So this story has reached 20 followers and I am head over heels that you al are able to put up with the idiotic banter and erratic upload schedule and you all know how to make me a useless writer feel good about this story. I'm rambling so stay put because I have an announcement at the end of the story and now let's shoot for 30 followers.

Chapter 7: Age 5

"Saaaaannnnggieee~" Amethyst sung as she began to scour the house looking for her older brother. "Where are you~? If yo don't come out I'll destroy your books?" She continued her search, she jumped behind the couch trying to find her brother.

"You wouldn't dare..." Came a muffled reply, Sanguine forgot hoe good his sister's hearing was, and jumped from his hiding spot and ran. Amethyst humped on his back tackling him, as he began to squirm trying to get out of her tight grip she just laughed. "What do you want Amiee because this is getting ridiculous?" Sanguine said stopping his futile efforts at escaping.

"Let me braid your hair," Amethyst began sparking Sanguine's attempts at escaping again. "No! I refuse to let you braid my hair again. It took me a full day to take the braid out." Sanguine managed to get out and ran to the door.

"Sangie, if you don't do it willingly I'll get Mama and Mommy to help me." Amethyst said with a cold calculated gaze. "How would you even be able to convince them to help you?" Sanguine said edging ever further away from the purple haired Faunus.

Her reply came in the most elegant form as she welled up her eyes and began to let tears fall. To throw off the appearance that her eyes grew ten fold added to her already lethal puppy dog eyes. "Pweasse Mommy, Sangie won't let me braid his hair." She quickly recomposed herself and sighed. "That is what I learned recently. Bigger eyes means it is easier to make their willpower crumble." Amethyst said with a big smirk.

"I don't think you would do that, so I'm calling you out." Sanguine said, "Okay I'll get them then, don't go too far otherwise you won't be able to see how funny you are trying to struggle." Amethyst said skipping off up towards her parents' room. Sanguine ran and stated to find a way out, after around ten minutes of finding failed escape routes a bunch of rose petals began to fall behind Sanguine.

"Hey Sweetie, I hope you know we are going to braid your hair... even Princess has decided to join in. If you come willingly we wont tie you to a chair." Ruby said with a big smile on her face as Weiss and Amethyst came down the stairs. Sanguine stared at Amethyst and said, "Have I called you evil yet? Because now I think that is an understatement." Earning his ear getting pulled be Ruby.

"She is your sister so you have to love her and from that comment I think it warrants us adding flowers in your hair." Weiss said walking over to a dinning room chair and pulled it out patting the seat for Sanguine to take his place. "I'm not doing this... nope, nope, nope." Sanguine said steadfast at his point.

Ruby with practice ease lifted him up and put him in the chair as Weiss began to tie a rope around his arms fixing him to the chair. "What is with three versus one? Two of which are huntresses." Sanguine said fighting the restraint around his arms. "Hey, Ruby remember when we did the same sort of thing to Yang when we needed to cut her hair?" Weiss remembered fondly.

"You see Sangie they even could mess with Auntie Yang's hair and the only person I've seen to not get hit when they do is Amber." Amethyst said sitting on Sanguine's lap and began to brush his hair. "I'm starting to think you would be a great politician there Amiee, if they don't want to do the same thing willingly with you, you tie them to a chair and do it any ways." Sanguine said still fighting a losing battle.

Once Amethyst was done brushing Sanguine's hair she jumped off of his lap and walked behind him where Weiss was already starting the braid. As she passed the hair between her hands she began to hum a soft tune, Ruby came back with a bunch of Myrtles in her hands. "Ruby normally I'd question where you got those but they will look lovely in his hair." Weiss said with a soft smile but it was a true smile that she reserved for the people in the room helping to braid her son's hair.

"Mama you look pretty when you smile. Why don't you do it more?" Amethyst asked as she helped putting the flowers in. Weiss stopped what she was doing and began to ask herself 'Why?' Sure she hadn't had an idealistic childhood but Ruby helped her come out of her shell and then her little bundles of joy came around. "Because if I did someone may try to steal my heart like your Mom did. And we cant ave that, now can we." Weiss said resuming what she was doing earning an 'aww' from Ruby.

After a further ten minutes Weiss was finishing off the braid with plenty of the white flowers in Sanguine's hair. They began to untie the bindings on his arms and he jumped out of he chair and ran into his room. "One of us should talk to him." Ruby said to Weiss. "You go you dolt, I'll start lunch." Weiss said walking into the kitchen with Amethyst holding her hand.

As Ruby walked up the stairs Sanguine's door was flung open by him picking what remained of the flowers from his hair. "I wouldn't mind if it was just you three braiding my hair but was using flowers really necessary?" Sanguine asked turning to Ruby. "No... but it was fun. Come on down your Mother is making lunch." Ruby said stepping aside to let her son out of his room.

As they went down the stairs they heard Weiss and Amethyst humming the same tune as Weiss was humming earlier. Before Sanguine could say anything Ruby covered his mouth and shushed him. Before long Weiss began to sing the beautiful aria at towards the end of the song. "Weiss only sings like that when she is happy that you two are getting along. Or when either of you two are sick. She has such a beautiful voice it is a pity she doesn't sing more." Ruby said quietly to Sanguine, just above an audible whisper.

"Yeah, Mother does have a pretty voice but so does Nana and from what Nana says that is the same song she sung to Mother and Winter when they were sick." Sanguine said mimicking Ruby's tone. "I haven't heard her sing but if it is anything like Weiss it would be beautiful." Ruby said and decided to make her presence known and walked up to Weiss and hugged her from behind.

Ruby and Weiss began to kiss earning gagging noises from their children. "No Mama don't be tempted Mommy and Sangie were talking while we were cooking." Amethyst said attempting to be stern. "For once I agree with Amiee about you two... Please stop so I don't need even more therapy." Sanguine said covering his eyes and Amethyst's.

"You two head into the living room we will call you when Lunch is ready." Weiss said turning around in Ruby's arms and started to kiss her. Sanguine grabbed Amethyst by the hand and walked into the living room. "Amiee let's watch some cartoons while they are cooking." Sanguine said turning the TV on.

Okay I'm sure what you all are wondering about but to put it simply I need Characters for this story to be Friends with Amethyst and other class mates of Amber and Sanguine. And possible a younger sibling of Amber so to celebrate reaching this milestone despite how little it is I'm letting any and all of you make the characters. I need about 10 in total and there is no limits on how many you can submit, just keep the naming clean and if I get more I'll just have to pick the gold of the bunch. Just end me a PM with your character's name and around a line on their personalities and of course their race, if Faunus what type of animal. I will no longer accept entries after Friday the 8th of May at midnight GMT for those of you who aren't familiar consult google.
