Wow, it has been so long since I have last updated, it's been around 9 months since the last chapter. Well, great news is that I finally have a Word Document and I have a better keyboard than I used to, so this chapter will be better than the others. I had ended chapter 7 with a strange object landing and causing an earthquake on the tiny island that the agents are trapped on. Gary is with Dot while Jet Pack Guy, Rookie, and Bellykid5 are with each other. Once again, I apologize for not updating in such a long time and for going on such a long hiatus. I'll be updating like I used to, I just hope I didn't lose to many of you.

Gary's face was struck with a look of worry. After what Dot had said about everyone being in serious trouble, he became worried for his fellow agents. "Agent D, it is extremely urgent that we find the rest of the agents and fast." Gary was getting an unsettling feeling and he wasn't liking it.

"You're right G. The others could be in serious trouble for all we know." Dot replied.

Gary sighed and looked up at the cloudy sky. "I am just hoping that they are all together and not split up."

(Back with Bellykid, Jet, and Rookie)

"How are we gonna find G and Dot? We don't have trackers and we're not super smart." Rookie stated.

"Well, part of that is true," Bellykid said to him, "but we each have our own skills that have gotten us a long way in this agency." (How cheesy)

Jet Pack Guy chuckled a bit.

Bellykid turned to glare at him, she really was not very impressed with him at the moment. "And what's so funny?" she asked with warning in her voice.

"I just think it's quite amusing how you can just go 'Director' on us." he replied with a smirk.

"And what is that supposed to mean?" Bellykid asked approaching him slowly. (Jet, I advise you be quiet.)

"Nothing really, it just means that you start sounding light the Director at the oddest of times." he said backing away slowly.

"And since when was that a problem?" she asked while not waddling towards him in a sinister fashion.

"It's not," Jet Pack Guy said regaining his usual composure, "I'm just saying that it's not like you to just randomly start speaking like the Director."

Bellykid rolled her eyes. "We're wasting our time, quit fooling around so we can find Gary and Dot. It's almost nightfall and this island freaks me out." she said flipping back to November. (November is serious for those of you who forgot.)

"Yes, sir!" Rookie said saluting and following behind Jet Pack Guy. "We're a great team!" he exclaimed happily.

"More or less." Bellykid said earning a bit of a glare from Jet Pack Guy.

(Back with Gary and Dot)

Gary was waddling around in circles, pacing while Dot was just watching him. "Gary, I don't know what you could possibly gain by waddling around in circles. It'll make others think you are senile."

"I don't mean to correct you, Agent D." (As if...) "But if I'm not mistaken, there are no other penguins around to think that. Therefore, your argument is invalid." Gary said continuing to waddle while Dot rolled her eyes. "And besides, pacing helps me think when I'm in a jam."

At that moment, Dot got bored and stood up. She waddled over to a small pebble, and tossed it into the air. In most cases, the pebble would go up and then land into the water, or it would continue flying until it could no longer be seen. However, that wasn't the case for this particular pebble. As the pebble flew threw the air, it seemed to have hit the sky with a "clunk" sound and immediately hit the ground. This stopped Gary from pacing and caused him to look over at where the pebble had "hit" the sky.

"Agent D, did you hear that?" Gary asked just to make sure he wasn't going senile.

"Well, it was either me or the wind." Dot said adding a bit of humor to the atmosphere. (Please stop for the sake of my readers.)

Gary glanced at Dot as if to say, "Follow me" and waddled over to where the pebble had landed.

(Back with Bellykid, Jet Pack Guy, and Rookie)

The three penguins were obviously tired of walking and coming up with nothing as to what they where they were going, or where Gary and Dot could be. That's when they had heard the sound of Dot's pebble "hitting" the sky. Their focus immediately turned to the sky.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but did the sky just knock?" Jet Pack Guy asked.

"It was either that, or a woodpecker." Bellykid suggested. (Now's not the time to go stupid)

"Now that's absurd, if it were a woodpecker, we would've heard it more than just once and it would've been a repetitive knock instead of just one subtle one." Jet Pack Guy crossed his flippers.

"Maybe we should go see what it was!" Rookie suggested.

The two bickering agents looked at each other and shrugged as if to say, "Eh, why not?" The 3 agents set off to where they had heard the knocking sound. Eventually, the 5 agents made it to each other, but were so focused on staring at the sky, they had accidentally bumped into each other. Jet Pack Guy and Dot were knocked onto the ground.

"Ouch! Seriously Jet, you have a hard head!" Dot said rubbing her forehead.

Jet scoffed. "At least I can see where I'm going." he said silently.

Bellykid smirked. "Oh really? Coming from the guy who wears sunglasses no matter where he is or what he's doing."

"Well I can see that things certainly haven't changed between you two." Gary said not very impressed. "Agents, we have a situation that I'm pretty sure you're all aware of. Our objective right now is to find the source of the sound and figure out why it made the noise that it had made."

"What caused that noise anyways?" Rookie asked

"Agent D grew bored and tossed it at the sky. Apparently the sky made that sound." Gary explained.

"As much as I would LOVE to insult Dot for that, it seems strange to me that the sky would make a noise like that. Almost as if we weren't actually on an island." Jet Pack Guy said.

"Very true agent, yet almost absurd even. We all drifted here and that means that there was a vast body of water, which would classify this place as an island." Gary said

"Yeah, but let's not forget, I may be wrong, but all of us were knocked out in some form or fashion, and we each experienced flashbacks and/or dreams regarding our past. None of us recall any memory in actually making an effort to get here. We might've been transported or taken here somehow while detaching us from the real world at the same time." Bellykid suggested.

"That makes a lot more since." Gary responded. "But that just leaves the questions, if we're not on an island, then where are we? And who brought us here?"

"Dome." Rookie said.

"Pardon?" Gary asked slightly confused.

"A dome! We could be in a giant dome! See, watch!" Rookie said picking up another pebble and hurling in the sky. Once again the pebble made another "clunk" when it made contact with the sky. Confirming that this "sky" must really be glass.

"That makes a lot more sense, but..."

"Hey everyone! Look over here!" Bellykid said interrupting Gary from his thoughts. "It's that thing again."

"You're right!" Jet Pack Guy said. "Earlier, we had found this strange object and we all ran from it after it caused the island to shake. Apparently it's harmless."

Gary quickly stepped back shaking his head. "No agents, it's not harmless. This is no ordinary object. Apparently, this dome is to be detonated."

And that's what I call the end of this chapter! I certainly miss dangling you all over a cliff! So apparently the island is supposed to be detonated soon! Detonate is just a way to say explode for those of you who didn't know. Oh no! The dome's going to blow up! But I loved this dome! I'm going to find a nice comfy rock to hide under. Enjoy my old pal, the cliff!
