AN: Welcome to another chapter of "Sight Beyond Sight" but first let me apologize for the very very very late update. Just been really busy and never had a chance to actually work on the story. Well now I'm back in business so let's get back into the story. Last time we left off Shintaro and the rest of the Mekakushi Dan were heading to the Amusement park with the plans of celebrating and welcoming their new member. But unknown to them someone else has a plan to have fun and the Mekakushi Dan might just be walking into a trap. Ah by the way this is a different timeline. I was suppose to tell you all this a while back, but simply forgot. In this timeline tragedy does repeat but the difference is that this world is not like the bad ending where trajedy will forever repeat. In this world they have a bit of hope and this is why Kuroha and Konoha are different entities. Oh and Kuroha might be a bit OCC, simply just decided to give him a rumorous side...but it's still Kuroha so it won't be good humor. Well without further ado let's begin.

Chapter 3: Fictional World Part 1
A group of ten people slowly strolled under the summer heat with the destination of reaching the bus station. They had argued quite a bit of whether they should walk there on foot or take the bus but considering the blazing summer heat walking was out of option. Just walking from the secret hideout to the station itself was so much strain they were all sweating. It had been silence for a while but finally Momo spoke up breaking the silence which haunted the air.
"So Azami" Momo said catching the attention of Azami who walked beside her. Not surprisingly to Azami's right was Shintaro who seemed to be on the lookout for any slip up Azami might make that would reveal the chain of lies they had told the others. "You don't seem to be from around here, so how do you like the city?" Momo asked with her usual cheerful smile on her face.
"Well it's a bit more different than where I come from and incredibly lounder. But besides that I think it's fairly interesting", to Azami humans were boring so she couldn't say that the city was really as interesting as others might think.
"I see, you seem more like the quiet country type" said Momo with a smile. The others who were listening to the conversation also became drawn in by it. It was as if Azami attracted all of them. Well besides Shintaro who looked bored and wanted nothing more than to die. "Well there are plenty of things to do in the city so I'm sure soon enough you will begin to like it"
"I see. I suppose what you say does indeed make sense and I'm also interested in the place you call an amusement park" Azami said as a smile formed on her face. This seemed to bring a slight smile to Shintaro's face also because Azami did indeed seem to be having fun although they weren't even at the bus stop.
"There it is" said Kano with his mischievous smile on his face as always. "Well ladies and gentleman" Kano said as he turned back to face the others who were behind him. "The last one to the bus stop must kiss Shintaro on the lips", the faces of the girls turned slightly red and Shintaro's face was filled with confusion and horror. "On your marks get set go!" as soon as he spoke those words the others raced with the idea of not being the last one. Shintaro's eyebrow twitched in frustration and since he wasn't paying attention he didn't notice that the girl with the black hair and the red ribbon still stood next to him. Kano then waves to them signaling them to catch up to them. The two walk side by side until they finally meet up with the others.
"Wells seems Azami won the grand prize" said Hibiya while panting. He had ran as if his life depended on it, well it literally did because he didn't want to lose his first kiss and no way in hell was he willing to lose it to Shintaro.
"Now you two have to kiss" Kano said with his cat like smile and Shintaro was literally about to murder him when suddenly he feels someone thug on his shirt. When he turns he sees Azami telling him to bend down. He did as he was instructed only to feel her plant a kiss on his lips and then pull away and sigh. The others gasped while Kano seemed to be having a blast. Ene's anger had reached it's peak and sooner or later she was about to blow.
"That should suffice, should it not?" Azami asked while looking at Kano. Shintaro stood dazed not knowing what to do but he shook it off after a few seconds.
"Well that did more than just 'suffice'" Kano said with a grin. "That proved that you must have some feelings for Shintaro", at these words Azami's face turned red. She had just met Shintaro so it was impossible for her to be in love with him. Although on the other hand he reminded her a lot of Tsukihiko.
"Indeed I do" said Azami with a smile and Shintaro's mouth dropped open. "Like I said before I'm his girlfriend" she then snuggled against Shintaro's arm and a dark aura began to form around Ene.
