Hey guys. I'm back with Stranded: Separated. I don't quite feel like answering reviews right now, so I'll just head right to the story. It's about time I got my imaginative juices flowing like they used to. Once again, no Word Document so I won't be able to tell how long or short this chapter is. We last left off where Bellykid and Rookie found Jet Pack Guy and "helped" him get down off of a cliff. They just found a mysterious object on the ground.

The three stood at the base of the strange object that was right in front of them. The odd thing about it, was that the whole thing had the look of a silhouette, so they had no idea what color the thing was or even how it was supposed to look, nor what it could possible look like. The only hint they got was that it was big and bulky and it was targeting those 3 penguins only.

"Wh-what is that thing?" Bellykid asked speaking first.

One of the others was about to answer until all of a sudden, there was a strange quaking under their feet. It turns out that the strange mechanism was causing the whole island to shake. The ground began cracking and water was able to seep through the small cracks. This machine could sink this island if it wanted to!

"Let's split!" Jet Pack Guy shouted grabbing Rookie's flipper and running off. Bellykid ran right after him.

Jet Pack Guy had no idea where he was leading them, nor did he know where he was going himself, but he did know that he had to get as far away from that thing as possible. After a few minutes passed, and they felt as if they were a safe distance away, they stopped running and caught their breath.

"What...was that?" Rookie asked first breaking the silence.

"It looked like some sort of strange machine." Jet Pack Guy finally answered.

"Well whatever it is, it nearly sunk this tiny island!" Bellykid exclaimed.

"Alright Agent calm down, let's think about this logically." Jet Pack Guy responded. "We just ran away from a seemingly harmful machine that nearly sunk this island; we only have the three of us and the other 2 are no where to be found; so the first thing we should do is calm down and look for the other 2. They couldn't of gone too far and because of that earthquake, Gary might've suggested that they head to high ground. We should head to the highest point in this island."

"Wow Jet! You're a genius!" Rookie's eyes lit up.

"Yeah, yeah he's a real whiz. Now let's go find the other 2." Bellykid said moving on.

"Is there something wrong, commander?" Rookie asked catching up to her.

"No." she said plainly.

"Are you-" Rookie was cut off by a flipper touching his shoulder. He turned around to see Jet Pack Guy.

"Just let her be. This is normal behavior for her." he stated. (I should've left you on that cliff)

Luckily Bellykid didn't hear that, or else that would've been the last word he ever said. Jet Pack Guy and Rookie waddled behind Bellykid, who was in November at the moment to prevent snarky comments from coming out of her beak, and to make something of her self while currently being the only girl in the group. Later, night fell and Rookie began complaining.

"Commander, I'm tired. Can we stop?"

"Not now! We need to find the other 2!" she exclaimed.

"But it could take forever! And I'm hungry!" he whined.

She let out an exasperated sigh. "Fine! We'll stop for 10 minutes, but after that we're getting back up and moving forward, without breaks."

"Okay!" Rookie said while eagerly sitting down. Jet Pack Guy waddled over and sat beside him. Bellykid didn't sit down, instead she kept careful watch for Gary and Dot. She didn't miss them too much, she was just tired of being left alone with these 2 for too long. After 10 minutes when by, Bellykid got the group moving once again after having to wake up Rookie and insult Jet Pack Guy some more.

(With Gary and Dot...)

"Eureka!" Gary exclaimed.

"What is it, G?" Dot asked.

"I have done it! We now have reception for our spy phones! But unfortunately the signal is very weak, so if we were to engage in the act of using our spy phones, the call would only last for a short time before fading out." he explained.

"So you're saying we can call for help now?" Dot asked

"Most certainly. But there is only one dilemma." he said

"What is it?" Dot asked

"Well, we do need to report to the Director after not doing so for a long time, but, it would be a good idea to check on the rest of the agents." he pondered this question for a bit.

"Well, if we call the other agents, how do we know for certain that they'll receive the call? Just because your phone has reception, doesn't mean that theirs does. At least with the Director, we can be a lot more sure that they'll pick up the phone." Dot explained.

"Aha! Excellent thinking, Agent D!" Gary exclaimed as he began dialing.

"This is the Director."

Gary let out a sigh of relief after hearing that distorted voice. "Director! Thank goodness you picked up!"

"Agent G!" The Director gasped. "You are still with us! Incredible!"

"Yes, yes it is I. Agent D is also with me too." he added.

"Incredible! What about the other agents?"

"Unfortunately we have been separated on a deserted island in the middle of nowhere. Luckily I found a way to get us some reception, but not for long." Gary explained.

"Understandable, I will try to contact the other agents. Do you have any idea what kind of island it is?" The Director asked

"Well, I have the longitude and latitude but I can't give you anymore than that." Gary answered.

"Oh, no worries. I can just track the signal down, even if is a weak one. Wait just one moment." The Director told Gary to wait while they traced the signal of the spy phone in which Gary was calling from. The Director responded almost immediately. "Agents! Be cautious! The island you are on is-" The call was cut short at that moment, which was a worrying sign.

"Oh dear, the signal was lost! The Director was about to inform me of some important upbringings!" Gary exclaimed.

"What was the last thing the Director said before getting cut off?" Dot asked.

"The Director said, 'Be cautious! The island you are on is-' that's all that was left!" Gary repeated.

Dot had a worried look across her face. "I don't know what the rest could've been, but I do know that we are in serious trouble!"

That's all I'm going to write for this chapter. Hopefully this is longer and better written than the other one was. Bye.
