Okay sorry for the long wait. But here is another chapter, I just got this amazing urge to write so here you go!
Enjoy!
The lights were bright, the bleachers were filled up, and it was just a scrimmage game. "Alright let's go!" Feliciano could hear his coach yell. He jumped up and down in his black and white soccer uniform. He was excited and hopped from leg to leg, his curl bouncing side to side. "Warm up time is almost done!"
Tino looked at the large green field a large smile on his face, he was on one leg leaning on it while squatting. "You ready?" he asked watching the bouncing Italian.
"Ready?" he laughed and nodded excitedly. He glanced over at Lovino who seemed to be in a much better mood than earlier. He also seemed to have made up with Antonio which was a great plus. The whistle blew and the teams made their way onto the field, this was it.
The beginning of a new season.
There was cheering among the crowd as Lovino had made the winning goal, slaughtering the other team by 6-0. He smiled, sweaty and his soccer uniform sticking to his body as he suddenly felt two sweaty arms go around him. He looked up to see the bright familiar smile of a certain Spaniard, whose green eyes flickered a loving look. His smile only seemed to grow brighter, that was until he felt several other bodies run into theirs. It was the rest of the team, and they smiled and cheered climbing on top of one another. Lovino, as much as he hated the stench of them, couldn't be happier.
Yao was smiling brightly as he ran across the field to join the rest of his team in the celebration, then they walked off eagerly. "That was a great game! Let's keep it up!" the coach yelled as the boys began to pack their things. Yao looked out into the crowd to see a certain tall Russian smiling at him, he smiled back grabbing his bag quickly and taking off. He knew his coach would need to talk to them in a moment, but that could wait.
Ivan walked around the fence with the rest of the crowd, opening up his arms for his little one. Yao jumped right into them, sweat and all. His hair was a mess, but neither of them cared.
"Did you see that aru?" Yao said excitedly, "I blocked every single goal!" he was being lifted off the ground and his legs dangled in the air for more than a few moments. Most of the time he would have objected to it, but he felt it was earned.
"I saw all of it, my little Yao," Ivan said and kissed his sweaty forehead. "You played amazingly." Ivan had set him down just in time for him Yao to get yelled at to get back on the field. He kept his small smile on, "We can celebrate afterwards," he said quietly and watched Yao run back onto the field.
"Alright," the coach began with a wide smile on his face, "Remember this is just a scrimmage, we still have the season ahead of us." The team nodded in their excited high. "We did make a few mistakes however, we will go over it in practice, tomorrow in the morning. Remember just because we won here doesn't mean we can slack." There was a low groan but they put their hands in and shouted their school name before separating.
Tino walked off the field, grabbing his bag and humming a bit, he heard his name being called and he looked up to see Mathias, Lukas, and of course Berwald. He smiled brightly at them and walked off the field toward them, Mathias was the first to congradulate him, rather loudly he might add. "That was amazing! You made the first goal and everything!" he said excitedly.
Tino just smiled and thanked him as he turned toward Lukas, but he noticed him looking off into the distance. When he followed his gaze he noticed it had landed on Yao and Ivan, he shifted a bit and tried to get his attention. "So um...where's Emil?" he asked a bit wiping the sweat from his forehead.
"With him," Lukas replied.
Tino looked about the emptying stands to see Emil and Leon still sitting side by side. There was a small smile on his face, but he knew to keep it to himself. "Why don't we go and eat?" Berwald suggested grabbing everyone's attention.
"Great idea!" Mathias agreed, "We can go to that burger joint down the street."
Lukas nodded in agreement and then turned around to look toward Emil, "Emil! Let's go!" he shouted.
Emil was currently sitting with Leon, both of them leaning against one another. They paid attention during most of the game, but sometimes they would wonder off talking about whatever they wanted to. He found it much easier to breathe around Leon after they had kissed, and his heart didn't feel like it was constantly going to explode out of his chest every time he spoke or they touched. He was breathing like normal, and it slightly scared him.
They both also realized that they hadn't been having any of the "dreams" lately. Emil was worried, even if he didn't show it, Leon could tell. They had sat in a comfortable silence when Emil heard his name being called. He looked over at Lukas and sighed quietly looking back at Leon. "I'll walk you," he said quietly.
"I don't want them to be mean to you," Emil muttered, but didn't protest as Leon stood up and led him down the bleachers.
"Not like I care what they say anyway."
Emil looked at him, and smiled slightly on the inside, they walked over to the rest of the group. "We're going out to eat," Lukas said watching as Leon approached with Emil. "You hungry?"
"Not really," Emil replied, and there was slight awkward pause between them. "I think I'm going to walk home."
"No, you're not. You don't have to eat, but you're coming with us."
Just as Emil was about to protest, he felt Leon squeeze his hand, and he stayed quiet. "Fine," he mumbled.
"Leon!" Yao shouted as he was with Ivan approaching the same group, "Let's go aru!"
Leon turned toward his brother and then looked at the group in front of him before turning toward Emil. "I'll text you," he said quietly and kissed his cheek before walking off toward Yao who said nothing about it and smiled at Leon.