"Eh? Girlfriend?" Ene asked full of killing intent. Shintaro couldn't do anything more than shake in fear. Suddenly at blinding speed Shintaro receives a blow to his face and falls over. "Hmph, die you freaking perv!" Ene then turns around and marches off towards a seat in the bus station. Shintaro then slowly gets up and rubs his face.
"Imma be killed before the end of the day. I knew she was going to be the end of me" Shintaro thought as he looked at Azami who just smiled back at him. This gave him a feeling that she knew exactly what he was thinking right this moment. Suddenly a bus arrives and they begin to walk towards the bus.
"Since Kido can't enter the bus I guess we will see you two at the amusement park" stated Seto
"It must suck that you have to walk Kido" stated Momo in sympathy.
"No worries. My ability does hinder me in situations such as this but it's not so bad".
"Well catch you two there then" with that Shintaro and the others entered the bus leaving Kido and Kano standing next to each other. After a few seconds the bus started to leave, leaving the two to look at the retreating figure of the vehicle.
"Well then shall we walk?" Kano asked as he bowed before Kido who sighed in defeat.
"Yes we shall" Kido stated with a small smile. A sly smirk then formed on Kano's lips and Kido knew what that meant and with a blush she yelled at him. "N-no! Just because they're are currently gone doesn't mean we can mess around!"
"Ah that's too bad to then" stated Kano in defeat as he started to walk. Soon Kido started following behind him and caught up to him. "Hey..." called out Kano. "Why not just tell them? I mean they should be suspicious by now". Kido sighed since she knew he was right it was a secret yet it wasn't a secret.
"I don't know, maybe I'm just afraid about how they might react to it" she then felt Kano's hand intertwined with hers and they kept walking. As to what secret these two were keeping, that was a story for a different time.
"Can't wait for the amusement park!" yelled Ene in excitement. Apparently just the name Amusement Park seemed to brighten her day. But who could blame her? She never had a chance to go to one so this is probably one of the happiest day in her life. Shintaro sat near a window and Azami sat next to him. Apparently nothing he did seemed to shake her off of him.
"Well guys I'm going to sleep" said Shintaro as he leans his head against the window. "Wake me up when we get there" he said only to hear sighs of disappointment.
"You really are the laziest and most wimpiest brother anyone could ever have" Momo said in a voice which seemed to be filled with disappointment. "This is why you're never going to find a bride."
"That's fine with me" said Shintaro as he yawned. But before he could close his eyes Azami grabbed his hand. "What's wrong Azami?" Shintaro asked while looking at her eyes which showed concern
"Remember your new ability, even if it seems like a dream it might be a vision of the future so pay attention to it", by the way she was holding his hand Shintaro could clearly see that she wasn't going to let go so he let out a sigh. But the interaction between the two of them just made someone else much angrier.
"Don't worry I will pay attention so don't worry about it" Shintaro said as he slowly closed his eyes. But as his eyes closed a red glow could be seen coming from them. Shintaro was going to experience something which he couldn't define using logic.
"Tch they're late" said an impatient Kuroha as sat a top of a tree branch He had been waiting for a few minutes and he was beginning to get restless. They were waiting in a forest near the amusement park and they had not been there for a while, but to Kuroha it seemed like ages.
"You know it's still too early for them to be here" said Kenjirou as he yawned. His 'new power' did take a strain on him but now he was just simply bored. Kenjirou then cursed under his breath. Leave an excited Kuroha to ruin your plans for the day, but when he holds enough power to grant your wish you can't deny anything he wants. Kenjirou then shifted his gaze to the white haired girl who stood quietly on the branch next to Kuroha's. So far she hadn't said a word and seemed to be caught in her own little world as she watched a butterfly pass by. "For someone who is the opposite of Medusa she sure doesn't seem as dangerous as you think". The girls gaze then shifted from the butterfly and in a monotone voice spoke.
"They're here" she said as her gaze shifted to the ground below, far off near the gate of the amusement park. Yes they were indeed near the amusement park but they were more in the forest than anywhere else. When the other two looked as well they saw Kano and Kido walking side by side.
"Well then..." Kuroha's bored look was now replaced by a grin. "Concealment and Deceit nice pairing if I do say so myself" Kuroha's gaze kept following the two who had no idea what awaited them. "I bet someone somewhere probably writes stories about these two living together as husband and wife".
