Peter decided to speak first.

"Um...hey Cat...how's it-" Peter began. Felicia cut him off, "Save it, Spider, you and I are going to have a little chat after this..." She said with a glare, with her boot still on Kasady's neck. Peter didn't really know why Felicia was angry, but he assumed it would be better not to ask at that moment. Mainly because the Kingpin and Cletus Kasady were both in the room.

Fisk decided to break up the awkward silence; "Ms. Hardy, I see you've escaped. Impressive. I have to say I didn't expect-" His talk was shortly silenced as Felicia threw some bolas at him, which she grabbed from her costume's pocket. Fisk moved his hands in front of his face quickly, to block Felicia's attack. However, now the bolas tied his hands together, like handcuffs.

Fisk stood up from his chair, "Your weapons are useless, Ms. Hardy." He said as he calmly ripped the bolas in half with little effort. Felicia still had tricks up her sleeves, and she wanted to make sure he knew that.

She glared at him, and spoke with the intensity that was still in her voice. "Oh, don't worry. Because this is going to hurt!" She leaped over and unto Fisk's desk, then jumped at Fisk, scratching his right cheek viciously. Fisk was too slow to block it. He placed his hand over his face, "You are going to pay for that!" He spoke with an even greater rage than she had spoke with. It was Felicia's turn to humiliate Fisk. Peter decided to join in.

Fisk picked up and threw his desk at Felicia, but she easily slid under it, just as Peter struck Fisk from behind with a punch to Fisk's back. Kingpin let out a yell of pain, "Ah! You will regret tha-" He was cut off by Felicia's vicious kick to his face. Fisk fell on the ground, right before Spidey punched Fisk in the face again. Peter and Felicia, both on opposite sides of Fisk, both readied their fists for a finishing blow on Fisk, until suddenly Fisk emerged back up and slammed his fist against Felicia, causing her to crash through the office's window!

"Felicia! NO!" Spidey sprinted to the window as fast as he could, heart pounding, blood boiling, body shaking, as he leaped out of the same window to save her.

Peter could barely see Felicia through the rainy, dark, night. She was falling straight for the ground, unconscious, and she couldn't do anything about it. But Peter could. He was gaining on her, soon, getting closer, and closer. Each inch he got closer to her, a new thought sprung into his mind; "You can't make it!" he couldn't help but feel pessimistic as he was overcome by fear. He gained another inch, "She's going to die!" And another one, "You will fail!" one more inch, "You can't save her!" another, "You won't make it!" Now he was so close to her, he extended his hands to try to reach her body, but only a few more seconds and they would both be dead.

One last thought crept in his mind, "Save yourself. No use in both of you dying. Pull up now. You know it's the only option..."

And now, he could see her unconscious face. She looked so peaceful, her eyes closed, her body still. Falling into the cold, dark, night. Unknowing if she were asleep of dead. Now, she was only a few feet from her death. Peter knew it. He thought of all the times he apprehended her, those nights they shared, those moments when they both felt broken, downed, like they had lost. Now, they really had lost. He thought of all these moments, in the last few seconds of her fall.

Peter then finally realized what he had to do. He shot his web to the nearest building, he felt the web land, and as he gained momentum, grabbed Felicia's loose arm, with only 3 seconds to spare, and swung up and over the ground, and then landed on top of another building. Peter had saved Felicia. But the battle wasn't over just yet. Felicia was still unconscious from the amount of shock when she was hit through the window. Peter laid her body down on the building, and rested her head against the building's vent. Felicia would be safe there for the time being.

Peter glanced up at Fisk tower, and quickly swung back up, and through the broken window. The room was dark now. He couldn't see anyone. But he heard movement. Peter spoke to try and draw out Fisk, "Fisk! Where are you!?"

Fisk replied, "I saw that rescue, I am impressed."

Peter still couldn't locate Kingpin's position. Suddenly, his spider sense went off. Behind him! Peter spun around and dodged a punch, and then side-kicked the attacker, causing the attacker to fall onto the floor. Peter noticed that the attacker went down quicker than Fisk would. Spidey turned on his signature flashlight that he had on his web-shooter, and shined it on the attacker. It wasn't Fisk. It was Kasady.

Kasady lied on the ground, with blood in his mouth, and spoke, "You fell for it, he knew you would!" Kasady smiled as he revealed a voice-recorder. Fisk must've ran away while Peter was saving Felicia! Cletus laughed hysterically, as Peter suddenly realized Fisk wasn't there anymore.

Peter sprinted out of Fisk's office, ran up the building's stair case, and slammed through the door of the roof exit. Fisk was sitting in the backseat of a helicopter, and it was taking off. Peter aimed and shot his web at the helicopter as it took off. Spiderman was now holding on his web as he was being dragged through the air. Peter then had an idea. With his free hand, he webbed onto Fisk tower. Now, he was holding the helicopter still. However, he was stuck between the tower and the helicopter.

The passenger of the helicopter looked out the window, and aimed his pistol at Peter. Peter would either be shot, or he would have to let the chopper go. Peter then let go of his web, and the chopper flew away, and out of Peter's web shooter's range. Fisk had gotten away. But someone else hadn't.

Peter returned to Fisk tower to take down Kasady. At least Peter could take down one psychopath today. Spidey then swung through the broken window once more, only to find Cletus Kasady, in a chair, and bounded by chains. Kasady's face was incredibly purple, and beaten. Blood trickled down his face, which was all over him. Kasady had passed out.

Felicia stood behind Cletus, with a satisfied look on her face. Felicia explained, "This creep tortured me for hours, he deserved even worse than what I've done to him."

Peter didn't know what to say, so he stayed silent. Felicia decided to question him, "Where did Kingpin go?" She asked.

Peter replied, "He...got away. Listen, cat, I didn't know you were tortured, or that you were even involved in any of this. I-" Felicia cut him off, "I don't care anymore. We drove Fisk out. I got my revenge. And we can hunt him down together." She told Peter. Felicia was angry, but now that she got her revenge on Kasady, she could return to being her normal self again. After she would get vengeance on Fisk, of course.

Peter wanted to know more, "Felicia, what exactly happened when I was gone? What did Fisk do to you?"

She answered back, "Don't worry about it, Spider. Fisk caught me off guard. This psycho here cut me a bit, that's all." She didn't tell Peter about the full extent of her torture. Or the extremes of what Kasady did to her. She felt that Peter didn't need to know. She also didn't tell him about the other photos Cletus took of her naked body, and that she took them from Kasady's pockets so Peter wouldn't see.

Peter decided he would change the subject, "So, now what?"

Felicia glanced at Peter, then at Kasady, then at the window, and said, "You and I, are going to track down the Kingpin, and stop him. For good."

"Tomorrow." He replied.

And with that, Felicia and Peter vanished into the night, just as the police arrived to investigate the scene. When they arrived they found the tied-up body of Cletus Kasady, and a video recording, of proof that Wilson Fisk is a criminal. The cops had to admit the evidence was solid.

It was official: Wilson Fisk was the Kingpin, a criminal. And Spiderman was ready to take him down. Spiderman, and the Black Cat. The Spider, the Cat, and the King.

The End.