"Why don't we get going?" Tino suggested, and pulled on Emil's arm before anything else happened.
Lovino was panting and moaning as quietly as possible, they were in the driveway of his house. He knew Feliciano would show up any minute, and his grandfather could walk out and see them at any moment. But he didn't care. His hands were in Antonio's hair, dry sweat had settled on it as the intense heat of their make out was driving them both crazy. "Ah...ngghh..." he whined as he felt the Spaniards lips on the nape of his neck and teasingly biting him.
It had gone from a simple goodnight kiss, to an intense make out. Antionio felt the buldge in his shorts and bit down on Lovino's lip, wanting to feel relief, and shuddered when he felt Lovino's hand slide onto his shorts. "Lovino...I – "
But both instantly pulled away when the porch light went on. Lovino hurriedly fixed himself and tried to regain his breathing as much as possible. His grandfather walked out, he looked tired, like he had just woken up and he peered outside. "Antonio? Lovino?" he called out and Antonio put on the best smile he could waving at him.
"I-I'll see you later," Lovino quickly muttered with a flushed face as he gathered his things, trying to hide the major boner in his pants. He got out of the car and waved at Antonio before walking up the steps to front door. "Sorry grandpa, we were just talking," he said quietly.
"No problem," he smiled and waved as Antonio pulled out of the driveway just to park across the street at his own house. "But I heard the news, you scored the winning goal. Congrats."
Lovino looked up at him as his grandpa put a hand on his head, "Get upstairs and take a shower, you smell," he said teasingly. Lovino smiled quite a bit before nodding and walked inside, "Oh and by the way, Feliciano didn't come with you two?"
"Ah no," Lovino replied as he walked upstairs, "He got a ride with Ludwig."
His grandfather made a stern face, but decided not to scold him for tonight. It wasn't that he didn't trust Ludwig, he found him to be very trustworthy, he just knew what happened when two teens were alone. After all he was a teen himself once. He waited outside on the porch, and he didn't have to wait long until he saw the faint green car pull up into the driveway.
Feliciano saw his grandfather waiting outside and saw Antonio's car in his driveway. He figured Lovino must have made it home. "Grazie," he said quietly to Ludwig as he leaned over and kissed his cheek. "I'll text you," he got out of the car with his things.
Ludwig smiled and nodded watching Feliciano walk up the steps, greet his grandfather, then turned slightly to wave him off. He waved back waiting until both were safely inside and he took off back home. The drive wasn't that long but as he reached his house he noticed the lights on, and more than the usual obnoxious white car was there. He pulled up slowly, and then noticed that Gilbert was outside on the lawn, Francis facing him along with two others he only recognized from school.
"I don't understand why you're so angry!" Gilbert shouted toward his French best friend who had his arms crossed and glaring at the Prussian.
"You were dating my little brother behind my back," he stated, "Best friends don't do that!"
"We were going to tell you," Gilbert pointed out when he noticed Ludwig getting out of his car.
Ludwig looked over to see two blonds, one had a curl in the front of his head and seemed to have just finished crying. The other he knew as Francis's boyfriend, Arthur. It looked like he was scolding the other. "What is going on?" Ludwig asked as he walked up to them.
"Did you know Gilbert and Matthew were dating?" Francis quickly asked.
Ludwig looked a bit shock, and looked at Gilbert. He recognized the crying boy, he came over often, and sometimes he didn't even notice he was there until Gilbert would say something. But he didn't imagine they were dating. "Well he comes over often," is all he stated.
"Often?" his look shifted from Ludwig to Gilbert, "Have you screwed my little brother?"
"What?! No!" Gilbert shouted, "I told you I didn't, and I told him I wasn't going to have sex with him until he was okay with it!"
"Until he was okay with it?! What about telling me first?!" Francis shouted and was going to lunge at the Prussian before Ludwig had intervened and pulled him back.
Arthur looked over behind him to see the two being pulled apart by Ludwig and clenched his jaw. "Matthew why didn't you tell us? You do realize with you just being a sophomore and Gilbert a senior he could get into trouble, right?"
Matthew was staring at the ground, he hadn't said a single word nor listened to a single thing Arthur was saying. He could simply hear the shouts of his older brother and Gilbert, he looked up at Arthur, "We haven't done anything like that," he protested.
"I know, but Francis still cares deeply about you, you know this/" He sighed and told him to get into the car before he went to go pull Francis away, "Let's go, Matthew is tired and he needs to go home."
Francis looked back at Arthur and then at Gilbert, he removed himself from Ludwig's grasp. He muttered something in French before walking off toward the car with Arthur.
The two Germans watched as he left and said nothing but Gilbert felt horrible. One of his best friends was upset with him, his little boyfriend was probably going to break up with him, and on top of all that his little brother was there to witness the whole thing. "Let's get inside," Ludwig muttered as he turned Gilbert around and led him through the door.
Tino was in the car with Berwald, leaning on his shoulder and smiling. They had finished eating at the burger joint and he felt stuffed and happy. "Berwald," he muttered quietly.
"Hm?"
"Have looked into the college yet?" he asked quietly and looked up at him.
There was no response for a few seconds, followed by an almost silent sigh, and then a, "No."