"Using the multiverse theory now?" asked Kenjirou as he sighed and Kuroha simply shrugged. "Well we might as well take these two out since they are better than taking down a whole group". Kenjirou was about to jump down when Kuroha signaled him not to.
"Not yet, we still have to wait for the others after all I want oujo-sama to watch as I drag her descendant into despair". A wicked smile was plastered over Kuroha's face and it sent chills down Kenjirou's spine. This man or this thing was twisted, so twisted that one could only wonder what goes on in his head. Kenjirou was suddenly snapped out of his thoughts when he heard Kuroha speak again. "I also want them to enjoy their last day on earth, after all..." his looks then intensified and killing intent could be felt making Kenjirou give him a nervous glance. "This will be the last time, for they get will dragged into my world...the world which defies science and logic"
"The Outer Science" spoke Azumi. "The world where death and despair are eternal. indeed for one such as you master...it would be the ultimate meal".
"I see you understand what I mean" Kuroha stated flashing her an honest smile. The act in itself almost made Kenjirou want to hurl. Kuroha? Honest? Oh please it was better to believe that God***** was real than that Kuroha would ever be honest or good for that matter. "Now let's await for the others, it won't be as fun to kill them separately".
"Did I ever tell you how sick you were?" Kenjirou asked as he sighed. He might as well state this now then later when he was in a bad mood.
"I will take that as a compliment" stated Kuroha with a sneer. "So feel anything different about their abilities?" Kuroha's gaze once again was on the white haired girl who shook her head in denial.
"They have the same abilities you stated before, it doesn't seem as if the other 'me' has done anything to them".
"Aww quite disappointing" stated Kuroha. "Was looking forward to a battle like those in boys manga".
"What are you? Six?"
"A millennium old actually but who cares?"
"I do! Doesn't that sound like crucial information?!" yelled Kenjirou in an anime like style.
"You never asked" Kuroha stated simply as he sighed.
"Shouldn't have to!"
"Fine, fine I should've told you". Azumi simply stood there watching the two argue back and forth. Although she was just 'born', she had done a lot and learned many things in this single day. But although with all this knowledge she couldn't understand her master, but the biggest mystery to her was humans. Their feelings, their emotions, their strange...actions?
"Master..." she called out. "Is that what they call 'kissing'?"
"Huh?" Kenjirou and Kuroha said in unison. They both saw the girl looking towards the gate of the amusement park where 'deceit' and 'concealment' kissing.
"And we have liftoff" stated Kuroha as he watched the scene in amusement.
"You're a bastard"
"You're a retard"
"Well then you're an asshole!" yelled Kenjirou.
"And you're the guy I'm about to kill!" Kuroha pulled out a gun and shot at Kenjirou but the bullets simply...vanished. Anyone who was around the area would probably think it was fireworks and Kenjirou was grateful for that. There were not need to get the cops involved in something they couldn't handle.
"..." Azumi was starting to compare these two to kids. With a sigh Kenjirou turned his gaze back to those two. He still remembered how close they were when they were little so to him it didn't come too much as a surprise that this might someday happen.
"I guess those 'people' might have just gotten their wish granted" stated Kenjirou with a sigh.
"Do you think blackmail can bring despair?"
"Go kill yourself"
"I will make sure to keep that in mind". Their argument was finally brought to an end when they heard a vehicle pull up. When they looked it was a bus and they saw the other two immediately break apart and run towards the vehicle. When the door opened they came out, first 'theft, second 'captivation', third 'opening', fourth 'awakening', fifth 'focus', sixth 'the queen of despair', seventh 'XX', and last 'Medusa'. 'Deceit' and 'concealment' met up with them and with that they had the whole group. Azumi's gaze immediately shifted to the boy in red. He was different...very different. Her attention then was drawn to her counterpart who looked at the boy in what seemed to be adoration. Her attention was then snapped back when her master spoke.
"Now then. Shall we get preparations started?"
"Let's do this" Kenjirou stated in a serious voice. He then fixed the black jacket he had on. It was time and he was going to do this, for his wife and for his daughter.
