.
While that was going around on the ground, Hiro and Baymax were busy chasing Yama's Egg-Mobile in the air. Catching the large man seemed like an easy task in Hiro's mind, thinking the Micro-Bots or Baymax's rocket fist will be enough in stopping the Egg-Mobile, but he just kept avoiding both the bots and Baymax's rocket fists.
Sonic caught the sight in his eyes when a plan formed in his mind. "Honey, can you give me something to jump on so that I could reach Baymax?"
Honey didn't dedicate much thought to Sonic's question, believing the hedgehog knew what he was doing. She pressed a few buttons on her purse and another ball was ejected from it. Honey threw the ball at a clear space in front of Sonic. He ran towards the bouncy chemicals with all the momentum and speed he could achieve, and bounced up into the sky upon contact with it, landing on Baymax's back.
"Sonic!?" Hiro asked as the hedgehog tried to balance himself on the robot's back. "What are you doing?"
"Helping you catch this guy." Sonic answered the question before positioning himself near Baymax's head. "Get a clear shot and shoot your rocket fist at him." Sonic told the robot.
"That strategy has failed several times before." Baymax told him.
"Just listen to me, I have a plan." The hedgehog reassured.
Once a chance to fire was obtained, Baymax lifted his hand in order to fire his fist at the flying vehicle. A second before the hand was fired; Sonic jumped onto it and rode it all the way towards Yama.
When the evil man avoided the fist again, Sonic jumped from the hand and homed-in on the Egg-Mobile, spinning right into it and causing Yama to lose control for a second. "Now, Hiro!" Sonic yelled while grabbing the hand which was returning to Baymax.
Hiro didn't hesitate as he formed a large hand with his Micro-Bots in order to grab the Egg-Mobile with his enemy inside of it, and slamming it to the ground once he caught it.
With the robots defeated and his ride crashed, Yama recovered from the fall only to see Hiro still holding him captive with his Micro-Bots, behind him standing the rest of Big Hero 6 along with Sonic and his friends.
"I think the jail is one prisoner short." Hiro told his friends, who nodded in agreement, while Yama was shaming in defeat yet again.
Looks like one of the villians is down, but as you can probably tell from the beginning, some bigger plans are forming behind it all.
So, yeah. Go-Go used the Spin-Dash. I want to clearfy this, she has an attack very simillar to the Spin-Dash in the original "Big Hero 6" comics. She curls up into somewhat of a ball form, she moves at an incredible speed and she even has a blue aura surrounding her while she does it(Though, that last part is from later issues and not the first few). The one difference is that in the comics, Go-Go's shouting her name while using the attack. The movie Go-Go has her own catch phrase which I think I used a lot later than I could and should have. At least it's here though, never fear Go-Go fans!
Hope you enjoyed! Leave a review if you got something to say and catch ya later!