Tino looked down quietly at his lap again. He had gotten a scholarship offer to a college not too far from town, and he wanted to take it. It was his dream college offering him a scholarship, "I see..." The only problem was that he wanted Berwald to go with him. Even though he knew there was a far better college for him in town.
Berwald drove steadily on the empty night streets, and glanced over at Tino who stared at his lap. He took one had off the steering wheel to wrap it around Tino who leaned into his touch. "You know...if you don't want to go you can just tell me. I won't be mad at you," Tino whispered quietly.
"I know," he said softly, "I'm just thinking about it is all."
Tino looked up at him as they stopped in front of his house, he sighed quietly and looked up at Berwald, "You have a tournament in two days right?" he asked quietly. He nodded, Tino smiled and leaned up to kiss his cheek. "Okay, thank you." He said and grabbed his things walking out of the car. He waved Berwald a goodbye as he headed inside and straight for the shower.
Emil laid down on his bed, staring up at the ceiling, and wondered why he hasn't had any of those dreams lately. He felt his phone vibrate and he looked over at it, picking it up to read the latest message Leon had send him.
To: Emil
Do you remember what happens after we kiss?
Emil thought about it, and tried to recall the broken pieces, some of them were uncomfortable to think of, and others he didn't want to think of at all. He did recall however, that after they had kissed Luka, who was king in this memory, stumbled upon them and had gotten very angry. Much like he was doing at the moment, he felt a sense of dread right after the thought, but had no idea why.
To: Leon
I think it's when Lukas spots us or something.
Leon read the text message, and he faintly recalled the same scene play out in his head, he wondered why nothing has progressed beyond the kiss, he didn't think they would have to do anything else.
To: Emil
Maybe we'll end up finding out later.
Emil read it and set his phone aside, already feeling sleep overcome him. He didn't know what else to think, but the tugging feeling of dread came over him as he wondered off into his dream world.
Emil blinked, looking up at Leon, why does he keep spacing out? He felt his cheeks a dark hue as they seemed so close together. "I...I..." but even before he could finish his sentence he heard his name being called.
"Emil!" he turned to see his brother walking towards him, "What on earth do you think you're doing?" he asked walking out onto the balcony toward them. "I don't recall you ever being so friendly with anyone before, nor do I recall giving you sir permission to court my younger brother."
Leon looked over at Lukas, he felt like something had just happened, that he was somewhere else but he couldn't recall. He had no expression however while facing the older brother, or the king in this case. "Courting?" he asked a bit confused. It wasn't a term he was familiar with. "I don't think I understand."
Emil cleared his throat, "Lukas it was harmless, I don't see why you're making it such a big deal."
Lukas glanced at him, his nearly expressionless face suddenly turned to one of annoyance as he raised an eyebrow questioningly. "Emil, I expect you to hold yourself properly in the presence of others. Giving kisses so freely isn't what a Prince should do."
"I'm not giving them so freely," Emil quickly shot back, "It just happened."
Just as Lukas was going to make a remark, there was a sudden throat clearing from behind him. He glanced back to see Yao, "There you are," Lukas muttered, "I do realize you have a different culture in your homeland, but here we have rules to courting."
Yao nodded, "I understand aru," he looked over at Leon, "You should apologize."
"For kissing him?" Leon questioned and glanced at Emil who met his eyes. "I don't think an apology is needed if we both enjoyed it."
"That isn't the point," Lukas said, his voice nearing toward the edge, "Emil is already to promised to another."
Emil blinked, and then took in the information, "What?" he asked a bit stunned. Lukas didn't look at him, and pretended like he didn't hear him. "Since when was this?" Emil asked a bit louder trying to grab his brother's attention. "Who am I promised to?" Emil who was usually able to keep calm and collected, suddenly felt panic, anger, and disgust rise inside of him.
"We are to speak of it another time," Lukas replied sharply.
"No." Emil said now stepping toward his brother, "Who did you promise to?"
There was silence in the air for a moment, then Lukas spoke. "The Turkish King."
Emil woke up abruptly, cold beads of sweat running down his face and his body. He felt his own body trembling as he recalled the last three words. That's when he heard a buzzing sound that made him jump, he looked over to see his phone, and on the bright little screen Leon's name was written on it. He quickly answered but his breath was still shaky and he couldn't keep it even. "Hello..." he could barely gasp out.
"No," came the immediate response.
Emil was confused, "What?"
"I don't want you to go with anyone else," Leon replied. He had also just woken up, the last three words ringing in his ears over and over and he wanted to rip them out of his head and smash them to pieces. He had seen that scene multiple times, each time he felt such rage build up in his chest and he needed it to be released. But talking with Emil on the phone, it seemed like it was the only way to let any of it go.
"I'm not," Emil said softly.
There was silence on both ends. Both boys trying to catch their breaths from the horrid nightmarish memory. "I feel like something bad is going to happen..." Leon whispered after some time.
Emil felt the same, and his chest grew tighter, "We'll get through it."
"Not with us..." Leon whispered.
I do hope you all enjoyed this. I would love if you would leave me a review. And lets hope this writing craze continues.