"Yes master" and with that the three figures vanished leaving the place where they once stood alone. Their presence went unnoticed besides to Azami who immediately shifted their to the location they once stood.
"Azami is something wrong?" asked Shintaro as he looked to where the girl's gaze was fixated.
"No everything is fine". That should be nothing. 'IT' wouldn't make sense. How can you feel yourself in a different location from where you stood? She shook the thought off and returned her attention to the rest of the group.
"AH! THE PARK!" yelled Ene in happiness. It was bigger seeing it in person than when she saw it from the screen of Shintaro's phone. It was also filled with life as you could hear screaming, laughter and see children and people walking around. "It's better outside the phone then when inside".
"You two...your faces are red. Are you ok" asked Konoha.
"Are you sure that is how we really look right now?" Kano asked with his usual smirk. But really his face was actually flushed, it wasn't an illusion he was creating. It was a close call. they were so caught up in their little world that the two hadn't even realized the bus was about to arrive. If anything they were almost caught.
"B-but still..." started Kido trying to avoid the subject. "I can't believe we arrived before all of you".
"Two words...Traffic Jam" stated Momo recalled the horrible traffic they faced on their way here. But hey not fans along the way so there was no problem whatsoever. So as long as she managed to avoid the fans in the amusement park it was smooth sailing ahead.
"But we made it here so c'mon let's all go enjoy ourselves" said Shintaro with a smile. Azami then took this chance to take hold of Shintaro's arm again. Wonder how Shintaro managed to get her off earlier? Well it was a long battle which consisted of him making her laugh which was nearly impossible...except for the fact that she is ticklish. Yeah she was tickling and Shintaro was trying to keep that In mind for later. Shintaro then felt the killer intent from earlier and he froze. When he looked behind him Ene was surrounded in a blue aura. This might be a pun or copyright but Shintaro didn't care at the moment. He was expecting her to go S***** Sa******.
"L-let's go inside" Ene said trying to calm herself. The others nodded stiffly realizing her anger. Shintaro let out a sigh of relief. Before he entered the Amusement Park he made a goal for himself: He was going to get Azami off of him and ask Ene something he's been meaning to ask for a while. If he didn't complete this goal two things would happen. One Ene would kill him...two all hell would break loose but unknown to him, hell was still going to break loose and it was worse than anything he had in mind. Once Inside they all decided to make their teams. Shintaro drew the short end of the stick. He got Ene on his team...which was good...but Azami was also in his group which meant bloodshed sooner or later. Konoha was with Hibiya and Momo while Mary and Seto were together in a group. Kido and Kano were going together as well
"We will meet you all here so be back here by..." but before Kido even got to finish her sentence the others had vanished faster than the speed of sound. "8pm..." Kido let out a sigh and she felt a hand of comfort on her shoulder.
"They are just excited I'm sure they will meet us up here later" Kido nodded and Kano's words and the two also went their own way.
"Let's go on this ride" yelled Ene in excitement. But while Ene and Azami looked excited at the ride, Shintaro stared at it in horror. It was a rollercoaster and it was very big and very high. Shintaro red the name of the ride which was "Mount Everest Adventure" and one thought went through his mind at that was "And now i'm dead".
"Uhm...Ene...can we go on a different ride...this seems..." Shintaro paused and looked at the ride once more to find the words to describe it. "A bit high..." he settled for the simplistic description.
"Hoh? How about you tell Azami to hold your hand" she stated, her voice filled with poison. It kind of made Shintaro flinch back and he couldn't understand why. That was why he wanted to talk to her later.
"Alright then" with those words Azami swooped in and began dragging Shintaro to the ride. Ene's facial expression went from angry to what looked like a sad one. She clenched her hand which was over her heart. It had been a long time since they had met but he still couldn't take a hint. It was almost as if he was oblivious to her feelings or simply chose to ignore it. She shook her confusing feelings off and followed behind the two. Maybe enjoying a nice day would make her forget it all. Once they arrived at the line, Shintaro wanted to run away. The line was small, really small. This was probably because of how late they arrived.
"Alright next group" called out the park worker who managed the rollercoaster. With a sigh Shintaro started moving along the line. To his surprise, when he got into the ride Azami wasn't the one sitting next to him. Ene was and although she didn't seem too happy she still had a smile on her face. Shintaro couldn't help himself smile too and so did Azami who was sitting behind him.
"What are you looking at?" Ene asked as she pouted without noticing.
"Nothing" Shintaro stated with a smile adorning his face. This made Ene blush and turn away, and at their reactions Azami couldn't help but smile. Don't get her wrong. Azami knew what she was doing and she was willingly causing the girl known as Ene jealousy fits. He wanted to push her to confessing her feelings, for with a fate like theirs sometimes any bit of happiness is worth it. This thought however made Azami's thoughts shift to Kuroha. Today was the day he would kill them but so far there was no sign of him and Azami couldn't feel him anywhere close to where they were. This left her with a worried conscious but she decided to push the thought aside. The ride began to ascend slowly and she was snapped from her thoughts when she heard Shintaro and Ene talking.
"I hate this..."
"I know you do but man up" Ene said with a pout which then changed into a smile. Although she said these words she really didn't mean it. She liked him the way he was, that what made him Shintaro, her master. "Well seems were at the peak" Ene said in a sing-a-song voice.
"I hate my LIFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" and with that the ride descended in it's loops and many arcs. Azami was finding it to be most exciting and fun while Shintaro...well to all who heard his screams could probably guess how much he was NOT enjoying it. When the ride came to a halt a please Azami walked out, followed by a happy Ene who was followed by a very sick looking Shintaro. "Imma hurl" Shintaro stated as he fell to his knees.
"May we do that again?" Azami asked.
"Yes!/No!" you could probably guess who said what.
"So what do you want to do next?" Ene asked as she looked at Azami. Although she was mad at her a few hours ago and about ten minutes ago, Ene was starting to realize Azami wasn't so bad. I mean she had been thinking about it for a while, but the only reason she could do this was because of her. Yeah she knew that although Azami wasn't claiming anything, she was probably the one who did this to her. But this then brought up the question. How the heck did she pull this off? Who exactly was Azami? Why was she to hell bent on getting close to Shintaro? These questions just brought up more questions than answers leaving her more confused than before. She decided to drop the thought and focus on having fun. After all, Amusement parks were meant for enjoyment and not thinking.
"We I'm fine with anything except killer rides" He took one last glance at the ride he just excited and he felt a chill down his spine.
"Alright then...fine..." Ene scanned the area for a different ride to go in. Her attention then shifted to the Haunted house and a wicked thought went through her mind. "If he can't handle scary rides I do wonder how he fares against a scary attraction." "How about the haunted house?" Shintaro's gaze immediately shifted to the said attraction. He let a sigh of relief escape him because it was a haunted house but it was a haunted house lazer tag game. How did he know? He simply read the sign above the game. Yeah it wasn't rocket science.
"Alright then I'm in"
"I will join as well"
"Alright then! Let's go!" Ene started dragging Shintaro along and Azami followed closely behind. While walking Azami thought he saw a short white haired girl followed by two man walking inside of the same attraction they were slowly approaching. The figures she saw disappeared inside and Azami simply ignored the thought. When they arrived at the game a young lady who oversaw the game welcome them.
"Welcome to Ghost and Ghoul wars!" the girl said while flashing them a smile. "How many of you will be playing?"
"All of us" stated Ene.
"Alright then, wait here a second!" the girl disappeared inside only to return with some gears in hand. "Here put these on!" She gave them the helmet and vest with had a wire attached to it. The wired seemed to be connected to the laser gun. They each put the gear on easily, except for Azami who needed a little bit of help and with that they were all set. The girl then began to explain the goal of the game. "The game is simple! All you have to do is shoot all monsters which will randomly pop up throughout the whole area. Whoever has the most points wins a prize! The other contestants are inside! You better hurry before it begins!"
"Let's go then" said Ene as she got deadly serious.
"I forgot...that you take these type of games deadly serious..." stated Shintaro as he sweatdropped. With one last sigh Shintaro and Azami followed Ene who raced inside at the speed of light. When inside the game officially began and one minute into the game they managed to get separated from Ene.
"Ah dammit Ene!" stated Shintaro as he sighed. "Well at least you're...here?" and two minutes later...Shintaro lost Azami. "At least she got separated from me a minute later than Ene" Shintaro thought. But while he spaced out he forgot to look where he was going. He felt himself collide with something or someone and his ability immediately took effect, making him grab whatever it was before it fell. When he looked to see what he had grabbed, he was surprised to find out it was a white haired Azami. Wait...that didn't seem right. Shintaro immediately backed up and looked at the girl once more. "Azami?" The girl innocently tilted her head at him.
"My name is not Azami, it's Azumi" she stated in a monotone voice.
"Wait Azumi? The hell is happening here?!" Shintaro was freaking out, more so than usual. Who was this girl? Was she Azami's twin? Shintaro was then snapped out of his thoughts went the girl slowly began to approach him. He slowly backed up until he backed himself into a wall. "Shit!". He was waiting to be turned into a snake or something, but instead he got a kiss? The girl had kissed him and Shintaro's mind was slowly overheating. After a couple of minutes they broke apart and Shintaro stared at her in both shock and bewilderment.
"So that is a kiss" the girl stated as she put a finger on her lips. "It was a bit different from what I had in mind".
"Did you just use me to test what a kiss felt like?" Shintaro felt a bit offended.
"No not really. I simply been meaning to do that since I first saw you".
"Since she saw him?" Shintaro was confused now. He knew Azami was probably teasing but this girl she was different. Yeah she looked like Azami, well besides the white hair and white clothes, and also the blue eyes but that was besides the point. "Who are you?" Shintaro couldn't help himself but ask.
"As stated before my name is Azumi" the girl then began to turn away and then she started walking away. Before Shintaro could even ask her where she was going. She turned around and looked at him. "Are you coming?" she then proceeded to do the head tilt again which Shintaro, although would never admit it, was starting to find cute. Shintaro silently followed behind her, not questioning where he was being lead.
"My this is quite the trouble I've gotten myself into" Kuroha stated as smirked at the petite black haired girl who stood in front of her. "Seems I've been found out".
"Kuroha...so you were here afterall" stated Azami as she glared at the snake.
"Of course, a hunter can never be too far from it's prey. That is the first rule of hunting".
"So that feeling from earlier was you?"
"Well not really" Kuroha's smirk simply widened. "You have to wait until mealtime to find out. Oh and speaking of which you wouldn't happen to see a short white haired girl pass by?"
"White haired girl? What do you speak of?"
"I see...well see you later then" with a wave of his hand Kuroha began to walk away and Azami gave chase. Realizing this Kuroha began running and their little game of cat and mouse began. Oh and Kuroha was going to make sure to enjoy this until it was mealtime and boy was he looking for it this time.
"Ah man...seems I got too into this" stated Ene who finally realized that she was separated from the others. She looked around her surroundings and then at the points displayed on the weapon. "Seems I have a lot of points but it's not as much fun when you're alone...I wonder if master is going to be ok". She then stopped talking to herself when she smelled smoke and started coughing. She then realized at the corner of the room she was in there was a man smoking. "Hey no smoking in here!" she yelled catching the man's attention.
"Huh?" the man asked as he slowly turned around. When he fully turned Ene stared at him in shock and he looked at her the same way. His cigarette fell from his mouth to the floor and an awkward silence ensued. After what seems like ages the man spoke up. "Yo...Takane-san"
"Sensei..." Ene was shaking. How long had it been since she saw this man? How long had it been since he had done this to her? How long has it been since he had killed her? Ene didn't care to think about it. Anger was starting to boil inside her and she was a breath away from killing this man.
Kenjirou simply looked at the girl and mentally kicked himself about fifty times. He didn't expect this to happen, damn Kuroha for dragging him into this stupid game. He looked at the girl and felt his heart clench. When Kuroha was inside him, he was almost a separate personality to him and he totally had zero to no control over him when nighttime came. He really did find the highschool girl as someone enjoyable to be around but Kuroha stated that she was important for said plan, which failed leading to another repetition, so he had no choice but to listen to Kuroha at that time. Didn't mean that he didn't start to regret it when Kuroha excited his body. With a sigh he spoke once again. "I'm not going to apologize for what I did, but seems you found yourself another body again".
"What do you mean?"
"Well this is not the only world you found your body again. Of course in that world your feelings would never be recognized since...well...'she' came back". Ene stood there as he tried to process what the man was saying. "'Another world'? 'she'? What are you talking about?"
"Ah so you never realized it? The nostalgia, the deja vu, and the jumbled feelings". Kenjirou was a bastard and he knew this, but he at least felt like he owned her a clue and it seemed to have worked. Ene knew exactly what he was talking about. Many times while others felt nothing, she did. The feeling like she had been sent via email many times over and her feelings for Shintaro which seemed to grow as if they knew each other for longer than they thought they did. "Well I'm guessing you're not here to talk" the man spoke breaking her from her train of thought.
Ene then gave him a sly smirk making the man sweat drop. "Well I actually came here to play, but I didn't expect to meet you here" her look than changed to a serious one. "But why...why did you do this to me?"
"It was all for my wish"
"so you're willing to throw people's lives aside simply for a wish?! If so that's sick!" Ene stated with a disgusted look. Kenjirou on the other hand simply sighed. He expected this to be the way she would act, but hey it was worth a try. But he then was stunned, her features calmed down and she flashed him a smile. "Even so you did all this for a selfish reason...something good did come from it. If it wasn't for this...I could never be with Shintaro and I would never have fallen for him. I would also never be able to meet the others or would I had been able to Join the Mekakushi Dan. So I forgive you to some degree". Ene then began to glare at the man again. "I don't know what you're doing here...but if you were to hurt Shintaro or the other, I will NOT and NEVER will forgive you" Ene said in such emphasis making the man flinch. With than the girl stormed off leaving the man standing alone.
"Sorry Takane-san...that is something which I cannot avoid doing". With that the man began to walk his own way totally forgetting about the game. He knew he was being selfish, he knew he was being wrong. But he couldn't back out now. All was for them and all was to see them. Those sacrificed didn't matter. This was his decision and there was nothing that would change his mind.
Shintaro followed closely behind Azami's counterpart or Azumi as she liked being called. She had been walking in silence and had not said a word. Shintaro had been following her for some time now. Felt like hours, but he didn't dare pull out his phone to check.
"You will die" came the first words, which only managed to confuse Shintaro. Noticing that the teen understood nothing she was talking About Azumi simply sighed. They both then came to a halt and when Shintaro stopped to see, they were at the pier. He had no idea when they left the amusement park. The girl then turned to face Shintaro. "You will die here today like you have always done for many decades".
"Die? If that is a joke it's not very funny" Shintaro stated and although a while back he really didn't care about whether he lived or died, but now it was different.
"You live in an endless repetition" the girls voice still remained monotone. "Time and time again you will be drowned in despair and suffer, and such is your fate as stated by my master".
"Fate? Despair? What are you going on about?"
"Ahhh" came a voice from the side and Shintaro's gaze immediately shifted there. When he looked he saw a dark haired Konoha or at least that was who he thought he saw. "Now, now, Azumi. It isn't very nice to talk to your meal".
"I apologize master"
"Azami?" asked Shintaro who finally saw the girl who stood behind Kuroha.
"Kuroha...what is the meaning of this!?"
"Oh my, she saw it" a grin slowly formed on Kuroha's face. "Welcome Oujou-sama...to the true Outer Science!" slowly the sky began to turn red as if it was blood itself. The view of the place turned into a ruined landscape, Shintaro looked around in horror as his surroundings changed from the peaceful once to this nightmarish one. "This is Azumi, your counterpart which you created to escape your boredom!"
"Kuroha what have you done?!"
"I've simply put the gears in motion, but if anyone is to blame for this it's you". Kuroha began to laugh nightmarish laugh. Whatever hope Azami saw in her intervening was slowly being crushed and now the gears were in motion, and she was to blame. The Kagerou was forever going to change and there was no going back and there was no hope, but here is a question? Is this reality? A Fiction? Or is this a dream?
A/N: Well there goes that chapter. It might be a bit confusing and I won't explain why until the next chapter.
